/akg/ VGL24 Poll Results

After removing one response for not answering any of the verification questions, there was a total of 129 responses to the poll that passed verification.

The following players have been CUT due to not receiving enough Keep votes to surpass other options:
 - BLOCK CERO (the flagbearer meta has finally died)
 - Asky Wasky (very upset after Chapter 15)
 - Mooseless (she was mooseless...)

The following players will be ADDED due to receiving more Add votes than other options:
 - Cutest Cripple (ready to do some sick drifts)
 - Zhang Leakerman (he has risen once again to deliver the blurry leaks)
 - MY FUARKING HERO (leave Priestess to him)

In regards to name changes, Kal'tsit will remain Cutest Daughter with 59 votes, Lappland will change to Lappland, Unemployed with 63 votes, Endspeaker will change to Kin Are Here with 28 votes (barely edging out Out of Control and HELL YEAH which had 27 votes and 26 votes respectively), and Ulpianus will change to Ulpipi with 35 votes. Theresis will be joining the team under the name MY FUARKING HERO with 28 votes (2nd place was Nah I'd Win with 26 votes). In regards to model changes, Priestess will become the new representative for Evil Woman with 59 votes (a staggering lead over 2nd place, Virtuosa with 23 votes), Lemuen and Exusiai will become the representative for the returning Cutest Cripple with 76 votes, and both Kal'tsit and Lappland will return to their normal-proportion models with 46 votes.

There was only one medal swap this time. Doctor and Amiya continue to be the gold medals, and Lappland and the Sui beans continue to be silver medals. However, Kal'tsit has been disintegrated and forced to give up her silver medal to, of all players, The Tyrant, marking the first time a non-actual-character has been a medal for the team.

 > ZERO SANITY got his Remove votes reduced a lot from last time, from 11 down to 4. Donkey slightly reduced her Remove votes compared to last time as well, going from 13 to 10.
 > The five medal players were the only ones to get triple-digit Keep votes. ZERO SANITY got 124, Donkey got 119, Lappland Unemployed got 105, Chinky Doragons got 101, and The Tyrant got 100.
 > You probably either went "WHAT, MYRTLE GOT KICKED OUT??" or "YES, MYRTLE GOT KICKED OUT LET'S GO" earlier, so to explain, it was actually extremely close. As you might know, the top 23 are the ones that get on the roster. Myrtle was 24th, just behind Theresis. She still had more Keep votes than Remove votes (68 to 61), but the race was that close, and thus has been cut. And just to tack this on, Mon3tr was 25th and also extremely close, with only one less vote than Myrtle (67 Add votes).
 > While BLOCK CERO was removed despite having more positive votes than negative, Asky Wasky and Mooseless were the only roster players who ended up with more Remove votes than Keep votes, with Ascalon having 45 Keep to 84 Remove votes and Viviana having 41 Keep to 88 Remove votes.
 > There were quite a lot of ties, including Wakata and Evil Woman (93-36), The Best and Cutest Cripple (91-38), Cutest Daughter and Skadoo (83-46), El Banana and Acute Angle (49-80), lmeow and La Cucaracha (48-81), Step 4: Learn to Read and 40 Year Old Woman (47-82), Wah! and Reservepipis (44-86), Pillar Correction and My Mom (43-87), a threeway tie of Mooseless, *reeds*, and doko (41-88), Chenfromarknights and Suzuran is Our Light!  > Once again, people seem settled on the roster more or less, with only three players getting swapped out just like last time, two returning players and one brand new one. Four, I suppose, if you count Evil Woman's model being changed. Early on in the poll, however, it seemed like more changes might happen, with both BLOCK CERO and Pink Dog having more negative votes than positive, and some potential additions like I'm All Ears and ALL x5 having more positive votes than negative, but near the end it swung the other way for all of them just enough.
 > The least popular potential new players, and the only two to get triple-digit Don't Add votes, were POZY WON with 109 and I'm Good at Letting People Down with 110. There was a decent little gap between them and the third least popular one, Nymph (as Fear), who had 99 Don't Add votes.

Music Updates:
Broken Sun will remain the anthem, getting more than double the 1st votes than the 2nd placer Ambiguous Morality. You Can Be Good Enough! will remain the default goalhorn, edging out 2nd placer PRTS Stage 1 Boss Theme and 3rd placer Operation Blade. The victory anthem, however, will be changing: Mystic Light Quest received a staggering amount of 1st pick votes, more than double the 1st votes than 2nd placer Running in the Dark and 3rd place tieholders Eclipse and Telescope.

Verification Questions:
 - Was Priestess in the right? The majority of /akg/, 75 Doctors, insist that NO, she was not. A crowd of 75 Doctors shouted things like "DEATH TO PRIESTSHIT", "SHE KILLED MY KOT", and "I WILL FUCK THE ANIMALS" as they protested Priestess's shenanigans. 45 Doctors disagreed, however, believing that Priestess was in fact justified, mostly countering with shouts about their wife is always right and got rid of the right people. One guy in that crowd shouted that she "TRUTH NUKED" us. 10 Doctors, however, are indecisive little shits who said "myabye" and skipped the text. Shout-outs to the guy who brought up that Susie was cute and he bought both of her outfits, even though GoldenGlow has three skins, not two.
 - According to /akg/, Lappland has a number of things wrong with her. Most people, 26 of them, insisted her daddy issues were the main problem, blaming Alberto for everything (whether it was beating her too much or not enough). 22 people brought up her mental health issues, whether that's the oripathy, the autism, the being a woman, or the being a gay. 24 people thought it was the simple state of being Italian, cooking da pizza and and da pasta. 20 people blame her lack of employment, and 17 people blame her being stinky and a wolf. 16 people brought up a myriad of different ideas, such as gameplay problems, being friends with Zarro, and one guy wondering instead what Red's problem was. And finally, 8 people were very insistent that there's no problem with Lappland and I am in fact the one with the problem for asking. Shout-outs to the guy who said her problem was that "she drank the c*m".
 - /akg/ has decided the worst sub-class is Abjurer, with 23 people citing it (and 3 of them noting that Quercus was an exception). Geeks were second place, with 20 people bringing it up despite Exu Alt being revealed to be one, followed by Flingers with 9, Chain Medics with 8, and Arts Defender with 5. There were also 15 people who didn't cite anything specific, instead giving your typical non-answers like "your favorite" and "the one I don't remember the name of", and "Closure's credit card subclass". Shout-outs to the guy who said Tactician is the worst subclass purely because an "*lf" is a member of it.

Thanks to everybody that responded to the poll as usual, your support and interest despite the recent troubles with 4chan's server dumbassery. VGL24 proper will officially start June 6th, but specific info on things like the eventual drawing of /akg/'s opponents and further updates for models, chants, and so on will come eventually when they're known. The managers have also been handed the contents of the suggestion box as usual. Usually I'd say that's it for now, BUT, I did mention in the initial divegrass post that there would be a follow-up poll for the second goalkeeper. HOWEVER, Myrtle's DEAD, so now the second poll will be about determining TWO goalkeepers for the team. We'll be using the suggestions from the poll that made it to the roster as the options for it and it should be linked inside of the post that also linked this pastebin, so please take some time to pick who you want to be the team's keepers!
