  1. [12:47] The lapine weaves his staff, as the sand rumbles below the Undead. They could feel the sand shifts, and after a short delay if he didn't move out, a sudden wall of stone would attempt to push him away from the door.
  2.
  3. "You're quite far from the Shadowlands, aren't you ?"
  4. (Svengalf Sandsker)
  5. [12:48] Their gaze drifts to the Undead. It seems to be... trying to open the door to that building... right within the Frontier's borders.
  6.
  7. They stare, finding something about its actions and appearance very, very familiar. "Mhh..."
  8.
  9. Stone erects at Svengalf's call. Truly, it is unnecessary for the Delphinian travelers to be here, as the situation itself is more than under control.
  10.
  11. Still...
  12.
  13. It's suicidal. The stare at Slone Hel Myst.
  14. (Sunsets over Moonlight)
  15. [12:49] Bartholomew Wilkins says, "Today feels like I'm watchin' a vivid look into Svengalf's psyche, and the torture that comes with it this day."
  16. [12:49] Seryn Fall says, "What"
  17. [12:49] Bartholomew Wilkins says, "Jus' look."
  18. [12:49] Marion Avincus says, "Speak Meranthean man."
  19. [12:49] Sunsets over Moonlight whispers something.
  20. [12:49] A shadowy wave crashed over him, and that was to settle it. Vaguely, he conceived that this had been a matter well above his paygrade. The last thing he could manage was a steel-clad punch into the man's chest - just enough to make him sore a few hours, perhaps.
  21.
  22. If nothing else, he was very determined.
  23.
  24. Sighing, he glances up at Loramelian, and was - remarkably, troublingly unintimidated. It wasn't him trying to play it tough, would be the man's read. Instead, this boy was lacking in many emotional responses that most would consider normal and even essential.
  25.
  26. Regardless, it didn't look like he was being coerced, as he pulls himself up into a sitting position. "A deal's a deal." he murmurs.
  27.
  28. He looks over at the crowd at large, and then back to Loramelian a moment later, lurching forward to whisper to him.
  29. (Cade Argo)
  30. [12:49] Sunsets over Moonlight whispers something.
  31. [12:52] Cade Argo did display some mild reluctance in whatever was being exchanged - but he was committal, it would seem.
  32. (Cade Argo)
  33. [12:53] Loramelian bends down to offer Cade a hand up, if desired; mana is the only explanation for how those skinny arms could lift anything.
  34.
  35. Whether it's taken or not, a quiet bout of whispering ensues. It does nothing to change the neutrality of his expression. Instead, the Faeborne nods once, crisply, and turns toward the commotion to the north.
  36.
  37. His breathing does rasp a bit as he moves toward Svengalf, a subtle hitch in his step - perhaps not as uninjured from that bout as his impassive demeanor hinted.
  38.
  39. "What's wrong, Svengalf?"
  40. (Loramelian)
  41. [12:56] The undead was successfully removed from the door itself, causing the Hel myst to swiftly pivot a foot towards the mage who effortlessly done so. Flames of a blue portraying as eyes peered through the helm, staring down the man.
  42.
  43. "It's been a while since I've entered the lands on a proper stay. Suppose you are correct, however."
  44.
  45. Noticing there was a lot of other magi lingering around with a flick of the eyes. Ultimately they're paid back to the Lupine with the staff already drawn in hands.
  46.
  47. Slamming it atop of the ground sends quakes not of the Sandsker's own as beneath would open up a large vortex of sorts, trying to contain the man and spew them out.
  48. (Slone Hel Myst)
  49. [13:08] The lapine glares at the Hel Myst. His attention was clearly drawn by the cloak he wears.
  50.
  51. "Then you should know that you are not welcome here", he replies, before his ears perk up towards the incoming threat, making him instinctively jump away and send a conjured rock towards the vortex as a decoy to plug it.
  52.
  53. He faces then the Hel Myst, visibly on guard.
  54.
  55. "Leave this place at once then."
  56.
  57. Perhaps it was too far from the Frontier, where the golden canopy of Solais wouldn't be able to reach complety above them. But perhaps, the sanctified presence in the border could still be felt by the Undead as a nuisance ?
  58.
  59. "What brings you there then ? In what purpose do you seek in this house?"
  60. (Svengalf Sandsker)
  61. [13:22] The glare shot at him was easily met with a cold stare of his own, bringing the scepter to rest at his side for a fair bit whilst conjuring up the vortex.
  62.
  63. Suddenly feeling a disrupt of its flow after the lupine's quick thinking saved him from meeting a possible tragic fate, had they not the willpower to endure.
  64.
  65. The gravitational vortex closed after spewing the rock.
  66.
  67. "..."
  68.
  69. Indeed he felt a strange tug on his being, wondering where it comes from. Shifting towards the large tree, beautiful within the eyes of many, but a horrid sight for the undead, it brought shivers and fear even down his own prideful corpse.
  70.
  71. Cold digits fidget, pitter-pattering on the scepter with fiery pupils brought down upon the man's form.
  72.
  73. "So this is the city known as Frontier." Of course, hearing about them, but not quite holding the interest to visit until now. So their question wasn't too far fetch; why now?
  74.
  75. And above all questions, why would he pursue a small little house located on the far edge?
  76.
  77. "I've had always wondered what you people were like. But it doesn't seem like many of you guys are welcoming at all."
  78.
  79. A cast paid towards the crowd who shot their own set of glares had he known.
  80. (Slone Hel Myst)
  81. [13:34] The face off was set. Visibly, the lapine was tense, proof as his ears were facing straight and right towards Slone. Threatened.
  82.
  83. Keeping his guard, he replies, as he glances towards his cloak.
  84.
  85. "It is daring to approach when you bear such colors on you. So of course we are wary when one from such place steps close to their homes after what happened those recent years."
  86.
  87. A pause is set. Why would one undead show up close ? Was there something being prepared with the recent trouble ? And this home ? There was no way it could be related to them ? He continues.
  88.
  89. "Lay your weapon and speak your intents. Then you may leave this place without quarels."
  90.
  91. Perhaps, it was bold to ask such. But in this situation ? It was worth a shot before any potential escalation.
  92. (Svengalf Sandsker)
  93. [13:44] "Believe it or not, these colors I've sported was far before the others had done the same."
  94.
  95. It sort of rubbed him the wrong way how his father allowed this to happen. Green had always been something appealing to the old man, but colors that weren't quite worn so often.
  96.
  97. A pause in silence after hearing their command.
  98.
  99. "My weapon remains on guard, but my intent are simple. I want to gather the knowledge of what this city runs off of."
  100.
  101. Another glance paid towards that tree, it seemed to harbor something that tugged at the very depths of his soul. It sickened, even the corpse.
  102.
  103. "So share me your knowledge, unless you're content with a mindless little battle, simply because of a few colors."
  104.
  105. But of course, had he known the Hel myst for themselves, the undead wasn't at all a stranger to conflict; having his fair share of bloodshed.
  106. (Slone Hel Myst)
  107. [13:50] "Stop talking."
  108.
  109. It's firm and demanding - brows knit together as she steps from the nearby crowd to approach Slone Hel Myst; the distance between herself, the undead, and Svengalf is relatively same in stance, yet...
  110.
  111. Those hissed words are towards her own adoptive father!
  112.
  113. "It's an undead," she states aloud, snapping her head in Slone's direction.
  114.
  115. "A reclaimed soul, stolen from its resting place through selfish desires of a necromancer."
  116.
  117. The Illuminated Chancellor approaches gradually as a conjuration of passionate flame, golden ether of pious magics fade into existence, and starlite visuals of glittery mana exudes around her body.
  118.
  119. "They're unnatural to our world; a pain to the very essence of the Lifestream by their soul having been denied its renewal cycle, to be reborn again for another life."
  120.
  121. As far as her knowledge of undeath extended, that was particularly all Hina knew about the design of an undead.
  122.
  123. "But it isn't the colors you bore, it's the nature of your existence, and that of whoever your master is -" Still, she doesn't relent, stanced in opposition of the Undead before them.
  124.
  125. "-either way.."
  126.
  127. The essence of sacred ether gingerly envelops her person, coupled by the pyres of her natural affinities, closing in towards one another - some persist to mingle, yet most of that mana conjured doesn't yet find itself amalgamating to the fullest capacity. With it, empyreal invigoration passively absorbs within her circuits, aided by the purifying rays of Eternia's very Sun - the Astral body of Jiuweihu.
  128.
  129. "Your necromancer's name, and then I purge you from existence."
  130.
  131. To her, there was no idle discussion with the unnatural forms against the Lifestream itself. Her aim would be to purge this soul, and send it back up to be cleansed by the stars.
  132. (Hina Lam)
  133. [13:59] The lapine frowns. Shards of crystals appears around him. It was what he feared in the end.
  134.
  135. "This is more than simple colors. Your color represents the Antithesis of the Creation. I will never give you any information of the sort, and you will leave this place at once, by force if it need."
  136.
  137. His focus shifts towards the being, but tense, and worried.
  138.
  139. "And I take no pleasure in such--"
  140.
  141. His attention shifts towards Hina. He winces, biting his lips at how prompt and direct she was compared to him. And even for being scolded by her own daugher.
  142. He wasn't aware he was an undead until mentionned. It was not obvious for him. What brought the attention to him was the colors of Skarnfel that were alarming to him.
  143.
  144. He returns then back to the Hel Myst.
  145.
  146. "A victim. Enslaved against your will. And I thought perhaps, you would be seeking such freedom, should you have been compliant.
  147.
  148. But I do not believe the goal of your ressearch is for your own liberation, unfortunately. So leave now, by force if it means."
  149.
  150. As he watches Hina stepping forward, the lapine instead surges forward the undead to get the first strike before she could get involved.
  151. (Svengalf Sandsker)
  152. [14:06] Loramelian rather reluctantly turns away from the whispering session he's having with Syne and Bartholomew, leaning his scant weight on the staff he holds.
  153.
  154. "Hina? Svengalf?" he calls. "Do you require what backup this one can provide?"
  155. (Loramelian)
  156. [14:09] The undead stands there for a good while, completely silent whilst taking in the brief insults that both spewed at him. It wouldn't at all effect his inner being, for the undead naturally bore no such thing .
  157.
  158. "Why of course there wouldn't be any seeing to reason. For what I am is a creation, a son of the being who reeked havoc upon these lands for many of years.
  159.
  160. The man who single handedly taken things from the lot of others.
  161.
  162. Right?"
  163.
  164. More so this would be aimed towards Hina, having remembered their ties to the city further placed up north, atop of the mountain. But he wasn't all too sure.
  165.
  166. Before he knew it, the Lupine lunged forward. A barrier of gravity magics raised on up, securing his being and blasting them back. Stepping forward, the shadows engulfed his entire being, allowing the undead free access to the abys for a brief period of time.
  167.
  168. He swims, homing in on the man.
  169. (Slone Hel Myst)
  170. [14:12] Phygminn asks, "Hina, what's going on?"
  171. [14:12] Hina Lam says, "An undead wandered in to Frontier.."
  172. [14:13] Phygminn says, "Mm."
  173. [14:13] Alucard H. Sun says, "Not the first time I see him around here "
  174. [14:37] Matthew Trafalgar asks, "Huh?"
  175. [14:39] Seryn Fall says, "Definitely doing the drunken meditation after this.."
  176. [14:39] Astrid Sun asks, "Whats going on...?"
  177. [14:39] Seryn Fall says, "Undead in town, being dealt with."
  178. [14:43] The fight between the undead and the lupine commenced, feeling the certain rush of earthen magics reaching the undead's form. It was fast and it was sudden, and inevitably had stunned him for a brief period.
  179.
  180. Take aback by such prowess the Lupine possessed, the undead opt to take things more serious. A wake up call for the corpse cladded in green armor. The digits gripped the scepter tight, mustering up enough magical power to dwell within the domain of the abys once more.
  181.
  182. The atmosphere darkness, just about wherever the shadows touched had given the undead access to dwell within.
  183.
  184. While doing so, the man would ultimately feel the lingering effects of gravity being manipulated as the battle pressed on. Movements begins to get sloppy and sluggish, whilst the undead took their sweet time evading and maneuvering.
  185.
  186. Though- once Slone rushed forward in attempt to end it all, the lupine held enough power to battle against. And with scepter drenched in the essence of gravity, it's planted right in the center of their chest, propelling them towards the nearest wall.
  187.
  188. Small bits and pieces of Svengalf's magics tattered the armor that was oh so healthy before stepping foot here. Eventually it was bound to crack had he gone further, exposing the soul that dwells within.
  189.
  190. "Kitsune."
  191.
  192. A pivot towards the woman emitting a strong sense of justice with the flames bearing the same intent as their heart. It made Slone take in their features, almost as if pondering in thought.
  193.
  194. With the scepter raised in hand, they'd feel the pull of gravity taking effect again, this time within the air itself.
  195.
  196. "You fight for justice, against my kind and few us as trapped beings that's prisoned inside a flesh crafted body. But it is much, much more than that. It's a second chance of life, allowing me to fix the mistakes that I have not in the present.
  197.
  198. And that was ridding the likes ofyou people."
  199.
  200. Whomever was housed in this being before, they've managed to bring themselves anew, and haunted those whoever dared fight against his father's will.
  201. (Slone Hel Myst)
  202. [14:58] The lapine lunges forward, weaving his staff like a brush where each strokes would paint the desert in stone and crystals. Each strokes were accompagnied with screams and shouts, his voice catalysing the roughness of the earth shattering magic towards the Hel Myst.
  203. Adrenaline was spiking at first, a rush of mana surging in his circuits inebriated with a contained frustration and anger.
  204.
  205. A wall of stone projects the undead back, for the lapine to catch his breath. His arms were trembling, eyes twitching. He raises his head to the sky, as the night settles darker and the shadows stretch. The air felt heavier... and it was not because of being close of the coastline.
  206.
  207. And yet, the undead was not giving up. The lapine resumes his fights, but this time his accuracy falters. Hitting the shadows that engulged his foe, or even lacking any proper reaction to riposte, or the gravity pulling him away, he started to struggle, the brunt of their magic exhausting him as the adrenaline rush made him more clusmy at the fight progresses.
  208.
  209. And in a close encounter, the lapine attempted to encase himself into a crystal to absorb the blow. But he was too slow, feeling the weight from the staff abnormaly pressure his chest with high force, sending him flying against a wall on a nearby house. He winces, holding his chest, as his breath is panicked.
  210.
  211. He looks afar to the fight, gritting his teeth, but neutralized and unable to continue the fight. He pulls from the earth a green crystalline shard, in which he rubs against his wound to recover as he watches.
  212.
  213. He shakes his head, now that the undead is facing Hina.
  214. "Damnation upon me, not like this..."
  215. He groans, unable to stand yet, as his breath is still painfull...
  216. (Svengalf Sandsker)
  217. [14:58] The commencing skirmish between her adoptive father and the undead raged on as Svengalf rushed in before Hina could attempt to do so -
  218.
  219. A surprised mien rested on the Illuminated Chancellor's features at her father's bravery, and a sensation of guilt shed within the pits of her stomach.
  220.
  221. What if he gets injured for her willingness to purify the undead and cast it away unto the cycle now?
  222.
  223. Her attention does not waver from the battle between them - earthen magics of crystalline transformations and biological nature are pressed forward from the Lapine, as shadow and various abilities cast by the undead clash -
  224.
  225. It comes to its conclusion, with Sven being hurt.
  226.
  227. She could be heard breathing just a tad heavier as her gaze snaps towards the direction Sven is sent away towards, though it immediately flickers back towards Slone -
  228.
  229. The inferno of her magics persist. An exertion of piety acclimating itself within thosepyres through a form of sanctified flame casts illumination throughout night befalling Frontier, and the glistening of starlight energy remains present, as if she was the embodiment of the very Sun itself.
  230.
  231. "It's no second chance at life, undead - don't give me that poor excuse. You fix nothing with your existence," hissed out.
  232.
  233. "What you are is an existence that besmirches the very essence of the Lifestream.
  234.
  235. It is no second life of what you would get through reincarnation of your soul. Purified, and living anew."
  236.
  237. And with those final words spoken, the conflagration of her prowess brandishes outward through an intense heat, accompanied by her other capable magics.
  238.
  239. She was to fight, if Slone would not run.
  240. (Hina Lam)
  241. [15:13] {Lost Dangerous RPB against Slone Hel Myst}
  242. [15:13] ** Slone Hel Myst has inflicted an injury upon Hina Lam. ("Temporary Injury", "Temporary Injury", "Temporary", "Duration: Medium (2 days)") **
  243. [15:26] The scene was a nightmarish tableau of destruction and chaos, a grim reminder of the relentless march of the Fel. Hina, a beacon of light and hope for those around her, now found herself confronting the relentless tide of the undead. Akroma, witnessing this dire confrontation, was torn between awe at Hina's formidable power and an overwhelming sense of dread at the might of the undead that opposed her. It was a clash of epic proportions, a clash that left Akroma with the undeniable belief that someone had to intervene, and quickly.
  244.
  245. "Fel... they just never stop," Akroma muttered, her voice trembling with a mix of fear and determination.
  246.
  247. Fears of inadequacy and defeat clawed at Akroma, knowing well the despair the Fel had brought her in the past. But, in the face of the ongoing battle, she also harbored a growing resolve. She had seen too much suffering, too much loss, and she knew that the line between defeat and victory often hung by the thinnest thread.
  248.
  249. "With Hina here, maybe... just maybe we have a chance," Akroma whispered, her voice filled with a glimmer of hope, albeit fragile.
  250.
  251. With a fierce determination, she called out Hina's name, her voice breaking through the clamor of battle. It was a desperate plea, but it carried the weight of undying loyalty and a profound connection. For Hina had been the one who healed her, who had blessed her, and who had given her hope in a world that often felt devoid of it.
  252.
  253. "Hina!"
  254.
  255. A second cry, louder and more urgent, escaped her lips as Akroma sprinted toward the battlefield. Her eyes shimmered with determination, her very being aflame with a resolve that could not be extinguished. The chaos around her blurred into insignificance as she focused solely on reaching Hina, on lending her strength to the guardian who had given her hope and purpose.
  256.
  257. "HINA!!"
  258.
  259. The battle raged on, but Akroma's unwavering spirit was a beacon of courage and determination, a testament to the power of the human will when driven by the need to protect those they held dear. There was no question anymore; something had to be done, and she, Akroma, was ready to confront the horrors of the Fel at any cost.
  260. (Akroma Sun)
  261. [15:40] And another battle ensued.
  262.
  263. The flames of the Kitsune were far too powerful to ignore, every wave crashing against the undead brought the soul to scream in anguish through the helm. And the cosmos she had up her sleeves nearly brought a swift and utter defeat towards the undead.
  264.
  265. If it hadn't been for the certain magics he was potent to, the fight could've taken a nasty turn for him.
  266.
  267. A being fully drawn close to the metaphysical, with a dabble of air prowess as lightning crackled above, rippling through the dimmed clouds. As the flamed gaze locked onto the blitzing kitsune, they'd find themselves in for a rude awakening.
  268.
  269. Every step they've taken close was one step into his domain. The abys itself to the gravity casted around him, it all leads to a mass destruction of the body, trying to lure their person into submission.
  270.
  271. Unfortunately that time hadn't come now, as Hina was more capable than he realized. A rain of the astral plains came crashing down, forcing the undead to act to evade as swiftly as possible. No matter where he went, no matter where he hides, the stairs were destined to watch him, no?
  272.
  273. Had the undead bore proper emotions, they'd have shown that frustration. There was still a proper way to muster thoughts and come up with a plan to subdue his foe. Mayhap not swiftly but effective.
  274.
  275. The storm grew far more violent, battling against the cosmos that dared to break apart the clouds and reach him. Ultimately as he honed the power of the raging thunders, the scepter was raised once more.
  276.
  277. Closer she's gotten and unfortunately trapped in the solidified barrier of gravity magics. And from above, the blur of blue descends atop of them. The grounds were doomed as they were prone to violently shake and tremor. Smoke and dust builds and eventually shimmers down, only to see the woman's frame tattered and defeated.
  278.
  279. The undead's armor suffered a great amount. And with one last push, could deem the possibility of the undead's defeat.
  280.
  281. "A priestess of the faith, worshiper of the sun. You have proven you have what it takes, but on this day it is I who emerged victorious. The will of mine father shall prevail on this night."
  282. (Slone Hel Myst)
  283. [16:00] And fight they would -
  284.
  285. The engulfed embers of Hina circulate outward, co-existing with the will of piety that's accompanied by embodying empyreal manifests of her potent ether.
  286.
  287. The former two draw closer, and closer, incorporating themselves together - the will of preservation, personified through the determination of purifying flames that symbolize the Sun itself, in a way.
  288.
  289. For in a moment of darkness, she shone to illuminate the surrounding areas and epitomize as a beacon of hope for humanity, in a tangible form pressing onward against those partaking in the opposition of Life.
  290.
  291. Every cast of her prowess rains down, charges forth, or riddles Slone with hindered movement, charged by the invigoration of the Sun's solar energy and incorporating itself within to match the duplication of mana within her circuits.
  292.
  293. Yet, in the Chancellor's strive, she opts to draw in more, and more, forcing the barriers of her spiritual essence to take ona detrimental renewal of amassed energy that transforms her emotionally casted magics into something more potent, hard hitting, and strenuous for Slone to come back with.
  294.
  295. Gravitational pulls of the Undead's magics draw her in, trapping her within the confines of its barrier and seizing the opportunity to strike down Hina -
  296.
  297. A gold tinged barrier of ether sparks to life around her form, attempting to shield away the spark of lightning - the roar of thunder booms outward, traveling at immense speeds in its descent to land the last blow of battle that takes her down. Through gritted teeth, her muffled agony of sound could be heard throughout the settlement of Frontier.
  298.
  299. The pressure of the opposing force overtakes her circuits, tampering with the very flow of her mana and nullifying the effects of her absorbed celeste, dissipating the solar energies collected within and stammering Hina's abilities to cast.
  300.
  301. In its anguish, she doesn't relent, however, forcing herself to rise from the sands where pyres laced the lands with little shards of glass, and her pressing gaze promptly looks upon Slone - the victor.
  302.
  303. "It matters not, truly - you gain nothing from this but an ego for yourself and your necromancer," she groans, adjusting herself as the ether of holy accompanies herself again in attempt to self-heal and mend the lesser wounds she could touch at despite how unstable it was.
  304.
  305. "Whatever you embody - rest assured, I'll come for you one day, embodying the will of Jiuweihu."
  306.
  307. The very wit of the Great Divine Spirit.
  308.
  309. Intelligence. Sharpness. Wisdom. Judgement.
  310.
  311. To sanctify those in opposition, through the forces of the Sun itself, and become its harbinger.
  312. (Hina Lam)
