- Adventurer Mode
- This mode is for players who like to PvP and PvM, it provides higher experience rates in combat skills and benefits for them, while it has reasonably slow skilling experience rates.
- - This game mode has x100 experience in Combat and x35 experience in Skilling compared to Rs.
- - You're able to purchase skill related items such as XP Lamps and Resource packs from minigames.
- - Can defeat all bosses however you want.
- - Can access Elixir points (replaces coin drops and is gifted as rewarded from quests and minigames on top of other rewards) which can be used for:
- -- Skip quest factors (Puzzles).
- -- Purchase items from the Elixir Exchange (Sigbert the Adventurer).
- -- Solve a clue scroll (puzzles, anagrams, etc).
- -- Teleporting with the Spirit Trees.a
- - Ring of Wealth will increase drop rates of common, uncommon and rare items by 10/5/2%.
- - Pest control points can be used to receive combat XP.
- - Faster access to high tier drop tables due to Combat XP rate.
- - Able to buy skill related items such as XP Lamps and Resource packs from minigames.
- - Unable to use the skilling shrine/obtain skilling points from skilling.
- Skiller Mode
- This mode focuses more on obtaining resources to enhance the economy of Illerai, it provides higher skilling experience rates and benefits for skilling, while it has reasonably slow combat experience rates.
- -This game mode has x42 experience in Combat and x55 experience in Skilling compared to Rs.
- - Ring of wealth does not attribute to monster drops, but will assist with obtaining clue scrolls (difficulty based on combat level) and skilling pets while skilling.
- - You're unable to purchase skill related items such as XP Lamps and Resource packs from minigames.
- - Different drop table access and slower access to higher tier drop tables due to lower Combat rate.
- - Has access Shrine of Skilling (Which has skilling perks and resources you can purchase with skilling points)
- - Gain skilling points via skilling actions
- - Can't access Spirit Trees.
- - Hit less on certain bosses, but have various other ways of killing them (E.g. must use a Woodcutting axe to hurt Baron Maple, or use a Tinderbox to burn Baron's vines).
- - Can't be rewarded Combat XP from minigames
- - Coin drops are 1/3 what they should be
- - Unable to use the Elixir Exchange/Elixir points
- Ironman Mode
- This mode is for players who enjoy obtaining everything themselves, not needing to worry about the economy and playing mostly solo and efficiently.
- - This game mode has 15% lower exp rates to the Adventurer game mode.
- - Coin drops 1/2 of normal drops
- - Lower Experience rates
- - Spirit trees can only be accessed after 100 Achievement points
- - Can't access Shrine of Skilling or Elixir Exchange system (coming soon).
- - Have limited access to Stores across Illerai (part access to other like Vote).
- - Can use the partner Slayer System.
- - We have all Ironmen modes, UIM, HCIM, and Ironman
- - Ironman Experience rates slow down more compared to other game modes after prestiging.
- - All Ironman Modes have their own high scores.
- - Unable to pick up others drops/loot, or pked loot or trade other players.
- - Won't get loot if you kill an NPC that has been damaged by another person.
