Staff application

Why do you want to become staff? i want to be a staff member on tropolis because i am currently looking for a server i can moderate and help grow tropolis is owned by the best 2 owners ive ever known and i see great potential in tropolis another reason why i want to be staff is i missed being a staff member and i am very active and can spend 5+ hours on the server every day i am also a very chatty and friendly person but can also be strict when i need to be with certain players i am also willing to do anything to help the server to grow to its full potential
What do you think you can bring to the Tropolis community? i believe i can bring a big player base and a friendly community to tropolis i own a 50+ member discord and 56 sub youtube channel and ontop of that i own a 120+ following instagram account which i can advertise tropolis to increase the player base
Strengths: my main strength would be i am able to handle high pressure situations calmly  i also know almost every command a staff member would require and i am also a very fast typer i am also able to respond to a situation within 5 minutes
Weaknesses: a big weakness of mine is defintily i make a good few typo's when i type fast and can mess some commands up if the server was to be botted
Past staffing experience? I have been staff on a minehut server called Southpvp. as a admin i did work my way from trainee to admin
over the months i moderated on SouthPvP i moderated the chat , discord chat and watched over players if reported to be hacking or anything against the server rules.

i have also been staff on another minehut server called Miningpvp9 i worked me way up to jr admin and like southpvp i
moderated both discord and minecraft chat aswell as watching reports and minecraft for hackers
altogether i have 5+ month staff experience
Describe a situation you have had to deal with in the past and how you dealt with it well: On southpvp the server got botted the 1st thing i did was mute the chat once i muted the chat i notified all the staff members on discord and got them to help me ban all the bots from the server
What would you do if somebody needed you ingame, somebody else on discord, and somebody elsewhere? the 1st thing i would do is tell the person on discord to hang on a minute and then reply to the person ingame once handled with the player ingame i will attend to the player on discord then attend to the other player somewhere else
What would you do if you got demoted? if i got demoted i would be chill and i will understand the reasoning behind of the demotion and will try my best to get promoted again
What would you do if you saw arguing in staff chat? if i saw arguing in staff chat i would try to get the 2 staff members to chill and stop arguing if that doesnt work i will try to understand how the arguement started then try resolve it
What would you do if a senior staff was annoyed at you? if i senior staff member was annoying me i would ask them to stop because they are annoying me if they continue to annoy me i would log of for a few minutes then log back on if he continues i would just ignore him
Extra info? Why we should accept this? you should accept my staff application because i am very dedicated to any server i am staff on i can also put in the hours needed
