  1. While this is only a Suggested Route of handling IC Combat, you may choose to talk amongst yourselves to determine the Severity of Win between your two characters. This is a Guideline more than Absolute Law and is intended to serve as a Roleplay Guideline more than a strict Rule.
  2.
  3. Severity of Win determines how well your Character did VS the Other Character. A win by something like a 1 or 2 point difference would not be as Strong of a win as a 5+ point difference, meaning that the closer the two Outcome Numbers are to eachother, the more evenly matched the pair of fighters were.

  7. Round Outcome Example:
  8. Player 1: 10
  9. Player 2: 11
  10.
  11. The Outcome is a ‘Mild Win’ where both parties were evenly matched but one managed to gain the upper hand. This could be a momentary burst of Luck or Strength, or the giving of one’s arm during an arm-wrestling match where neither party’s hand budged the entire time. A small Win, but a Win!

  13. ----------
  14. Round Outcome Example:
  15. Player 1: 13
  16. Player 2: 19
  17.
  18. The Outcome is a ‘Win’ where one party had the Upper Hand for the majority of the fight. One Character was clearly outclassed during this battle for one reason or another and nothing they did seemed to work in their favor. An undeniable Victory for the winning party.
  19.
  20. ----------
  21. Round Outcome Example:
  22. Player 1: 3
  23. Player 2: 21
  24.
  25. The Outcome is a ‘Severe Win’ where the winning party absolutely demolished the loser. The battle was basically over before it started, there had been no chance for the losing party to resist what had happened to them. Due to the Winning Number being 10+ above the Losing Number, an Injury must be rolled by the Loser.
