  26. Hi John,
  27. Greg is in error here!
  28.
  29. For some reason he called my home and left a message on my answering machine screaming at me something about his password being changed. I have no idea what he's talking about and if he needs help with the site, I've always been available to help. One thing, I will not allow anyone to do, is to call me and threaten me on my home phone regarding issues I have nothing to do with.
  30.
  31. He may own controlling interest of the domain, but I also own 49 percent of the domain. To date I have received no communication from him except for when he wants something, which is fine, I don't mind, I've always been available to help.
  32.
  33. As I have been hosting NCS on my servers since Greg purchased controlling interest, I have not asked him for any hosting fees. I have been paying them myself although I am not receiving any income from the site nor any advertising revenue from the ads he has running. He hasn't even had the courtesy to let me know what the revenue has been.
  34.
  35. So, as I am also 49% owner of the website and also the site administrator, I have taken the website down for maintenance. As far as his password is concerned, I have no idea what he's talking about, I have no motivation or reason to change it. For that matter I haven't even thought about the site for quite a while, but have always been available when he needed something.
  36.
  37. I have decided that until he has the decency to call me and discuss whatever problem he has, I will be doing maintenance on the website.
  38.
  39. I have also decided that since he is the owner, he can pay for the website hosting that I've been paying since he took over ownership. He can pay me 51 percent of the $97 per month hosting fee. Also if he wants, he can purchase the other 49% of the website property for $5000.
  40.
  41. You may want to ask him if I didn't do anything to his password, (which can easily be proved through some IP address searching on our website stats), maybe since he is the "worlds biggest hacker" possibly someone was trying to "hack" his passwords... just a thought.
  42.
  43. Best Regards,
  44. Grey

  78. I read your e-mail and have reviewed the Website Purchase agreement concerning this matter. The website belongs to National Cyber Security, LLC and that company has the legal right to administer the website. As the majority owner of the company, LIGATT has the legal right to have administrative control over the site. Your failure to relinquish such control is in breach of the agreement. Your rights to an accounting of the revenues of the company is an issue that is unrelated to this matter. You do not have the right to hold the website hostage because you would like an accounting of the revenues. My client has instructed me to pursue its legal rights and remedies if you do not immediately turn over control of the website, as contemplated by the agreement. Please govern yourself accordingly.

  388. John,
  389. Domain has been unlocked. Security code sent to Evans. I've changed contact info in whois. The domain can easily be transferred. I would appreciate the removal of my name from NCS LLC and any other docs that tie me to Greg.

  457. John,
  458.
  459. You don't understand. I don't care about the website. Greg can take it and do whatever he wants with it. I have hosted it for free and have given him everything he needed to take it and put it on his servers but he didn't do it. I am more than happy to give him everything. I don't want it. He has ruined any hope of this website being a relevant income generating piece of Internet real estate. Further , because of his blatant disregard for anyone but himself, I don't want to be associated with him or anything he is involved with. All he seems to do is to cause harm to himself & to everyone around him.
  460.
  461. So again, I will tell him and you, the domain is his to do whatever he wants. I am removing all my material and anything with my name on it from anything to do with him & his company. He is very bad news and if I were you I'd get far away from him before it's too late..
  462.

  497.
  498. Hi John,
  499. Greg is in error here!
  500.
  502.
  503. He may own controlling interest of the domain, but I also own 49 percent of the domain. To date I have received no communication from him except for when he wants something, which is fine, I don't mind, I've always been available to help.
  504.
  506.
  508.
  509. I have decided that until he has the decency to call me and discuss whatever problem he has, I will be doing maintenance on the website.
  510.
  511. I have also decided that since he is the owner, he can pay for the website hosting that I've been paying since he took over ownership. He can pay me 51 percent of the $97 per month hosting fee. Also if he wants, he can purchase the other 49% of the website property for $5000.
  512.
  513. You may want to ask him if I didn't do anything to his password, (which can easily be proved through some IP address searching on our website stats), maybe since he is the "worlds biggest hacker" possibly someone was trying to "hack" his passwords... just a thought.
  514.
  515. Best Regards,
  516. Grey
