"Get ready, or you'll die."

Stella spanned the fifty meters between them like a bullet, arriving at Ouma's chest and throwing a shining punch with her whole weight behind it. Ouma could not dodge, but a punch was no threat, not even comparable to a slash from a Device. Yet the warning Stella had given held confidence, which triggered Ouma's sense of danger. He crossed his arms over his chest to block, and then Stella's fist hit.

"Guh…aaah…!"

The impact was harder and heavier than Ouma predicted, breaking his guard and penetrating to his ribs. Nor did it stop there, ramming forward and leaving his feet dragging along the ground.

「Contender Stella has blown Contender Ouma away despite his block! We can hear Contender Ouma's groan, when other Blazers couldn't make him change his expression with their Devices! His knees are bending from that impact!」

「It's not just his knees. Look at Ouma-chan's arms.」

「Huh?」

Prompted by Saikyou, the broadcasting camera zoomed in on Ouma.

「Th-There's a burn mark on Contender Ouma's forearm, as if Contender Stella's fist has branded it…!」

「It must've literally burned into his bone, huh? Which means─」

"Graaahhh…!"

Kneeling, Ouma held his arm and howled in pain. But who could blame him? Stella's punch had not only shattered his reinforced arm, but scorched it as well. His bone had become a hot metal rod, charring his flesh and torching his nerves from the inside.
