  150. It just IP but not too sure about how much deeper it goes. So I would be able to help get this account back but for security purposes we would need an ID to be attached to the ticket. All you have to do is take a picture or scanned image of your ID (drivers license, military ID, or passport). Once you have the file on the computer then I can open up a portal through this chat and you can submit the picture to us there :)
