  12. Jupiter becomes a hot planet in a very low orbit around the Sun. Europa's ice melts, then vaporizes, then gets blown away. Ganymede and Callisto maintain thick, hot envelopes for longer. Io chills out with even angrier volcanism. Jupiter is the incredibly massive comet, joined by the huge tails of Callisto and Ganymede, and the regular-sized tails of the four inner irregulars--the outer irregulars escape into a solar orbit where they later either get flung outwards or collide with the sun or Jupiter.

  14. Mercury takes its normal orbit and remains largely unchanged.

  16. Uranus Takes the place of Venus. Its icy moons melt and start to evaporate away--come and get them while they're cool.

  18. Venus takes Earth's place, but remains far too hot. The greenhouse effect's damage is done.

  20. Mars, having swapped places with Ceres while no one was watching, manages to cover itself in thick ice caps going almost all the way to its equator. Its atmosphere remains but a trifle thicker due to reduced solar wind.

  22. Saturn enjoys a slightly warmer environment, but Titan's warmer atmosphere clears up some of the smog in the air.

  24. Neptune barely notices a difference.

  26. Earth, robbed of its success story. The morning dew here isn't water, it's oxygen from the air. Though the existence of cryovolcanism suggests there is a subsurface ocean that could be holding onto the last vestiges of the former glory of Earth life. Maybe a few remaining human outposts clinging to volcanic regions, or supported by nuclear reactors. The Moon has become a charcoal-black occultor rather than the spectacular night light it once was, and the Sun from here merely a point of light brighter than the stars.
