- Description: Frazier, a felon who served time for a violent 1982 rape of a 65-year-old East German woman who was vacationing in Hilton Head Island ,SC, attacked Bertha, a newspaper carrier, raping her before shooting her twice in the head. He pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter in 2000, but wasn’t charged with raping Bertha until nearly 20 years later, when DNA evidence tied him to the crime.
