Dear Geriord,

Upon the hiring of you as staff, it was clearly outlined that your duties and responsibilities were to set an example for our players. As you have so clearly failed to do so, our only option now is your termination ad Admin. Server staff are expected to be professional and responsible. You have failed multiple times to show this behavior. It is clear that no player wants to see a server official threatening their own life. Or disrespecting those with a rank higher than them. We will not be removing you completely from Staff. But you will not get to keep your rank as an Admin. You still have the chance to gain your rank as Admin. But if you do want to re gain it. You will have to prove to us you have changed and that this behavior will discontinue. In the event you are promoted once again, and are demoted for the same or similar reason. You will be demoted completely to default player. Your chances of becoming a staff member will be slim to none.
