- Global changes:
- Fixed many issues of the streaming version's blended or broken deinterlaced frames
- Fixed an audio glitch from the first release that blew out/clipped audio on all episodes.
- Replaced the intro sequence in all episodes with a very HQ version used in only a few episodes.
- Adjusted the title card color to match broadcast (the streaming release used a bad white-balance)
- Added the mid-episode commercial bumpers. This and the credits are accurate to the episode version.

- Further reduced dot crawl artifacts from the streaming versions or fixed removal-related artifacts from last time.
- The streaming versions sometimes have flashing "B&B" logos during music videos, due to their auto-contrast
- These short segments have been replaced or patched with another episode or a VHS/DVD copy.

- S01E02 Give Blood (Sinead O'Connor Version)
- Streaming version is the incomplete "Ramones" version, missing 2 videos and the first act.
- Likely cut from the previous episode incorrectly as there are no title cards. So let's wait
- to see if Door-to-Door has the lost videos to do the 'main' version. Here is the rare second version
- with Sinead, Megadeth, Scatterbrain, and Jackyl videos, with the first scene upscaled from DVD.
- Videos had an MTV Extra network bug rotoscoped out. Megadeth's couch sequences were reverted to original airing.
- S02E05 Beware of the Butt
- The streaming version used the fully uncensored episode, including "F UCKER" sequence.
- S02E06 At the Sideshow (Aerosmith Version)
- Uses a new VHS find (thank you jokesmith!) for the Aerosmith video
- Rebuilt pre-bumper frames
- Couch cartoons during Aerosmith were remade from existing frames and VHS sources
- Several audio sources are used for the censored segments
- The "I like to burn stuff" sequence was remade by reusing/making several frames
