I understand that, but can you please check my game history if the cheating software was actually used to play any match and cheat on it? What I am assuming the cheating software you are referring to was in the background in another window while the account was logged in.
Please verify my game history because I didn't intentionally do that. If you just go about with cheating software was used then this make EAC exploitable if account is used in a shared computer where ill intentioned people could hook the cheating software in the background.
Please think about it before closing this without a response.
I wasn't cheating and I'd never do that.

You guys incorrectly banned my main account for running unauthorised app but that's not what happened also there was no reason for me to do that as I don't play the game for player vs player battle anyway.
The account that should be banned is 38554253 which I mentioned before used to verify and report a working aimbot on the same laptop. There were four aimbot tested on it one brought from YouTube and 3 other from Discord that people used to auto aim other players but tested with another alt account and all working were reported.
Kindly check the game history of 590716 and verify it wasn't used to cheat in any manner. You need to verify that because EAC banned me even though I never intend to use any aimbot on my main account for Player vs bot matches because thats what I have only played.
Please forward it to your superior if there is any issue regarding it.
I did not invest my money in the game just to get banned one day later for testing aimbot on my alts.
Give me a chance please I will be the first to report any hacks and exploit if you help me.

My Player ID: 590716 Hi, Follow up to my previous email, I was falsely banned from the game when all I have been running in the background was Fraps and no cheat at all and never been to PvP lobby and tried to cheat or heck. I am not sure if its related but I'd like to add that I have tested an aimbot that works with colour pattern and reported it to the devs but when I was testing that I was running an alt account not my main account so I don't think its anyway linked to it because that was a while ago and I am 100% sure it wasn't running when I was on my main account. I had no idea that testing could actually get me banned. Please unban my account with Player ID 590716. I have been falsely banned by the system right after loading screen to a player vs AI match. I have no idea why it banned me the only thing running with the game was FRAPS and GlassWire Network Security. There is only one thing I edited that is ChaosSystemSetting.ini file for game performance because I play the game on laptop Intel HD3000 gpu. Also note that I have always played Player vs AI match and never been to PvP matches so there is absolutely no reason for me to cheat. Hope you understand.
