As I said, it's easy, but it can take a long time, my last refund lasted more than a month, I had to contact them again several times with their shitty investigation...



For a better success rate, stay below 500€.



You have the choice between email and call, email works very well, I have never tested via call.



The method is simple, you just have to say that it never arrived (with fake sign if necessary) or say that the package was empty (for sweaters for example, any kind of light products)



If you want to try above 500€, I advise you to do partial refund only to keep a higher success rate (you can return other items).



If you want to refund again, I suggest you to use Revolut and their VCC !
