got first call - counter was 3 when I ran database show counter

called got moved around and back to /var/spool/asterisk/outoing, got 2nd call 2 minutes later(I changed from every 5 minutes to every 2 for testing purposes)

got second call - counter was 2 when I ran database show counter

called got moved around and back to /var/spool/asterisk/outoing, got 2nd call 2 minutes later

got third call - counter now at 1

called got moved around and back to /var/spool/asterisk/outoing, got 2nd call 2 minutes later

got 4th call - counter now a 0

called got moved around and back to /var/spool/asterisk/outoing, got 2nd call 2 minutes later

got 5th call - counter back to 5 and call didn't get moved around
