- Akio and Nakoma have similar approaches to nature and life: they're both sort of the 'happy go lucky' types
- Although, Nakoma is doing it from a place of innocence initially, and does it unknowingly; guided by an Instinct to do good by all he can
- But Akio does it willingly, forcing himself even when he doesn't need to
- Some things they'd do include stuff like helping people and animals and plants on their respective journeys, for example; maybe even finding water for plants and making the Sun shine, giving sad creatures comfort when they need it
- In that respect, Akio is more consistent with these deeds towards nature and it comes from a place of deep affection for life
- Even though he leads a pretty anthropocentric, concerning himself mostly with Man, he tries to be ecocentric as much as he can, because he also worries about Nature
- While Nakoma.. well, when things get rough, he sort of abandons everything and becomes a hermit temporarily... though, I guess, at that point, he was mostly choosing to ignore human problems and live a neutral life surrounded by nature, but not necessarily acknowledging it
- So when he does return among people and nature, he does it apologetically-- as if he's repaying a debt to life.. and not really out of love
- In an odd way, he simultaneously becomes more like Akio and becomes even more distinct, separating himself from a path that was almost parallel to his
- They are both children of Light who were heading in the same direction, but Nakoma fell off
- ...hmm
- I guess it could be said Nakoma never truly loved nature or life, he just didn't kno any better
- He was born a good boi, a pure soul-- so pure not even love had a hold on him.. before he came into contact with Nekura, via Natalia Corda
