  1. You will give a 5-7 minute presentation on Monday 9/24 analyzing an advertisement or commercial, while also presenting an advertisement you have created. The presentation should address all of the questions listed below for both the original and created ads. You should consider the ad in detail—not only the language used and the major images but also color choices, design, etc. You will show the class both ads during your presentation.
  2.
  3. You will also turn in written answers addressing both sets of questions listed below. The written answers are worth 1/2 of the assignment grade and are due on 10/01. This analysis will be graded on thoroughness and how well you support your assertions with analysis and examples.
  4.
  5. Your presentation grade will not be based on the artistic merit of the created ad. It will be based on the presentation of all appropriate information, the quality of the analysis as presented in the written answers and the presentation itself, and the appropriate use of the 5-7 minutes of the presentation.
