“It TOTALLY works!” Green Lantern insisted, zooming toward Metallo. He pointed his fist right at the cyborg, projecting a green battering ram out of his ring. But when Metallo saw Green Lantern rocketing toward him, he slipped aside at the last minute and grabbed the glowing battering ram in both hands, slowly pulling Green Lantern closer.
Green Lantern rapidly changed the object projected out of his ring from battering ram to spear to cactus to octopus. But Metallo held on, hauling Green Lantern closer and closer, until they were almost nose to nose. “My fight is not with you, metahuman,” Metallo snarled. “Bring me Superman!”
