Why do you want to be a staff member on Voltix? - Maturity - I see myself as a mature person and I see myself as a leader. Not only in game but also in the real world. For me, a great leader is someone who can not only handle stressed situations but can help and be great role model. It’s the ones who remember everyone's name and says hi/bye to new people and explains if there is something that needs to be explained. The first time I joined the network I had some high up staff say hi to me even though they didn’t have to. Having such a powerful person talk to you who is no one in their eyes is a cool feeling. Same as if you are at war, if an officer cares about their men and make sure they are okay and shows that they care about them they will stick around and have a lot of respect for that individual man. A great leader is also someone that can keep calm even if someone is complaining and insulting them, not insult them back and instead be nice and helpful. At last, I think a great leader is someone who can realize that they did something wrong and correct themselves and do it better next time, not just like “idgaf, I don't care what the others think”. Be one with the community, not rule the community.

So what have I learned and gotten experience from this? I play a game called "Soccer" and in my team I’m the captain, that means that I have a leading role and set off an example for new players. I am also a referee for smaller games and that is also a leading position, I am the one who decides if it is an offense or not or if it actually was a goal or not. Last but not least, I’m also a coach for 9-11 year olds every Saturday. This job requires me to be mature and deal with stuff that comes up in a calm way. Hope this explained my expectation of how a mature person should act and you feel that I’m that person here is a couple other reasons why I should be chosen aswell!

I feel like I should be chosen on the staff team because I want to help preserve and flourish the community I feel like I can do a huge amount for the staff team at Voltix and help out so forth well doing it, Voltix has always been my dream to get staff on and every time I get denied I just don't give up and I move on forth and use the constructive criticism I get as a sort of a guidelines to applying the next time and so forth. I also love all the unique features and things that Voltix has to offer I feel like if I were given the chance to become a staff member I would take it as stepping stones for say I would work off of what I was given with the utmost hard work and dedication and the most effort I can put into anything, I would use getting staff on Voltix as to work off my platform I would use it as a way to get to know people and help out around the server even more then I try do now.

I see myself as a very outgoing and emotional person at times I feel like if I were given this opportunity no one would be sorry that I was given the opportunity because of how much dedication and hard work I am willing to put in to this position. Now, don't get me wrong people do make mistakes and may ask dumb questions at times but it is only to better themselves as a person in general I wouldn't be afraid to ask questions even if they seemed dumb to me I would use it as every question leads to an answer no matter how irrelevant it may be. I feel like I am a good multi-tasker and I can also handle stressed situations as it takes me alot to get mad and or stressed out which would overall help me handle tight situations that I may have to surpass.

Alright, my last and final point of why I should be chosen to become a Helpers the sheer fact that I will be active and I will be the most hard working Helper you might see I will try to help any which way I can and do it with a proud look on my face no matter the circumstance I may be in, I am also willing to do whatever it takes to help out a player no matter the time as I stated above I can be active now how active you might be asking well I can spend 5-9 hours a day on Voltix or more if needed. I feel like I deserve this position because of how mature I am and how dedication I will be!

What do you think you can bring to the staff team? -  You should chose me because I know all the responsibilities and permissions that grow with every promotion. I have plenty of experience, and I'm faster than the most staff members. If I could get the opportunity of being staff, I would give opportunity? of being a staff member on the Voltix network, I would dedicate all my hard work and time on the whole community to make sure the players are enjoying their time on the server, meeting new people in teamspeak and me having fun while moderating Voltix. I'm a unique staff member, meaning that I've been one of the best staff member on some communities, and I'm very dedicated to what I do whenever it's Minecraft, a exam, school in general, or personal information. I wouldn't be applying on Voltix if I wasn't ready, since I already canceled all my applications so I could get myself prepared. I had a real high amount of elo on many servers, and I've learned what real and false cheaters look like. I always look at every detail the possible cheater does, and I never ban someone without screen sharing the player unless it's obvious killaura, speed/bhop, fly or phase. I'm very kind and family friendly. I'm always trying my best to keep communities that I love clean and safe of cheaters since I want to improve the experience of Voltix. I am good at making decisions and being a leader that as a staff member I can do and improve it. I never ever freak out if I have an issue or don't know something, I always try to contact higher and more knowledged staff, but this should happen very rarely since I know most questions. I also speak Romanian and English fluent. Screen Sharing:
I've learned screen sharing professionally in my past experience. If I get to be a staff member on Voltix, then I could improve my screen sharing and learn special tricks, which can help me screen sharing more professionaly. For now, here's how I screenshare: First, I would give the player 3 minutes to join the ts. If the player tells me that he doesn’t have Teamspeak installed, I would give him 4 minutes to install and connect to the Teamspeak. I would give the player the chance to admit. If he doesn’t admit, then he would need to give the join.me link, and press f3. I would keep the version and the amount of mods the player is running in mind. After that, the player would need to go to Resource Packs, and head to .minecraft. I would next check the “Show hidden items” at “View”. Next he would need to go to the mods folder. These are the mod sizes, by the way:
- ToggleSneak: 20 to 29kb
- BspkrsCore: 194kb to 200kb
- ArmorStatus: 20 to 28kb
- DirectionHU: 20 to 28kb
- StatusEffect: 20 to 26kb
- Player API: 200 to 300kb

I have the sizes memorized in my head. Anyway, next I would go to their versions folder, and if they have a client, I would ban them if they did or didn’t use it on the server. Next the player would need to go to Roaming, and click on TS3Client. Click on cache, and if there was a folder called “lemote”, then it means the player self destructed spook. If the player has a folder called “lib” in their java folder, then it also means the player self destructed spook. Next I would go to their Prefetch folder (Windows (C:) -> Windows -> Prefetch), and check if the player has 3 JAVAW files. If they do, then it means the player has Vape. Next, I would go to the vape website, and see if the auto suggestion thingy auto fills it. If it does, I would click on the website, and see if the has login on the website. I would ban the player if he does. I would also check the login on the spook website. Next I would let the player download chestsmasher (I have the link). The player would need to put all the cheatsmasher files on its desktop and click on the .exe. When the notepad pops up, it should show the hacks if he has any (Probably not clients that can be injected). Finally, I would check his Skype Received folder, his desktop, downloads and recycle bin.

Also maturity means to me people that welcome other players when they don’t even have to.

What makes you a better choice over someone else? - 1. First of all, I would like staff so I can prove to other servers that I can handle a server with hundreds of players. That could help me continue my experience with being a staff member on servers with high player bases. I would also like to start a staff series on here.

2. Second, Voltix is a fully custom Practise server with a really high player base. Voltix is also one my most favorite Practice servers, and being staff on here would be amazing as I want to help the community, players and staff team with me being staff.

3. Another reason is that I actually want to help this community being a better place, and contribute with the players and server on the forums, and Teamspeak. I totally enjoy helping, and I want to be apart of the staff team so I can get the chance of showing the staff team that I seriously enjoy helping communities and players.

4. I also love being a team leader and making decisions, and I feel that as a staff member I will get to do this and help improve not only the staff team with me being a staff member but the server as well.

5. I always see players saying in chat "STAFF TP PLEASE". I hate it so much that too if they say that, no staff teleports. I know they should use /report or /helpop, but it could be something serious important, and I want so much to help these players with all my love, respect, and staff assistance.

What does your weekly schedule look like in terms of being on the server?: Practically every day 4+ hours. Some days not so much because of family activities or others, but I still try to be as active as possible on the community I love.

Anything else we should know? - in the real world my name is Josh. I love ride skateboards and i have lots of hobbies. Some of my hobbies are running,playing video games and mainly all running and hands on sports. I am currently raising 2 baby cats and i love them so much. It is such a cool experience to be able to know how animals interact and how they grow up. For siblings i have a younger brother. I would really love to be staff on the Voltix network because it would make me so happy to have a new experience dealing with new players and making the server have less hackers messing up the experience for others. I wouldn't just make the server a better place for not just me and the staff, but most importantly the players.
