Oh, that’d be so fucking cool. So, what’s up with their bodies? Do you think they’d still have aura and semblances, or sort of carapace-like bodies that are soft, though durable?

I'd like to think all of the metal on their clothing, as well as Blake's mask, are just accessories. The 'cloth' of their clothes is soft tissue, able to regenerate and be moved around, while their skin is something like a soft carapace. The bone is just that.

They have tough bodies, and can come back from any wound that doesn't pierce their 'heart'. A core around where their hearts and lungs would be.



So, everything you see would more or less be their bodies, with clothes being a semi-protective layering of easily repaired tissues, and metal just being accessories worn for the hell of it.

And I say the tentacles are parts of her actual arms, and can be retracted and extended as needed, while she keeps her hands hidden in her sleeves.

The question becomes: Were they all born Grimm, or did they somehow become Grimm?

If they weren't born grimm, then they would still have their semblances, I'd imagine. Albeit I imagine they might have changed a bit at least thematically. Ruby's petals would likely be black or at least have black veins, Weiss's Glyphs would all be black and red, and Blake would probably leave behind kind-of horrifying vestiges, whereas Yang's eyes would seem darker as opposed to red.



I also think (without spoilers) it makes sense that they became Grimm.

Yang, you’re awesome. That’s what I was thinking and more, and I totally love the ideas. They’re killable, damn hard to, but certainly killable.



One of the angles I was thinking of was that this is an alternate Remnant, where Salem has Grimm trained to overpower Huntsmen on a mental level, able to outspeed, power, or skill their opponents. I actually saw a fanfiction with Grimm team RWBY at a ‘Grimm Academy’, and their personalities were... pretty much all negative. Ruby’s wasn’t, because, she’s alwyas been pure. But Yang only protected Ruby because she’s family yet would despise her if not, stuff like that.

Yeah! Well, when they’re out at full strength, Ruby’s isn’t odd, just a regular-ish scythe. How are we doing personality-wise with all them? I think Ruby’s a perversion of the innocent girl trope, where she’s overly ‘ignorant’ of how attractive she is, almost to bait people into violating her. At least, in front of humans. In front of them, she’d be a lot more direct with teling them what she wants.

Weiss is very demanding, and demeaning towards humans. She doesn't hate them in the same way that Yang would, instead they disgust her, and she feels as if they are beneath her. With the other Grimm girls she treats them as valuables, not quite other people, but instead useful, pleasant /things/ that need to be taken care of. She really treats them like they're her pets.

Yang will more or less be how she used to be. A confident bombshell who knows just how hot she is, and uses it to her advantage. She can get a bit arogant, and a little rough with any humans she finds cute.

With the others, she's very dominant. She recognizes her dearest sister as their leader, but is more than happy to pin her down, and have her way with her, as with any of them..

And the hate aspect is only present when they're fighting a human, or having a 'snack'.

She doesn't hate them, but she doesn't like them. Rather, she's fascinated with them. She was always interested in human/faunus anatomy when she was a Faunus, but now that she's a Grimm, she's much more open about her interest.
