Mystic against Ice , A new rise!

The young Nivis looked about on this day towards every other villager. He  didn't have too much to say but his eyes were open in case a crime had begun, and with the prince being in the keep to look over Folka, Jinsei had to keep an eye out on the outside, since he and Calvin would be driving the kingdom for quite some time.

Jinsei's mind was at the right place, his heart even could compliment this by being with the mind as well, and with the way things were going into the deep blue sea of panic amongst most people, the boy always kept a clear mind , though that didn't mean he ignored some of the issues, it simply meant he was waiting for things to play out.

Jinsei Silverwing: Oi?
Augustus Pandion: Challenge four?
Jinsei Silverwing: Hehe, sure.
Augustus Pandion: That wasn't a question.
Jinsei Silverwing: Sounded like one.
Augustus Pandion: Because you're deaf af m8.
Augustus Pandion: So, I informed our little friend Calvin.

Jinsei Silverwing: With what's going on, he may have a bounty on his head y'know..----Hey Morrigana..
Augustus Pandion: I do not care really.

Morrigana: It is rude to ignore a lady. <*looks at Augustus.*>

Jinsei Silverwing: Hm..Anywho, we should go get this challenge going.. Morrigana, want to watch?
Augustus Pandion: Jinsei.
Jinsei Silverwing: <She's gotten aggressive lately...>
Morrigana: Sure! I bet you will win anyways.
Augustus Pandion: Just a question.

Augustus Pandion: <*Puts on sunglasses*> Would you mind if I used fire this time? <*Grins*>
Jinsei Silverwing: Fire eh?...I wouldn't mind haha.
Augustus Pandion: ..Hmph.
Augustus Pandion: Way to take the flare.
Jinsei Silverwing: Hey we are rivals, by now we have all sorts of tricks haha.
For the past number of weeks, Kyoshiro had stayed at Frostvale's Inn. During this time, Lord Kyoshiro Draconis had bought a ruby plated armor set for himself. He was no longer the boy that had escaped the "Brethren".

Augustus Pandion: Hmph.
Augustus Pandion: Morrigana correct?
Morrigana: Right.
Augustus Pandion: You're far too young to be a lady.
Morrigana: ..! I am still a lady!
Morrigana: <*kawaii angry face*>
Morrigana: Hmph.
Augustus Pandion: Either way, allow me to put on my new attire.. <*Throws off old coat and attaches cape to his new outfit*> Prepare to be fired into the sky mate.
Morrigana: Psh.
Morrigana: Jinsei will win!
Morrigana: He is the best fighter in Frostvale.
Augustus Pandion: We shall see about that.
Jinsei Silverwing: Hehe, you should be ready to take to the skies Augustus..
Augustus Pandion: I am already in the skies Jinsei.
Jinsei Silverwing: Let's go!
Augustus Pandion: When will you ever learn?
Augustus Pandion: Do I look 'edgy' enough for you to see me as a true rival now?
Augustus Pandion: <*Laughs*>
Morrigana: J-Jinsei! You can do this!
Jinsei Silverwing: Haha, you almost look like a Saffron Avis!
Morrigana: I believe in you, buddy!~
Augustus Pandion: Mhm.. Well, perhaps I am.
Jinsei Silverwing: Thanks!
Jinsei Silverwing: Now then, how many rounds shall we go today?
Morrigana: <I should step my butt back before I get hit by their attacks!>
Augustus Pandion: Alverick.
Jinsei Silverwing: I have a new trick as well..
Augustus Pandion: It's time to show up. <*A large spirit of a wolf shows up*>
Morrigana: <Hm.... should I heal Jinsei while he is fighting...? It would be cheating but this guy is very mean!>
Augustus Pandion: So.
Augustus Pandion: I guess it's two on two then?
Jinsei Silverwing: Oh? Guess so, Lychee!
Jinsei Silverwing: <*Lychee pops up saying*> *Wisp*
Jinsei Silverwing: *wisp noises*
Augustus Pandion: What a joke.
Jinsei Silverwing: You'll see a joke after we're done..

Jinsei Silverwing: <*looks to the wyvern flying about*>
Augustus Pandion: I suppose you shall be the first to see the results..
Augustus Pandion: Of my studies.
Soon as Jinsei took his stance when he and Augustus got out into the fields where the two of them will face eachother in battle once again. Jinsei drew out his sword, swinging it vertically before he pointed it towards Agustus before saying to him.

"Augustus..You'll lose, just know this.." he states to the friend and rival, young Jinsei soon would be emitting a bright glow, this being the first form of his mystic powers , the thought came to mind as he did this.. <Just shroud myself with the energy the fairy awakened...And believe..> normally if the fairy was there, she'd shout for him to try beliving someplace else!

Luckily that was not the case, as the first form came into play, he knew his rival was no joke, but Jinsie had a surprise he was saving for later, his body in a lighter blue shade of energy magic, enhancing his speed and power while taking a bit of vitality for a small cost. He waited for Augustus, holding his stance of the Orbital tempest first on the left foot, he told him once more.

"Looks like we're both full of surprises my old friend." it was like Yin and Yang with these two rivals, both on par with eachothers power..

With opened arms wind would fly about around him, his eyes opened from under his hood and sunglasses. This was an outfit prepared for strong weather, which he specialized in for the future.

A laugh escaped his breath before snow was being picked up around him, this was the avalanche method all over again. Snow started to freeze up and turn into large hail balls, frozen to the core.

If one was hit with one of these to their skulls they would surely be knocked out of air. That much was fact, snow beneath the feet of his opponent would be drained and through that his aura was supported.

"Panther, you take the information formation. Alverick, you back me up with your presence. I cannot afford to see you standing in my way, so don't lack in the information department. Let's rock, for this is literally a gimmick. We just have to work together."

Clouds started to go towards the ground, manipulation of the wind and water was combined and refined to turn into fog. Though it would surely take a ton of energy if he was to soak the entire battlefield. For that he only took fog around him so that his movement couldn't be tracked that fast.

With their fight raging on between the two striving young lads, they had no other options but to go full force with one another, Jinsei using his tactics as well as Augustus, the mystic energy surrounding Jinsei giving him the edge of sensory in this battle, helping him predict mvoements much quicker to read his tagret.

Once Jinsei had took the victory of this first round and being the intial one in it, they clashed once more and Jinsei ending it with his fatal strike, dashing through the spikes of ice Augustus threw towards him in an all around area attack. But enough with such detail for this boy took the challenge to new levels of intensity.

He said to him while placing his "It's time mate.." he glances over to Morrigana hoping she didn't think too much of him for this, he held his sword on his right side with his right hand, sure the sword looked minor for now and as a simple and weak weapon, but that was going to change.  Jinsei was pouring mystic energy into it while gliding his left hand down the base of the sword.

"Mystic forefathers...." soon his hand finished at the gliding of the blunt end, coating it with tons of energy as he shouted ! "Guidence!" the mystic aura beamed into the skies like lightning, forcing the snow around him to go up! As well as some rocks, as the smoke cleared up, Jinsei would have been seen with a brand new sword, covered in such energy of the Mystic ,which had enhanced his abilities earlier that caused him to win the first round.

"Lunar Crescent!.." he shouted holding the sword pointed at Augustus as he radiates his Mystic energy, positively affecting the area, the mysthical creatures around him were drawn to the output of Mystic energy, his eyes glew the mystic light from Jade to a even brighter Jade, he was ready for his opponent to show him another new trick he may have learned.

"From my battle that day...The Journey To The Mystic.." he says as he remembers having to tame his inner beast self , fighting his teacher Boyd whom he maganed to nearly defeat when out of control and bersekd..But Jinsei said no more! He was the beacon of this generation for Frostvale now! He shall become it's new champion!

A clash of pure power was made, but it was but the start. One wondered if he was going to lose again, actually that was a mock. Once again he knew he would lose, but he was going to advance and grow. That was but his only option until the conquest.

Hundreds of lives would potentially be saved if he would be victorious in that conquest, these lives were not to be taken lightly. Thus he did what he had to, poured every single piece of tactic in this battle even if it was cheap.

Panther, the parrot flew across the battlefield and shouted if he was behind him. While the wisp of energy healed him with it's mere presence. Annoyance was clear in the eyes of the beast, but his rival knew for a fact.

There was no one calmer and frozen than this individual, he was to do anything in a calm manner. Even if it was execution, though he was nothing like this when he was young.

This was just how he became when the ice became part of his nature. It came with the job, he would exclaim. Not a single sound came from him while he smashed himself back up on a tower and showed him, that he had the greatest control of them.

"I see you haven't changed a single thing about your tactic. Not to be judgemental or anything, but you really do need to change. Before you're going to be surpassed, you felt it too didn't you? I am surpassing you, at a slow pace but still surpassing you. C'mon, this is so totally not you."

Augustus spoke with folded arms upon the tower before leaping to the skies and smashing down blocks of ice straight towards his rivals face. This was a strange battle.

   It has been such a long time that she has seen Jinsei in action, Morrigana was proud of her friend as well. Yes, she wasn't a fighter or anything because she was more focused into healing -but- while watching Jinsei fighting against another person, made her want to do something other than healing. Her cheeks blushed while watching Jinsei's every movie, it was like if she was taking mental notes. The whole fight was incredible.

  Morrigana smiled at the two, but especially towards Jinsei because that was her friend and she was focusing more into him. "Mmmm... I want to be just like you, Jinsei! I know I am a healer and all... but I wanna fight like you... I should get some training..." she thought biting her bottom lips as she stood there with both of her hands being held to one another in a very kawaii way.


  There has been a few people around that been telling her, that she should do something else other than being a healer. Yeah, she wouldn't mind having the hybrid role. A healer and a fighter, but mostly a healer..! Ever since she watched the nurses/doctors healing people, it was the best feeling ever.

"Alright.... I will do this... Jinsei! I will be the best healer ever! I promise... but I will also be a fighter like you..." Morrigana thought again, looking back at Augustus giving him a small smile as well. "Mmmm... I should train.."

Holding the newfound blade during the battle with Augustus, he moved at truly remarkable speeds towards his opponents, this only being half of his strengths even with the Mystic form and abilities, he still needed to perfect each and every tactic that went along with this ability, same goes for everything else within such a new found power.

As they fight on , the mystic aura surged around Jinsei, tempting for the feral mind to take over, he did not allow it, instead he surpressed such a dark an evil mind with his pure intentions and goals for when he was able to truly change Valmasia. Jinsei didn't speak much in this fight like he did in the previous, but he was sure to be moving as swift as the wind and almost as swift as time itself.

While he battled with Augustus, he tried to make sure that Morrigana would not get hurt in anyway from the cross fire, at some points of time he took the hit to make sure of it, or he tried to block some of which, however over all this fight came to an end in Jinsei's favor, his mystic energies proving to be his source of power and the little downfall on some abilities and physical contribution.

Sure the Mystic shrouding aura was risky at first, but Jinsei didn't mind it to anything too threatning, for in his battle with his teacher Boyd, he managed to surpress it so greatly that the inner beast within remained dormant throughout the fight that day.. However on this particular day it was slightly different.

He went to go help Augustus up, he didn't fly at all this spar, nore did he use the ability of super speed, what Jinsei told Augustus was that it was not always about tactic.

"It's not about my tactics..But the instinct of battle ..Atlease that is how is is for me.." he says to Augustus with a slight smile, reaching to help him up. Jinsei's mystic energy aura slowly fading away, he was at peace all this time, and didn't show any signs of depravity from the feral instincts within. He smiled alittle at his rival, both have similar and yet different ideals.

He then looked to Morrigana, seems as though she found her calling "Ah? You'll actually study then? I see you have been slacking!" he teased Morrigana in a friendly manner, soon to walk over towards her once he had helped up his rival..His eyes still having the glow of the mystic, slightly before vanishing..

Jinsei Silverwing: <*sword reverted to normal*>
Like blades they slashed and clashed, meeting their eyes during battle. It was rapid that he had to keep running, this was his tactic to keep on the ground at the moment. Gliding at the sound of a blade he created ice on his arms to protect himself from any wounds.

Currently he dried out the lands from it's water, it had to start snowing again before he could use the same tactic and the avalanche method started to stop. Everything seemed to have a consequence. But that didn't matter much either, for he had a second tactic.

With blazing power he started to send shards of ice towards his rival, at the top of it's speed it scratched open his skin rapidly. This would surely take the time for a moment. Though then it happened, with a single dash he suddenly met with his opponents blade.

A large cut was made in his chest, however. Water from the inside started to clearly repair him now, it was obvious now what his tactic for healing was. Currently he broke himself open and often filled himself with ice cold water to support the healing process.

This wasn't a starter method either, it hurted and was much like sacrificing one's humanity to grow stronger. But it wasn't like that for him, it was like he had to be capable of surpassing many of his opponents. Even if that method was monstrous, it had to be done for his sake.

With a single clap he smashed into the ground and his rival wanted to once again help him up. Augustus however didn't accept any of that and instead slapped away the hand before smashing himself back up on a tower of ice.

Augustus then shrugged before speaking loud and clearly. Going against the little speech his opponent gave, clearly he was annoyed but still took control of himself quite a lot. Nothing less to be expected from an expert ice mage obviously.

"That's foolish, you and your opponent know this. In that case, it's me. Your supposed rival, you forgot didn't you?! I am going to surpass you, one way or another. If it means breaking myself open and reconstructing myself to be a better human? So be it!"

Currently he didn't even await for reaction before smashing himself to the ground and landing on his feet with crushing strength. Augustus stood with folded arms once again before spitting upon the floor right before his rival.

"And don't think you can ever give me a hand rival. I am not here for tea, I am here for a battle that shall better mankind. Got it memorized?" he asked before his parrot came back laughing, sitting upon his right shoulder.

Jinsei now most probably knew the true emotions of him, he felt like a disgrace to his family every singular time he lost. Every time he broke himself open was for the fact that he couldn't live with weakness like a normal human. That is what made him, all the more human.

But the fact was open to the simple point. Augustus wasn't going to give up, even after he surpassed his opponent. He was going to live, and forsee the future of valmasia in a wholesome light of justice.

Jinsei's eyes towards his rival as his hand offer was declined, Augustus was always the one to try doing things on his own while Jinsei seeked the hands of others to help him along the way, his sword reverted back to it's normal form soon enough. He was wondering where Augustus was going when the battle was over..

Jinsei looked towards Morrigana before taking the leave as well when Augustus was going to do so. The young Mystic was happy to have a rival as powerful as Augustus and wise, but Jinsei knew that the world was full of people stronger than the two of them put together, even with Jinsei's strength and abilities.

He smiled at Augustus before waving a farewell for nows time, taking flight into the skies as the mystic child he was, their battle of power struggles came to an end in Jinsei's victory. But he spoke before leaving.

"Until we meet again Agustus!" he shouted from the skies above. "I got it all memorized!" he says referring to the words Augustus used earlier. As he flew off he held Morrigana by the hand or on his back.. Soaring away to central frostvale where he'd be going to get some food for himself and his other friend who came to watch their long battle of Mystic Versus Ice.
