- Enoch is of the Antediluvian period in the Hebrew Bible. Enoch was son of Jared and fathered Methuselah. This Enoch is not to be confused with Cain's son Enoch (Genesis 4:17). The text of the Book of Genesis says Enoch lived 365 years before he was taken by God. The text reads that Enoch "walked with God: and he was no more; for God took him" (Gen 5:21–24), which some Christians interpret as Enoch's entering Heaven alive. Enoch is the subject of many Jewish and Christian traditions. He was considered the author of the Book of Enoch and also called Enoch the scribe of judgment. The Christian New Testament has three references to Enoch from the lineage of Seth (Luke 3:37, Hebrews 11:5, Jude 1:14–15). Enoch was the builder of the Great Pyramid, or at least as stated by Taqi al-Din Muhammad al-Maqritu (1363-1442) in his written work Khitat.

- Book of the Watchers
- [1 Enoch]
- Book of Enoch, written in Ge'ez, first time brought in Europe by James Bruce and translated in English by August Dillmann and Reverent Schoode - recognized by the Orthodox Tewahedo churches and usually dated between the third century BC and the first century AD. 1-36 is commonly referred to as the Book of the Watchers, 37-71 is often called the Book of Parables or the Similitudes of Enoch, 72 through 82 is called the Astronomical book or the Book of the Heavenly Luminaries, 83 to 90 is referred to as the Book of Dream Visions and 91-108 is referred to as the Epistle of Enoch. In addition, fragments of the Book of Noah are contained throughout Enoch (6:1-11:2, 54:7-55:2, 60:1-24, 65:1-69:25, 106:1-107:3).
- The Book of Watchers, the Book of the Heavenly Luminaries, the Book of Dream Visions, and the Epistle of Enoch are all found in the Dead Sea Scrolls so there is no doubt that they are old. But just how old are they? The Book of Watchers is viewed as the oldest of the works (it is the section that deals with fallen angels impregnating human females). Its oldest parts are dated to third century BCE or earlier, but some of the newer portions may date to 200-100 BCE. The Book of the Heavenly Luminaries is dated to around 200 to 100 BCE. The Book of Dream Visions is believed to have been written sometime in the time range of 163 to 37 BCE. And the Epistle of Enoch dates to around 170 to first century BCE.
- The portion of Enoch that gives scholars the most difficulty is the Book of Parables which is the section that deals with the heavenly messiah. Robert Charles dated the parables to 94-63 BCE, excluding the years 79-70 BCE. However other dates have been given ranging from 2nd century BCE to 270 CE, though the later dates are based on precarious assumptions. Erik Sjöberg argued that it was written before 70 CE and M. D. Hooker agrees with him. According to James H. Charlesworth, 'Isaac, Nickelsburg, Stone, Knibb, Anderson, Black, VanderKam, Greenfield and Sutter' also agree with a probable pre-70 CE date and 'no specialists now argue that I Enoch 37-71... postdates the first century.'
- While the Book of Parables was not found in the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Book of Noah was found and Darrel D. Hannah mentions that Book of Noah may have served as source material for the original composition of the Parables. Fragment 4Q534 of the Book of Noah prophesizes that this messiah will have red hair, will have discernment at age two, will read three books, will have either visions or wise seers visit him, will have wisdom and discretion, will know the secrets of man and the secrets of all living things, will prevail over plans against him, will rule over all things (or all living things), and his plans will succeed forever because he is the Elect of God. The Apocryphon of Daniel, also found in the Dead Sea Scrolls, describes a messianic battle occurring at the End of Days and describes the messiah as being the “Son of God” or “Son of the Most High”. The Book of War, also found in the Dead Sea Scrolls, describes the apocalyptic battle as well. Descriptions of this apocalyptic battle are found throughout the Parables.
- The Book of 1 Enoch influenced the Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs, the Assumption of Moses, 2 Baruch, 4 Ezra, and the New Testament. 1 Enoch is also interconnected with the book of Jubilees, but given that this book was from the same era, it is difficult to determine which way the literary dependence runs.
- [2 Enoch]
- The Secrets of Enoch, written in Old Bulgarian, Russian, Serbian and other slav languages, first translated in English by William Morfill - usually dated to the first century AD. Two Slavonic texts concerned with the creation of mankind. Parts of 2 Enoch were originally written in Greek and uses the Septuagint, Sirach, and the Book of Wisdom and therefore those parts would have been comprised after those works were written (sometime after 30 BCE). Other parts may be older. The fact that the Testament of the Twelve Patriarchs uses passages from 2nd Enoch and the second temple is still standing in the text implies a pre-Christian or early Christian date. Thus most scholars date 2 Enoch sometime between 30 BCE and 70 CE.
- The Book of 2 Enoch influenced the Book of Adam and Eve, the Apocalypse of Moses, the Apocalypse of Paul, the Sibylline Oracles, the Ascension of Isaiah, and the Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs. As far as the New Testament is concerned, Robert Charles explained that the Book of Enoch molded the New Testament doctrines concerning the nature of the Messianic Kingdom and of the future life, the Messiah, Sheol and the resurrection, and demonology. The Book of Enoch also influenced the founders of the early Christian church. Athenagoras, Clement of Alexandria, Irenaeus, Tertullian, Origen, and Justin Martyr were among those influenced by it.
- [3 Enoch]
- Rabbinic text in Hebrew usually dated to the fifth century AD.
- These recount how Enoch was taken up to Heaven and was appointed guardian of all the celestial treasures, chief of the archangels, and the immediate attendant on the Throne of God. He was subsequently taught all secrets and mysteries and, with all the angels at his back, fulfils of his own accord whatever comes out of the mouth of God, executing His decrees. Much esoteric literature like the 3 Enoch identifies Enoch as the Metatron, the angel which communicates God's word. In consequence, Enoch was seen, by this literature, and the Rabbinic kabbalah of Jewish mysticism, as having been the one which communicated God's revelation to Moses, in particular, the dictator of the Book of Jubilees.
- 3 Enoch, a.k.a. Metatron Enoch, is attributed to Rabbi Ishmael. He lived between 90-135 CE so assuming he didn’t write 3 Enoch before he was 18, we are talking about a date somewhere in the range of 108-135 CE. The Book of Raziel the Angel which is loosely associated with 3 Enoch is more difficult to date. It can’t be definitely dated until the 13th century though parts of it are thought to have been written earlier.
- Theories have suggested our ancient ancestors were visited by a race from another planet, point to the Watchers as the most likely to be those ancient astronauts. At the time, they were looked upon as angels, some good and some bad, who eventually procreated with select female humans. Ancient astronauts may have procreated with humans to create the giants in the Book of Enoch.
- This describes an account from Enoch’s grandson, Lamech, during the birth of his son, which read:
- “And his father, Lamech, was afraid of him and fled, and come to his father Methuselah. And he said to him: ‘I have begotten a strange son, different and unlike man, and resembling the sons of the God of heaven; and his nature is different and he is not like us, and his eyes are as the rays of the sun, and his face is glorious.”
- This was a description of Noah who would later go on to build the ark and survive the flood, sent to wipe out the Nephilim and cleanse humanity of its impurities.
- Enoch has this relationship with the Nephilim and the gods who created them. Enoch’s grandson was chosen to build the Ark to survive the flood, while Enoch himself was taken away by the “angels.” Enoch left behind clues for humanity that could have survived the flood and the ancient pyramids in Egypt as the answer to this.
- There is some crossover in the biblical texts of Enoch and ancient Sumerian texts, particularly when it comes to the Watchers. Known as the Annunaki, or visitors from a planet called Nibiru, the Sumerians also looked upon these Watchers as gods, showing a crossover between the two ancient cultures. There is also mention of the great Sumerian ruler, Gilgamesh, in the Book of Enoch, who often describes the Annunaki in much the same way that Enoch describes the Watchers.

- Alien Pyramid Keys
- Upon discovering Vyse’s private journal, it noted that he could not find a cartouche or any hieroglyphics in the King’s chamber, despite desperately searching for them. However, in his book written of the expedition three years later, it says that he did find just one. Many believe it to be possible that he may have forged the cartouche so he could call his expedition a success. Surprisingly, the chamber had also been visited before with no previous visitors having seen the cartouche, until Vyse supposedly discovered it.So, what does this have to do with the book of Enoch and ancient advanced extraterrestrial race? Erich von Däniken points out that the only reason we believe that the Great Pyramid of Giza was built for Cheops during the 4th dynasty is because of that cartouche, which was likely faked. He also points out that a sarcophagus containing the pharaoh, Khufu, has never been found at that site. Also, the methods of construction that mainstream archeology asserts were feasible for constructing the pyramids at that time are highly unlikely. Most historians who ascribe to the dominant narrative of Khufu having built the Great Pyramid, refer to the writings of the Greek historian, Herodotus, who traveled to Egypt and recorded accounts of the pharaohs of ancient Egypt. But Herodotus is commonly chastised by Diodorus Siculus, another Greek historian of the era, saying that he often stretched the truth, was gullible, and often flat-out wrong. Siculus even discounts Herodotus’ claim that the pyramid was built by Cheops. Sitchin also pointed out that the name of Khufu had been misspelled in the cartouche, which could have been attributed to a misspelling in a book published at that time, likely to have been in Vyse’s possession and used as his reference. Instead of spelling out Khufu, it actually read Ra-ufu.
- Further evidence came to light later, when two German students secretly scraped off a piece of the cartouche’s paint, bringing it back to Dresden for testing. Though the sample was too small for dating, it was found that the pigment was not painted on the original limestone and was instead found to be painted on plaster, seeming to prove that it was in fact counterfeited by Vyse. Von Däniken looks to an account by an ancient Arabian historian named Al-Maqrizi who writes that the great pyramid was known to have been built by a king who lived before the great flood named Saurid. King Saurid, was more commonly known in Hebrew as Enoch. Von Däniken says he believes that, in preparation for the great flood, Enoch constructed the pyramids to protect biblical texts for future generations to discover. He says that the construction of the pyramids was thanks to the technology of the advanced beings whom Enoch was in contact with and whom he later left with.
- Whether one agrees with this theory or not, it is difficult to explain the level of precision to which the Great Pyramid of Giza was built, using the primitive means of the civilizations known at that time. To this day, new discoveries are being made within the pyramids, like underground tunnels, lakes, and never-before-seen sarcophagi. One of the more astounding engineering feats of the Great Pyramid can be found in the alignment of the tunnels leading to the chambers with certain constellations. The three pyramids are thought to be representative of the three stars on Orion’s belt. There are also shafts leading to the chambers in the pyramid, which align with Orion’s belt on one side and the Sirius star system on the other. What was the significance of these star systems, aside from their prominence in the night sky? Could these have been the star systems where the extraterrestrial visitors originated from (similar to the story of Sirius Star aliens by the Dogon Tribe of Africa) and where Enoch was taken to before the great flood?
- As it turns out, the Great Pyramid at Giza, otherwise known as the Pyramid of Cheops or Khufu, might have not been properly attributed to the person who ordered its construction. It seems that there is actually significant evidence that it was not built by Khufu and the only reason historians and archeologists have dated it to the 4th dynasty is due to a questionable discovery by an English Egyptologist, Major-General Richard Vyse. Author and alternative theorist, Zecharia Sitchin, found that there is ample evidence that Vyse, after spending over a million dollars on an expedition into the upper chambers of the Great Pyramid, came up empty-handed and forged the cartouche of Cheops.
- The ancient Sumerians also built pyramids of their own, called ziggurats. These ziggurats were places of protection during floods and were also topped with thrones for their gods. Erich von Däniken says he believes that the Egyptian pyramids could have also been built for a similar purpose, protecting something from the great flood of biblical texts. Like the Epic of Gilgamesh, some believe there to be a lost 10th Sumerian tablet that details how the Annunaki built the pyramids in Egypt, which could draw a definitive connection between these two advanced ancient civilizations and an advanced visitor race.
- --------------------------------------
- The Book of Enoch was not included in the Bible Canon of 66 books.
- The Biblical Research Institute lists the following reasons for why this pseudepigraphal book isn’t included in the biblical canon:
- 1. The last book of the Old Testament, Malachi, was written about 450 B.C. Enoch was written in the first century B.C. Jews believed that inspiration ceased with Malachi. They did not consider the book of Enoch inspired.
- 2. Christians, both Roman Catholics and Protestants, agree that the Old and New Testaments — all 66 books — are inspired by God. Additionally, the apostles recognized these books as inspired by the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:21 2 Timothy 3:16). All others, including the book of Enoch, were rejected as not having been inspired by the Holy Spirit.
- 3. The book of Enoch is not in harmony with the rest of Scripture. Here are some examples:
- a. The story of angels having sex with women contradicts Jesus’ saying in Matthew 22:30: “For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels of God in heaven” (Mat 22:30 NKJV). This means angels are not sexual beings.
- b. Eighteen of these angels are listed by name in Enoch 6:3, 8; their leader is Semyaz. Not one of these names appears in the Bible. The giants they produce were 450 feet tall (Enoch 7:2). “These [giants] consumed the produce of all the people until the people detested feeding them. So the giants turned against [the people] in order to eat them” (7:3, 4). This is rather fanciful and against Scripture.
- c. In Enoch 10:4, 5, “The Lord said to Raphael [a good angel] ‘Bind Azaz’el [an evil angel] hand and foot [and] throw him into the darkness!’ And he made a hole in the desert which was in Duda’el and cast him there; he threw on top of him rugged and sharp rocks.” According to Enoch, you can bind angels by throwing them into a hole in the desert.
- d. In chapter 13, Enoch intercedes for Azaz’el.
- e. In Enoch 15:9 evil spirits came out of the bodies of the giants.
- “Many more fanciful and weird stories are contained in the book,” says Dr. Pfandl. “Jews and Christians, therefore, never considered the book as inspired by the Holy Spirit.”

- The Transformer Metatron
- According to Jewish tradition, Enoch was the great-grandfather of Noah who walked with God.
- “”And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him.
- —Genesis 5:24
- Because he was a young 365 years old (Genesis 5:23), many people believed that Enoch was taken alive by God as his peers often lived to be over 700 years old.[note 2]. The belief that he was taken alive is shown in Hebrews 11:5.
- “”By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
- Rabbi IshmaelWikipedia's W.svg also subscribed to the idea that Enoch was still alive and he described in 3 Enoch how he was transformed into the robot Megatron archangel MetatronWikipedia's W.svg. During this transformation, Enoch grew to the size of the earth, grew 72 wings each of which 'was as the whole world',and he was given 365 eyes (3 Enoch 9:1–5). This angel was so powerful that he was called the lesser YHWH (3 Enoch 12:5).[1]
- Judaeo-Christian tradition is a little unclear as to how Enoch acquired his knowledge. According to 1 Enoch, he acquired it directly from the angels.
- “”(Enoch) saw the vision of the Holy One in the heavens, which the angels showed me, and from them I heard everything, and from them I understood as I saw, but not for this generation, but for a remote one which is for to come.
- —1 Enoch 1:1-2[2]
- Later Jewish texts have Enoch reading the The Book of the Angel Raziel, the angel equivalent of the Transformer's Creation Matrix. This book held the secrets of God and all the angels wanted it for themselves so Adam had to hide it in a cave after God returned it to him. It remained hidden until it was found and read by Enoch, who rehid it after he was done with it.[3] Then Enoch transformed into Metatron.
- The Book of Enoch tells what Enoch/Metatron knows.

- Discovery of the "Lost Text" The Book of Enoch Fragments
- Genesis 5:18-24 [18] Jared lived one hundred and sixty-two years, and begot Enoch. [19] After he begot Enoch, Jared lived eight hundred years, and had sons and daughters. [20] So all the days of Jared were nine hundred and sixty-two years; and he died. [21] Enoch lived sixty-five years, and begot Methuselah. [22] After he begot Methuselah, Enoch walked with God three hundred years, and had sons and daughters. [23] So all the days of Enoch were three hundred and sixty-five years. [24] And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.
- Hebrews 11:5 By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, "and was not found, because God had taken him"; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
- Jude 1:14-15 [14] Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, "Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, [15] to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him."
- We first learn of Enoch in Genesis 5 but it leaves us with questions. Hebrews 11 has the answers and Jude quotes Enoch! How did Jude come to know the words of Enoch? They are not in the Bible. The answer of course, is The Book of Enoch. A book which is actually quoted by Jude in the New Testament. What is the Book of Enoch and where did it come from?
- Enoch was the great-grandfather of Noah. The Book of Enoch chapter 68:1 "And after that my great-grandfather Enoch gave me all the secrets in the book and in the parables which had been given to him, and he put them together for me in the words of the book of the parables."
- The Book of Enoch was extant centuries before the birth of Christ and yet is considered by many to be more Christian in its theology than Jewish. It was considered scripture by many early Christians. The earliest literature of the so-called "Church Fathers" is filled with references to this mysterious book. The early second century "Epistle of Barnabus" makes much use of the Book of Enoch. Second and Third Century "Church Fathers" like Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, Origin and Clement of Alexandria all make use of the Book of Enoch. Tertullian (160-230 C.E) even called the Book of Enoch "Holy Scripture". The Ethiopic Church even added the Book of Enoch to its official canon. It was widely known and read the first three centuries after Christ. This and many other books became discredited after the Council of Laodicea. And being under ban of the authorities, afterwards it gradually passed out of circulation.
- At about the time of the Protestant Reformation, there came to be a renewed interest in the Book of Enoch which had long since been lost to the modern world. By the late 1400's rumors began to spread that somewhere a copy of the long lost Book of Enoch might still exist. During this time many books arose claiming to be the long lost book and were later found to be forgeries.
- The return of the long lost Book of Enoch to the modern western world is credited to the famous explorer James Bruce, who in 1773 returned from six years in Abyssinia with three Ethiopic copies of the lost book. In 1821 Richard Laurence published the first English translation. The famous R.H. Charles edition was published in 1912. In the following years several portions of the Greek text surfaced. Then with the discovery of cave 4 of the Dead Sea Scrolls, seven fragmentary copies of the Aramaic text were discovered.
- There are scholars who believe the Book of Enoch was published before the Christian era by some great unknown of Semetic race, who believing himself to be inspired in a post-prophetic age, borrowed the name of an antediluvian patriarch to authenticate his own enthusiastic forcast of the coming Messiah. The Book of Enoch is divided into five basic parts, but it is the The Book of Parables (37-71) which gives scholars the most trouble for it is primarily concerned with a figure called "the messiah"; "the righteous one"; "the chosen one" and "the son of man."
- The Book of Enoch Chapter 46:1-2 [1] There I beheld the Ancient of days whose head was like white wool, and with him another, whose countenance resembled that of a man. His countenance was full of grace, like that of one of the holy angels. Then I inquired of one of the angels, who went with me, and who showed me every secret thing, concerning this Son of man; who he was; whence he was; and why he accompanied the Ancient of days. [2] He answered and said to me, This is the Son of man, to whom righteousness belongs; with whom righteousness has dwealt; and who will reveal all the treasures of that which is concealed: for the Lord of spirits has chosen him; and his portion has surpassed all before the Lord of spirits in everlasting uprightness."
- --------------------------
- [10-10-10]
- Fragments of ten Enoch manuscripts were found among the Dead Sea Scrolls. The famous scrolls actually comprise only one part of the total findings at Qumran. Much of the rest was Enochian literature, copies of the Book of Enoch, and other apocryphal works in the Enochian tradition, like the Book of Jubilees. With so many copies around, the Essenes could well have used the Enochian writings as a community prayer book or teacher's manual and study text.
- The Book of Enoch was also used by writers of the noncanonical (i.e. apocryphal or "hidden") texts. The author of the apocryphal Epistle of Barnabas quotes the Book of Enoch three times, twice calling it "the Scripture," a term specifically denoting the inspired Word of God (Epis. of Barnabas 4:3, 16:5,6). Other apocryphal works reflect knowledge of the Enoch story of the Watchers, notably the Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs and the Book of Jubilees.
- Many of the early church fathers also supported the Enochian writings. Justin Martyr ascribed all evil to demons whom he alleged to be the offspring of the angels who fell through lust for women (from the Ibid.)-directly referencing the Enochian writings. Athenagoras, writing in his work called Legatio in about 170 A.D., regards Enoch as a true prophet. He describes the angels which "violated both their own nature and their office." In his writings, he goes into detail about the nature of fallen angels and the cause of their fall, which comes directly from the Enochian writings.
- Many other church fathers: Tatian (110-172); Irenaeus, Bishop of [Lyons] (115-185); Clement of Alexandria (150-220); Tertullian (160-230); Origen (186-255); Lactantius (260-330); in addition to: Methodius of Philippi, Minucius Felix, Commodianus, and Ambrose of Milanalso-also approved of and supported the Enochian writings.
- The twentieth-century discovery of several Aramaic Enochian texts among the Dead Sea Scrolls prompted Catholic scholar J.T. Milik to compile a complete history of the Enochian writings, including translations of the Aramaic manuscripts. Milik's 400-page book, published in 1976 by Oxford (J. T. Milik, ed. and trans., The Books of Enoch: Aramaic Fragments of Qumran Cave 4, Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1976) is a milestone in Enochian scholarship, and Milik himself is no doubt one of the finest experts on the subject. His opinions, based as they are on years of in-depth research, are highly respected.
- One by one the arguments against the Book of Enoch fade away. The day may soon arrive when the final complaints about the Book of Enoch's lack of historicity and "late date" are also silenced by new evidence of the book's real antiquity.
- --------------------
- Daniel 7
- Daniel's vision of the four beasts from the sea and the Ancient of Days (1109).
- Daniel 7 describes a day of judgement where "4 great beasts come up from the sea." One of them was like a lion with eagles wings, another was like a bear, another was like a leopard with four wings and four heads, and the fourth beast had iron teeth and ten horns. Once you get past the description of the beasts, you have Daniel 7:9 which is the passage that is strikingly similar to 1 Enoch 46:1 because both are talking about an Ancient of Days type figure sitting on a throne with hair like wool. Then you have Daniel 7:10 - 'a fiery stream came forth from him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him.' This is similar to Enoch 14:18-22.
- “”I looked and saw a lofty throne… from underneath the throne came streams of flaming fire so that I could not look thereon. And the Great Glory sat thereon, and His raiment shone more brightly than the sun and was whiter than any snow. None of the angels could enter and could behold His face by reason of the magnificence and glory and no flesh could behold Him. The flaming fire was round about Him, and a great fire stood before Him, and none around could draw nigh Him: ten thousand times ten thousand (stood) before Him, yet He needed no counselor.
- The fiery imagery is also mentioned in Ezekiel 1:1, Psalm 50:1, and Psalm 97:1. Daniel 7:10 goes on to say that the judgment was set, and the books were opened. This is similar to Enoch 10:11-12, among many other judgement passages found in 1 Enoch. After Daniel 7:10, you get Daniel 7:11-12 which talks a little more about the beasts. Then you get Daniel 7:13 which describes the Son of Man. "I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of Days, and they brought him near before him."
- Some of the writers of the other wikiWikipedia's W.svg don't like the idea that Daniel 7:13 was talking about a messiah figure, but there is no reason to doubt that a messianic reference was intended. The entirety of Daniel 7 is a dream vision about a day of judgment and the Book of Enoch clearly shows that the Son of Man was a judgment figure. Moreover, as we have just seen, Daniel 7 and 1 Enoch are interrelated as they are using similar language such as the "Ancient of Days" that appears in no other section of the Bible. Additionally, other apocryphal books such as the Apocryphon of Daniel reveal that heavenly messianic beliefs were prominent in the Second Temple Period of Judaism. The New World Encyclopedia, which is operated by the Unification Church, more accurately understands it as a messianic reference. In any case, Daniel 7 then goes on to explain that the 4 beasts he saw were actually 4 kings and the 'saints of the most high' were going to destroy these kings in order to possess the kingdom forever. This is similar to Jude 1:14-15, Deuteronomy 33:2, and its corresponding 1 Enoch passages such as 1 Enoch 40:1 and 1 Enoch 56 mentioned earlier. Apparently the fourth beast with the horns was too much for the saints until the Ancient of Days acted on their behalf.
- 70 generations to Jesus
- According to Enoch 10:11-12, God said to Michael 'Go, bind Semjâzâ and his associates (the fallen angels) who have united themselves with women so as to have defiled themselves with them in all their uncleanness… and bind them fast for seventy generations in the valleys of the earth, till the day of their judgement and of their consummation, till the judgement that is for ever and ever is consummated.' Thus, according to Enoch, the day of judgement will occur in 70 generations. If you count Enoch as generation 1 and Jesus as generation 70, the genealogy of Jesus in Luke 3:23-38 has Jesus belonging to the 70th generation.

- "The Greek word pseudepigrapha is a Greek word meaning 'falsely superscribed,' or what we moderns might call writing under a pen name. The classification, 'OT Pseudepigrapha,' is a label that scholars have given to these writings."
- The Book of Enoch is considered as apocryphal, it was clearly known to early Christian writers as the following quote from 1 Enoch 1:9 indicates:
- "In the seventh (generation) from Adam Enoch also prophesied these things, saying: 'Behold, the Lord came with his holy myriads, to execute judgment on all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in such an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners spoke against him'."

- 2 Enoch
- "2 Enoch, or the Slavonic Apocalypse of Enoch, was written late first century C.E. in Egypt by a Jew. It survives only in late Old Slavonic manuscripts. It may have been composed originally in Aramaic or Hebrew, later being translated into Greek, and later still being translated into Old Slavonic. It is an amplification of Gen 5:21-32 (from Enoch to the Flood). Major theological themes include:
- (1) God created the world out of nothing (24:2);
- (2) seven heavens (30:2-3) and angelic hosts;
- (3) God created the souls of men before the foundation of the earth (23:5);
- (4) abodes of heaven and hell are already prepared for righteous and sinners; and
- (5) ethical teachings, which at times parallel those of the NT and Proverbs."

- Ethiopian Enoch
- The Book of Enoch (also known as 1 Enoch) was once cherished by Jews and Christians alike, this book later fell into disfavor with powerful theologians - precisely because of its controversial statements on the nature and deeds of the fallen angels. The Enochian writings, in addition to many other writings that were excluded (or lost) from the Bible (i.e., the Book of Tobit, Esdras, etc.) were widely recognized by many of the early church fathers as "apocryphal" writings. The term "apocrypha" is derived from the Greek word meaning "hidden" or "secret". Originally, the import of the term may have been complimentary in that the term was applied to sacred books whose contents were too exalted to be made available to the general public.
- In Dan. 12:9-10 we hear of words that are shut up until the end of time and, words that the wise shall understand and the wicked shall not. In addition, 4 Ezra 14:44ff. mentions 94 books, of which 24 (the OT) were to be published and 70 were to be delivered only to the wise among the people (= apocrypha). Gradually, the term "apocrypha" took on a pejorative connotation, for the orthodoxy of these hidden books was often questionable. Origen (Comm. in Matt. 10.18; p. 13.881) distinguished between books that were to be read in public worship and apocryphal books. Because these secret books were often preserved for use within the esoteric circles of the divinely - knit believers, many of the critically - spirited or "unenlightened" Church Fathers found themselves outside the realm of understanding, and therefore came to apply the term "apocryphal" to, what they claimed to be, heretical works which were forbidden to be read.
- In Protestant parlance, "the Apocrypha" designate 15 works, all but one of which are Jewish in origin and found in the Septuagint (parts of 2 Esdras are Christian and Latin in origin). Although some of them were composed in Palestine in Aramaic or Hebrew, they were not accepted into the Jewish canon formed late in the 2nd cent. AD (Canonicity, 67:31-35). The Reformers, influenced by the Jewish canon of the OT, did not consider these books on a par with the rest of the Scriptures; thus the custom arose of making the Apocrypha a separate section in the Protestant Bible, or sometimes even of omitting them entirely (Canonicity, 67:44-46). The Catholic view, expressed as a doctrine of faith at the Council of Trent, is that 12 of these 15 works (in a different enumeration, however) are canonical Scripture; they are called the Deuterocanonical Books (Canonicity, 67:21, 42-43).
- The three books of the Protestant Apocrypha that are not accepted by Catholics are 1-2 Esdras and the Prayer of Manasseh. The theme of the Book of Enoch dealing with the nature and deeds of the fallen angels so infuriated the later Church fathers that one, Filastrius, actually condemned it openly as heresy (Filastrius, Liber de Haeresibus, no. 108). Nor did the rabbis deign to give credence to the book's teaching about angels. Rabbi Simeon ben Jochai in the second century A.D. pronounced a curse upon those who believed it (Delitzsch, p. 223). So the book was denounced, banned, cursed, no doubt burned andshredded - and last but not least, lost (and conveniently forgotten) for a thousand years. But with an uncanny persistence, the Book of Enoch found its way back into circulation two centuries ago.
- In 1773, rumors of a surviving copy of the book drew Scottish explorer James Bruce to distant Ethiopia. True to hearsay, the Book of Enoch had been preserved by the Ethiopic church, which put it right alongside the other books of the Bible. Bruce secured not one, but three Ethiopic copies of the book and brought them back to Europe and Britain. When in 1821 Dr. Richard Laurence, a Hebrew professor at Oxford, produced the first English translation of the work, the modern world gained its first glimpse of the forbidden mysteries of Enoch. Most scholars say that the present form of the story in the Book of Enoch was penned sometime during the second century B.C. and was popular for at least five hundred years. The earliest Ethiopic text was apparently made from a Greek manuscript of the Book of Enoch, which itself was a copy of an earlier text. The original was apparently written in Semitic language, now thought to be Aramaic.
- Though it was once believed to be post-Christian (the similarities to Christian terminology and teaching are striking), recent discoveries of copies of the book among the Dead Sea Scrolls found at Qumran prove that the book was in existence before the time of Jesus Christ. But the date of the original writing upon which the second century B.C. Qumran copies were based is shrouded in obscurity. It is, in a word, old. It has been largely the opinion of historians that the book does not really contain the authentic words of the ancient biblical patriarch Enoch, since he would have lived (based on the chronologies in the Book of Genesis) several thousand years earlier than the first known appearance of the book attributed to him.
- Despite its unknown origins, Christians once accepted the words of this Book of Enoch as authentic scripture, especially the part about the fallen angels and their prophesied judgment. In fact, many of the key concepts used by Jesus Christ himself seem directly connected to terms and ideas in the Book of Enoch. Thus, it is hard to avoid the conclusion that Jesus had not only studied the book, but also respected it highly enough to adopt and elaborate on its specific descriptions of the coming kingdom and its theme of inevitable judgment descending upon "the wicked" - the term most often used in the Old Testament to describe the Watchers.
- There is abundant proof that Christ approved of the Book of Enoch. Over a hundred phrases in the New Testament find precedents in the Book of Enoch. Another remarkable bit of evidence for the early Christians' acceptance of the Book of Enoch was for many years buried under the King James Bible's mistranslation of Luke 9:35, describing the transfiguration of Christ: "And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, 'This is my beloved Son: hear him." Apparently the translator here wished to make this verse agree with a similar verse in Matthew and Mark. But Luke's verse in the original Greek reads: "This is my Son, the Elect One (from the Greek ho eklelegmenos, lit., "the elect one"): hear him." The "Elect One" is a most significant term (found fourteen times) in the Book of Enoch. If the book was indeed known to the apostles of Christ, with its abundant descriptions of the Elect One who should "sit upon the throne of glory" and the Elect One who should "dwell in the midst of them," then the great scriptural authenticity is accorded to the Book of Enoch when the "voice out of the cloud" tells the apostles, "This is my Son, the Elect One" - the one promised in the Book of Enoch.
- The Book of Jude tells us in vs. 14 that "Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied..." Jude also, in vs. 15, makes a direct reference to the Book of Enoch (2:1), where he writes, "to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly..." The time difference between Enoch and Jude is approximately 3400 years. Therefore, Jude's reference to the Enochian prophesies strongly leans toward the conclusion that these written prophesies were available to him at that time.
- Great Ancient Egypt Pyramid, the greatest structure ever erected, known to the ancients as The Great Pyramid of Enoch, The Tower of Enoch and Enoch's Pillar. Enoch lived before Noah. And both in the Bible and in the Books of Enoch, we are told that Enoch walked with God and was taught science that we do not know today by the angels.
- 2,300,000 blocks of the Great Pyramid weighing from 2.5 tons each up to as much as 880 tons each was set in place over a twenty-year period at a rate of 6.67 blocks per minute? 47 Obelisks are needle-shaped towers made of one piece of solid granite weighing up to 300 tons moved several hundred kilometers from the quarry to the 'step' pyramid at Karnak. This is a feat that today's heaviest machines cannot perform. Even more puzzling is how these monolithic needles were raised to stand upright up 97 feet high. They moved a 137-foot high obelisk weighing 1,168 tons that is still in the quarry where they were hewing it out of solid granite before it cracked. The Great Pyramid of Giza and ancient pyramids of Egypt made by the use of Intelligent Design theory, possibly as instructed to Enoch, who lived before the Great Flood. Just like today's small “energy pyramids” are made after the great pyramids in Egypt, supposedly to bring good health, and can preserve foods.
- Three cedar wood ships, still in perfect condition, over 142 feet long with a displacement of about 40 tons were discovered in pits on the edge of the Great Pyramid.48 These are ships that are much too large to float on the Nile as they are ocean-going vessels, built perhaps in anticipation of the Great Flood like Thoth and Noah's ark.
- The inscriptions in the Great Pyramid of Giza, the hieroglyphs of this super-intelligent race, we learn that they believed something that we are taught today is total nonsense. The hieroglyph for the human soul is a picture of a hawk, most likely because a hawk sours through the air. The Egyptian word baieth for the hieroglyph of a hawk is comprised of two words, bai, meaning heart and eth, meaning soul. The hieroglyph of a hawk means that the human heart encases a soul that lives after death. They believed this so strongly that most, if not all of their enormous and spectacular monuments proclaim that there is life after death in contrst to evolution.
- Moses, the greatest historian, law-giver and sorcerer that ever lived other than Jesus, was put in basket covered with pitch - - symbolically put in an ark as a baby and Moses was placed in the Nile to either die or be saved while other babies were being killed. This was symbolically a type of baptism related to water and related to Noah's Ark. Moses was saved from the water and became the adopted son of the Pharaoh. As Pharaoh's son he was taught the secrets of the ancient Egyptian pharaohs (Exodus 2:1 – 10). These secrets were most likely taught to the Egyptians by angels or by God Himself before the flood, and were described in stone in the only written language at that time: hieroglyphics. The Egyptians kept their secrets and in their ancient Egypt religion referred to the creator of the universe as Thoth, the moon (Holy Spirit), and Osiris, the sun, or Father. After the flood, these secrets instantly transformed a nation of illiterates into the most advanced nation in the world. This process should have taken tens of thousands of years instead of just a few years.
- The Pharaohs and their aides built the greatest structures on earth by means that we cannot comprehend. God built an enormously greater structure - - the earth on which the pyramids stand. He also built the solar system and the entire universe by means we cannot comprehend. You can talk to this great creator and be healed of your diseases, your addictions, your financial difficulties, and every other problem in your life, including forgiveness of your sins. First you have to be able to reach God, and Jesus said that no one comes to the Father, except through Jesus (John 14:6). So if you cannot reach God except through Jesus. He is standing at your door knocking and if you open up to Jesus, [YHUUH] he will come into your life (Revelation 3:20). And you can reach the creator of the earth, the solar system and the universe and be healed of all your infirmities and you can build great things too.
- The ancient Egyptians had a super intelligence far more intelligent than humans today because Enoch walked with God and they knew without shadow of doubt that there was life after death. The building of the pyramids were the result of knowing about life after death, and the only purpose of the pyramids was to mummify the bodies of the pharaohs so that their spiritual bodies would have an earthly home to remember. Intelligent Design theory may have been taught to Enoch, who walked with God before the Great Flood. (Genesis 5:18-24)
