so i am thinking to get the KVS script instead of wp-script it seems more stable in the long term specially if i want to upload my own videos/let users upload . what is the best way to deal with hosting . based on the following

should i use the suggested cdn hosting like AHhosting or cdnBunny, or do you think its cheaper to have my own video servers instead ?. are those dmca ignore hosts by that i mean do they just shut you off if they receive any dmca /copytight notice .

But in today's reality, the message goes directly to the search engines that remove your pages from their results.

If you can affording KVS is hands down the best tube script, but it's expensive.

You'll need a decent main offshore dedicated server, and maybe 1-2 cheaper media servers to start

Depends, are users going to be uploading their own videos? Or are you just going to be uploading youself? To answer your CDN question, it's cheaper to host your own media servers.

mostly me and few users . the cost of video cdn is $2.5/TB .

With 1mil users a day, you'll need a dedicated webserver with a decent CPU with high bandwidth and likely at least 32gb of ram. Webserver should be offshore.

Multiple media severs with high/unmetered bandwidth. You just need hardrove space for these, they can be cheap servers.

Maybe 1-2 encoding servers depending on how many videos uploaded per day. Encoding servers need strong CPU to encode.

My bandwidth is around 100tb per month with only 100k daily visitors but I serve 720/1080p content.
