20.

 21. Bellatrix was the ideal pureblood daughter, tilted thirty degrees to the left. Beautiful, dangerously intelligent and dedicated to the family cause and name, Bellatrix was everything she should be, but something was always slightly off. Where her sisters were composed, there was always just something slightly different with Bellatrix. Her dedication to the pureblood cause was not simply dedicated, but slightly manic as well. However, when she was younger it was balanced by her loyalty to her sisters and to their family name. Bellatrix would have burned anyone for the sake of her two younger sisters. Despite her gender, Bellatrix took the helm of her family from day one.

 22.

 23.

 24.

 25. Something snapped, however, when Andromeda left after graduating. It was as if some switch in her head had been flipped. The intense loyalty for her sister had been replaced by an intense hatred. She could hardly bare to hear her name spoken in front of her. She found balance in taking the Dark Mark and dedicating her life to serving the Dark lord. It seems that soon, however, Bellatrix might lose that balance and it doesn’t seem to bother her much at all. The people closest to her are beginning to grow afraid of her, as much of the wizarding world already has.

 26.

 27.

 28.

 29. Her name is one that carries with it almost as much power as it does fear. At only 23 years of age, Bellatrix has ascended to Voldemort’s inner circle. Her status in this circle is no secret, but those who have the power to stop her, for the most part, either support her methods or are too afraid to do so. She wields her power as a sign of her blood-given status and uses it to punish those beneath her. She bears the shame, though, of both a cousin and a sister who have become blood traitors, and so she holds to Narcissa and Regulus all the more tightly. For now, the two have the safety that comes with the loyalty of a woman like Bellatrix.

 30.

 31.

 32.

 33. A driving force in the war, this capable woman quickly rose the ranks. The need to become the best consumed her, her mind slowly became full of nothing else. She magically made herself barren, refusing to ever bring another disappointment into this world. She will do what it takes to come out on top, though knows when to keep a level-head. She has impeccable self-control until her buttons are pushed so far in she explodes. Bellatrix is unafraid to get her hands dirty. She has a thirst for blood and Bellatrix is coming for you.

 43. Bellatrix is also known as the Amazon Star. Bella is Latin both for the plural of bellum, meaning WAR and the feminine singular adjective meaning beautiful; trix is Latin feminine suffix (i.e. Bellatrix is the Latin word for a FEMALE WARRIOR or a personification of feminine beauty). 'Bellatrix' also translates directly to 'war-like'.
