She comes back after the end screen reflecting on how lucky she was to have scored so many great cards, the taste of victory makes her want to buy another three packs of the final ones she opened in preparation for her opening another set of packs at the end of October. She then asks herself is she should have her mother learn the game, and force her to be her opponent so they can play together, although she doesn't know if her mother will be able to learn it but watching videos all alone and trying to figure out how to do things is lonely after all. She does have another deck at hand that she could let her mother use, a Gengar one.
Someone from chat shifts the topic by stating that it is rare for Pekora to spend so much money* and she agrees with him and explains that September was so busy for her resulting in a lot of stress and since she doesn't have hobbies other than streaming and her being unable to stream to her heart's content she spent this much in order to reduce that stress.

*The last three packs that she opened went for 10,000 yen each.

She has been chatting on and off about Pokemon related stuff before suddenly apologizing to the chat in case they are wondering what this segment of the stream is about and she answers herself by saying it is; putting the cards into their sleeves time. She laughs and says that rather than doing this alone off-stream, doing it on stream where she can use that time to talk with the nousagi is a better thing isn't it, and with some joking pressure in her words, she asks the chat that she isn't the only one who sees it that way right?
She then suddenly shifts to the topic to say that despite her taking the second shot today she feels extremely good, before the stream started she felt like she was feeling rather sluggish, but as soon as the stream started she felt great. The chat warns her that it is tomorrow the effects will show up and she wonders if that really is true and decides to check her temperature, while waiting for it she again reaffirms that she feels very good at the moment, maybe it is because of the luck she had with the packs.
The result from her temp checking comes in and reads 37.5c making her laugh and express disbelief at it being that high and decides to take a picture of it to prove that she isn't lying. After showing the stream her proof she says that despite it, she feels very good at the moment, tomorrow she might be dying but that's that, right now she feels more than fine.

She was planning on getting this stream over with rather fast and watch Midsommar after that considering she wasn't feel bad after the shot, of course there was a chance she'd start to feel worse and cancel it for that reason but unexpectedly it took her longer than she had anticipated to open these packs. She gets asked if she bought some antifebrile medicine and she says that she did, or rather she already had some at her home but hasn't taken any since she isn't feeling bad at the moment.
She gets asked if her mother will be at home tomorrow and she says that she is always at home, since Pekora lives at her parents home, all she has to do is call for her mother and she'll show up. Today she made her 炊き込みご飯* since Pekora has said earlier that she wanted to eat that.

Someone from chat says that he relies on her to upload a voice clip recorded from her bed tomorrow and she is at first confused before realizing that he is talking about her becoming more feverish and instead says that if she feels especially bad tomorrow or the day after then she'll upload one of her covers instead*. That is if she feels worse, if she doesn't then she'll stream, something like Midsommer for example.

*Note: This shouldn't be interpreted as her delaying this other cover for long if she doesn't upload it tomorrow/day after tomorrow. This other cover was seemingly always planned on being released on the day of the original songs release, which sounds to be rather close. Just that if she feels like shit she'll upload that as compensation for not streaming.

She brings up that she bought the scissors precisely for this stream since she figured that if she is going to be opening card packs then one will need a pair. She continues and says that they do have scissors at home but they were very dirty and since she is a young lady, she obviously can't show the nousagi a filthy pair of scissors, so she bought a new pair.

She gets a superchat stating that he had a lot of fun with this idea of hers to show her hands, like seeing how they reacted to her getting a rare card and such. She is glad he felt like that because when she planned for this stream she figured that it might be pretty difficult for the people who like her, but doesn't have any interest in Pokemon to enjoy the stream, so in order to make the stream even a bit more fun for those people she added the card that she wanted at the bottom as well as streaming with her hands visible.
She'll do another one of these streams in October so she asks for them to look forward to her reactions then as well.

Someone tells her he is worried about the side-effects and she reassures him that currently she feels completely fine, and that sure she has a slight fever but compared to earlier it hasn't gotten any worse. But one thing she has been thinking about is that her body feels more sluggish than after the first shot, like take her arm for example, it isn't so bad she can't lift it of course but rather than calling it pain it is like her arm feels heavy. In any case once she wakes up tomorrow she'll know, and if she feels very bad she'll take a break and maybe upload her cover, but if she feels fine then she'll stream at her usual time slot as per normal.
She thanks everyone for accompanying her and says that she feels hungry now so she'll go eat the food that her mother made her earlier and ends the stream.
