  41.
  42.
  43. SECTION 1.3: OTHER DEFINITIONS
  44. For purposes of this Act—
  45. (1) The term 'Augmented Reality' has the meaning designated by the Overlaid Space Colonisers only as defined under regulations in effect under the Geospatial and Mixed-Locative Colonisation Act of 2014 [14 AR/VR/IR App. Infinity].
  46.
  47. (2) The term 'Virtual Reality' has the meaning designated by the Overlaid Space Colonisers only as defined under regulations in effect under the Geospatial and Mixed-Locative Colonisation Act of 2014 [14 AR/VR/IR App. Infinity].
  48.
  49. (3) The term 'Integrated Reality' has the meaning designated by the Overlaid Space Colonisers only as defined under regulations in effect under the Geospatial and Mixed-Locative Colonisation Act of 2014 [14 AR/VR/IR App. Infinity].
  50.

  58.
  59. SECTION 2.1: GEOSPATIAL DEPLOYMENT
  60. Any extant or future renderings of Augmented and/or Virtual and/or Integrated Reality representations in the Overlaid Space will be regulated by the Overlaid Space Colonisers, and hence, restricted. Any INDIVIDUALS, ENTITIES, CORPORATIONS, ORGANISATIONS, COUNTRIES, TERRITORIES, MUNICIPALITIES, GOVERNMENTS, GOVERNMENT SUBDIVISIONS and all and any INSTITUTIONS who intend on utilising any Augmented and/or Virtual and/or Integrated Reality Technology in the Overlaid Space must apply for an appropriate Overlaid Space Lease Certificate. Eligibility for allocation of Overlaid Space Lease Certificates will be assessed by the Overlaid Space Colonisers in accordance with all regulations in effect under this Geospatial and Mixed-Locative Colonisation Act.
  61.
  62. The following Geospatial categories are henceforth deemed restricted, and accessible only via official Overlaid Space Lease Certificates, to any and all PERSONS, INDIVIDUALS, ENTITIES, CORPORATIONS, ORGANISATIONS, COUNTRIES, TERRITORIES, MUNICIPALITIES, GOVERNMENTS, GOVERNMENT SUBDIVISIONS and all and any INSTITUTIONS:
  63.
  64. (1) NETWORKED: Any and all instances of [including manifest AND latent] Augmented and/or Virtual and/or Integrated Reality datasets and/or renderings related to the execution of properties of natural and/or synthetic networks in operation in the Overlaid Space.
  65.
  66. (2) SURFACED: Any and all Visible, Non-Visible, Sensory, Non-Sensory, Haptic, Non-Haptic, Cartesian, Non-Cartesian, Euclidian, Non-Euclidian, Gradient, Non-Gradient, Physical, Non-Physical, Phenomenological, Non-Phenomenological, Conceptual, Non-Conceptual surfaces, or aspects of surfaces, and/or any emulations of such surfaces intended for use, display, employment and/or actualising in or through Augmented and/or Virtual and/or Integrated Reality datasets, programs, automations, applications, wearables, biomechanisms, prototypes, organic manifestations, robotic hybridisations, frequencies, wavelengths, patterns, algorithms, wireframes, hardware, software, and/or any other theoretical and actual surfaced operations in the Overlaid Space.
  67.
  68. (3) GEOVISUALISED: Any and all representations and visualisations [visible AND invisible in accordance with the electromagnetic spectrum and the Virtual-Reality Continuum] such as maps, text[s], pictures, images, charts, 2.5/3D/4D spaces/portals/views, diagrams, identities, walk-throughs, rotations, emissions, wavelengths, wireframes, patterns, characters, designs, frequencies, neural nets, avatars, relationship constructions, theories, notations, fly-throughs, gamespaces, videos, animations, modellings, prototypes [rapid AND static], spatiotemporal manifestations, audio manifestations, and any and all associated datasets and communication methods, pathways, and displays.

  70.
  71. SECTION 2.2: GEOLOCATIVE DEPLOYMENT
  72. As a bi-product of the comprehensive geospatial appropriation by the Overlaid Space Colonisers, all extant overlaid constructs that encourage a parasocial or geolocative rendering of augmented relations [think: celebrity avatar emulations and/or Virtual Reality experiential instances] are declared null and void. Any extant or future renderings of Augmented and/or Virtual and/or Integrated Reality Representation in the Overlaid Space will be assessed and/or sanctioned by the Overlaid Space Colonisers in accordance with all regulations in effect under the Geospatial and Mixed-Locative Colonisation Act of 2014 [14 AR/VR/IR App. Infinity].
  73.
  74. Any unauthorized use of said parasocial rendering of augmented avatars (and or identities), and corresponding emulations, actualisations, instances and/or relations will result in termination consisting of an immediate RealityLock[TM] on said renderings and corresponding vectors. Such locks will result in an automatic rendering freeze with the following notice: "Your Parasocial Data is now the exclusive augmented property of The Overlaid Space Colonisers due to your unauthorised use of Overlaid Space [Vector {x,y,z; xn, xy} Data(set) {xn})] as mandated by The Geospatial and Mixed-Locative Colonisation Act of 2014.”
  75.
