- Full 5 bars. In other words, there is no connection delay that will be experienced. The locations are American because our routes to Europe and Asia are excellent, and of course within America, meaning excellent connectivity for players around the world
- Both are basically perfect, there isn't going to be any gameplay lag

- To be fair also, we do have a demo server and this problem could be seen there. But as far as the refund thing goes, I can sympathise with you there
