  1. Deep in the dark halls of the Cinnabar Island Pokemon Laboratory, the sound of fingers clicking eagerly at a keyboard were the only noises to be heard. In one of the back labs Alex sat, pushing his glasses up higher on his nose as he bent over his laptop. One row of fluorescent lights were turned on but barely lit the room with enough to see. Alex didn’t take any notice however, he was currently filling the screen with line after line of text, furiously transcribing the notes he had taken so far. Briefly he looked up at the thing that had taken over his life for the last three days. On the counter, gleaming in the low light of the room, was a strange pink gemstone. Even inside the thick plastic casing it gleamed almost hypnotically with its own inner light. Alex had meant to put it away properly when he was done studying it, but it had slipped his mind and he wasn’t going to slow down now that he had some momentum going.
  2.
  3. It was nearly a month ago when this stone was donated to the lab, apparently found inside some ancient ruins recently excavated. Alex found himself glancing over at a series of photos he had printed out, detailing the hieroglyphics found in said ruins. Though he had hoped they would be some help, they really didn’t reveal any useful information. According to the historian they just spoke endlessly about harvests and goddesses of fertility. Even Thomas, his partner, hadn’t been able to make out anything useful after hours of poring over notes and had gone to get some sleep in the break room. He sighed as he turned back to his computer, rubbed his sore eyes for a moment under his glasses and returned to work. The most annoying thing so far was how little they knew about the stone. It did seem to have similar energy readings to something like an evolutionary stone, but so far no Pokemon that came in contact with it showed any reaction at all. Of course it was very possible that it only worked on a certain species of pokemon, they really had no way of knowing.
  4.
  5. Alex had only been typing again for about a minute or so when he felt one of the pokeballs on his belt shake before opening on its own. The small figure of Roserade appeared in a burst of red light, happily pirouetting on the spot before posing and smiling at him for approval. Though all of Alex’s pokemon were well behaved, if Roserade had one vice it was breaking out of her ball whenever she felt like it. Alex hesitated for just a second before deciding to take a quick five minute break as he leaned down and pet her head. Roserade leaned into his hand and made a long, soft noise of approval as Alex’s face almost reluctantly broke out into a smile. Roserade wasn’t his first pokemon, or even his strongest, but even though he cared for all his pokemon she was probably his favorite. Ever since he had rescued her a few years ago as a Roselia she had quickly become his most devoted and affectionate pokemon, and on stressful days like this he really appreciated her. “Hey there Roserade. Sorry it’s taking me a long time today. I promise, I’ll leave as soon as I’m done, ok?”
  6.
  7. Roserade nodded back at him though her face was set in a pout. Alex turned back to his computer and began to type for a moment, but glancing back at Roserade he saw her looking sadly at the floor. Letting out a small sigh he reached down and gently picked her up by the armpits before placing her in his lap. He was amused to see Roserade happily curl up against his stomach, nuzzling closer for the warmth. Finally free of the distraction, Alex got back to work as she seemed to settle down for a nap.
  8.
  9. It was about a half hour later, Alex nearing the end, when he finally felt Roserade stir again. Looking down he was expecting her to be begging with another head pat, he instead he was surprised as she sat up, staring transfixed at something. Before he could do anything she had hopped off his lap, approaching the counter and obviously looking for some way to climb up. “Hey… what’s up with you?” Alex asked, confused as he stood up and joined her.
  10.
  11. There wasn’t any response from Roserade as she scanned the edge of the counter before bending down and leaping high, grabbing the edge and pulling herself up. Alex was stunned, what had gotten into her? Of course the answer to that became apparent quickly as she slowly approached the plastic box that held the pink gemstone. Alex was sure he was seeing things, but for just a moment he thought the gem had shined a bit brighter when she got near. “Hey, Roserade?” he asked, reaching out and touching her shoulder. She jumped and looked at him in shock, like she had completely forgotten he was there. “Listen, don’t mess with that ok? It’s a very valuable stone.” Reaching out he picked Roserade up, her eyes reluctantly leaving the pink stone as he sat back down with her. “Just be a good girl. I’ll be done soon, ok?”
  12.
  13. “Rose…” she responded, nodding faintly. She curled up again against him, though he couldn’t help noticing that she would occasionally glance back at the stone. As Alex began to type again he was reinvigorated, so far this was the most reaction any pokemon to date had with the stone. That gave him some ideas of tests he could do tomorrow, of course nothing that would hurt Roserade in the slightest. Spurred on as he was by this, Alex ignored it when he yawned loudly. He would finish with these notes and then go get some sleep. That way he could wake up in the morning and get started right away. The plan was foolproof.
  14.
  15. -
  16.
  17. A couple hours later, Roserade was wide awake as she lay in Alex’s lap. He had fallen asleep not long ago, leaning back in his chair and snoring as the laptop screen eventually dimmed. She waited for a long time before getting carefully up so as not to disturb him, leaping gracefully to the floor before walking back over to the counter.
  18.
  19. Climbing her way back up Roserade was soon standing next to the plastic box again, staring at the pink stone as if captivated. She reached out and touched the box gingerly at first, then glancing at Alex to confirm he was asleep she tried to open it. The lid remained firmly closed, and Roserade was annoyed when she noticed a small lock keeping the thing shut. With a determined expression on her face she held up a hand and a single glowing leaf jutted out like a knife. Swinging her arm she slashed at the lock, which fell neatly into two pieces. Impatiently Roserade threw the lid open, and for a long time just marveled at the stone.
  20.
  21. Finally the spell seemed to be broken when Roserade gingerly lifted her arm and slowly extended her flowery hand towards the stone. The gem began to glow with a soft light now, and as the pokemon finally touched it she gasped as she too started to shine with that same pink glow.
  22.
  23. -
  24.
  25. There was an intense light that woke Alex, abruptly slamming him from slumber as he sat up with a jolt. Whipping his head about in utter confusion he quickly located the source as he stood bolt upright, knocking his chair to the floor. There on the counter there was a figure obscured by the pink light it gave off. Shielding his eyes, Alex saw that the box containing the stone was knocked to the floor, empty apart from a few shards as the lid lay open. A sinking feeling in his gut Alex also properly noticed that Roserade was no longer in his lap, and in fact was nowhere to be seen. “Roserade!” he cried in alarm, eyes widening as he moved towards her.
  26.
  27. Right when Alex reached her, the light suddenly faded away as quickly as it had appeared. Roserade was there, standing on the counter before her legs gave away and she collapsed onto her butt. Now that he could see her properly Alex could see right away that she had changed. For one she looked taller, he estimated that Roserade was nearly four feet tall now. However the biggest change by far was to the rest of her body. Her old, childlike physique was gone now, replaced now by one that was far more voluptuous. The flat chest was replaced by a large, round pair of tits barely kept in check by what looked like a green leaf tightly wrapped around her body. Not only had her chest filled out but her hips were extremely pronounced now, her thighs incredibly thick as they tapered down to her small dainty feet. Most shocking may have been her face however. Alex’s breath caught in his throat as the two looked at each other. Her lips had become full and slightly puckered, the eyes big and sensual with long lashes. There was no other word for it, Roserade was absolutely gorgeous now. Glancing down once again at her body he felt his face getting red and his cock getting hard, so guiltily he tried focusing firmly on her eyes.
  28.
  29. “Rose?” she asked, looking around in confusion. Her arm came up to her face and Alex was shocked to see an actual hand there, the flowers around it like some sort of delicate cuff as she cautiously touched her face. Then she seemed to notice that she actually had hands and openly gaped at them, turning them over and running her fingers over her skin. Roserade looked up at Alex in some shock, as if hoping for some kind of explanation.
  30.
  31. Feeling uncertain only for a moment, Alex chided himself. Right now he had no room to feel uncomfortable. Roserade was probably feeling pretty scared, and this was his responsibility. If he’d just put the stone up and not focused so hard on working this might not have happened. Smiling brightly at her, Alex reached out and pet Roserade’s head just like he always would. She hesitated for only a moment before her body relaxed and she rubbed his hand eagerly with her head. “I’m sorry Roserade. This is my fault. But don’t worry, I’m going to make sure you stay safe, ok?” Removing his hand from her head, he took her new hand gently in his and was momentarily entranced at how soft her skin was now. “Why don’t I show you how you look now?”
  32.
  33. After helping her down off the counter Alex brought Roserade to a full-length mirror set up in the corner of the lab. When she saw her reflection there she actually jumped in surprise, but she cautiously let go of Alex’s hand as she approached the mirror like it was going to attack her. When she got near she reached up and gingerly touched the glass, looking more amazed than even when she realized that this was indeed what she looked like now.
  34.
  35. “I guess you like the new look, huh?” Alex asked, unable to stop a smile. Roserade was now checking herself out in the mirror, turning left and right as she ran her hands along her body. He felt a bit uncomfortable again when Roserade turned her butt towards the mirror and bent over slightly, running a hand along her backside. Alex looked away, feeling sweat on his brow. Her ass was plump yet tight, large without being too large. He had to stop thinking of his pokemon like this. He decided to focus on science instead, something to occupy his mind. “Well if you don’t mind Roserade, I’m going to take a couple measurements” he turned from his pokemon as he began to stride back towards his notepad, already wondering where the tape measure was. “I should also take some vital sign readings, I-” he began to muse, until he was stopped in his tracks by a hand on his shirt.
  36.
  37. Looking around, Alex saw Roserade frowning at him, clearly upset. “Rose?” she asked, pointing to herself.
  38.
  39. “Um…” Alex hesitated, unsure of what she meant.
  40.
  41. Roserade looked exasperated as she took his hand and led him back to the mirror. “Rose?” she asked again, pointing to her reflection. She looked up at Alex expectantly, clearly waiting for something.
  42.
  43. It took him a moment to realize what she was asking. He looked from the mirror to her a few times before it dawned on him, she wanted to know what he thought of her now. “Well… I guess it’s certainly an improvement” he said, grinning a bit awkwardly. Roserade didn’t look entirely happy with that response as she glanced at the ground sadly. Alex felt a pang of guilt at that. He didn’t even really think of how she must be feeling right now, she must be pretty self-conscious about her body changing like that. With a determined look he kneeled down in front of Roserade so their faces were leveled, reaching a hand up to brush some stray white hairs from her face. “Hey. You really do look beautiful. You’re still the cutest pokemon in the world” he said as he stroked her head.
  44.
  45. For a second Roserade stayed stubbornly looking at the ground, cheeks puffed out. However as Alex ran his hand through her hair the way she liked she pressed her head eagerly against him, making that familiar soft contented noise. He smiled, sure that things would be alright. Things weren’t weird, they were just… slightly different now. Alex began to stand up, lifting his hand from her head, but he stopped when Roserade’s own hands shot up and grabbed it. She tenderly placed his palm against her cheek, stroking his hand as she let out what could only be called a moan.
  46.
  47. His heart beating furiously, Alex very carefully took his hand back. Roserade let out go grudgingly, her eyes fixated on him. He stood up and cleared his throat as he walked over to collect his notebook and the mag of medical supplies. It was certainly true that Roserade had always been quite affectionate and a bit rebellious, but now she seemed much more… forward. Of course Alex wasn’t entirely sure if that was completely true, or if her new body was messing with his judgement.
  48.
  49. After finding the bag and moving back over to Roserade, Alex helped her up onto a stool before pulling another up to sit close to her. “Now, I’m gonna do some basic tests. It’s nothing that’s gonna hurt you, don’t worry. I just want to be sure everything’s alright. Ok?” Roserade nodded diligently, sitting to attention. Alex began to run some very basic tests, shining a light into her eyes, mouth and ears, and briefly checking her arms and legs to see if this evolution had caused any issues. Finding nothing immediately wrong, Alex nodded and removed a stethoscope from the bag. Plugging it into his ears, he paused before pressing it to Roserade’s chest. “Sorry, this is going to be a little cold” he said apologetically, reaching carefully between her tits as he touched the instrument to her chest.
  50.
  51. The reaction was immediate as he heard Roserade’s sharp intake of breath, and she squirmed slightly under his touch as she let out a soft whimper. Alex tried his hardest to ignore it as he felt his erection straining against his pants, closing his eyes and concentrating hard as he listened to her heartbeat. Finally satisfied, he jot down a note with his free hand before removing his hand.
  52.
  53. Once again Roserade’s hand shot out to grab his as he dropped the stethoscope in surprise. She pressed his hand against the cleft between her tits, closing her eyes as she rubbed his palm up and down on her skin. Alex was very aware of his arm brushing against her breasts as she rubbed, her other hand coming up to feel Alex’s arm as she looked him in the eye. Her skin was soft and warm to the touch, he could feel her heart beating faster than before beneath.
  54.
  55. Before Alex could even do much to process the moment the lab doors opened with a creak that seemed intensified in the silence. Alex jumped to his feet, pulling his hand away from Roserade and ripping the stethoscope off his head as he dropped it back in the bag. His face was red as he saw his partner and long-time friend Thomas standing there in the doorway. He was looking back and forth between the two of them, eyes huge. Not knowing exactly what he was doing Alex walked quickly over to him, hands raised. “Look. I can explain. I-”
  56.
  57. Thomas whipped an arm around Alex’s neck, turning him around so both their backs were facing Roserade. “Holy shit man” he said, clearly stunned.
  58.
  59. “There was a… bit of an accident. You see Roserade got ah-” Alex tried again as Thomas shook his head.
  60.
  61. “My friend” Thomas said seriously, looking Alex in the eye. “This has gotta be the kinkiest shit I have ever heard of.”
  62.
  63. Alex opened and closed his mouth a few times. “Uh… excuse me?” he asked.
  64.
  65. “You hired some stripper to dress up as a slutty version of your pokemon?” Thomas retorted, giving him an incredulous look. “Dude, that’s fucking wild. But I don’t really blame you.” He looked over his shoulder at Roserade for a moment, who was watching them from the stool patiently. “She’s a little firebomb. God, look at those hips!” he whispered into Alex’s ear excitedly. He turned back, grinning wildly. “Look, however much you paid for her I’ll match it. Hell I’ll buy you dinner anywhere you want for a week too, how about that? Just let me go after you, that’s all I ask.”
  66.
  67. “What?” Alex asked, his face going red again as he looked away. “No, absolutely not!”
  68.
  69. “Come on…” Thomas whined, looking desperate. “Look, I’ll do your lab work for a week. I’ll-”
  70.
  71. Alex clamped a hand over Thomas’s mouth, finally silencing him. “She is not a whore. She’s Roserade. The real one. My pokemon.” After a moment he let go as Thomas looked confused. “She touched the stone. And it… well, evolved her like this. I guess.”
  72.
  73. “She what?” Thomas asked, his demeanor finally turning serious as he removed his arm from Alex’s shoulders. Turning around, Thomas found the plastic box that used to house the gemstone and rushed over. Alex followed behind as Thomas picked the box up gingerly, peering inside with a sorrowful expression. “Well, damn. I know we tried to use it already but I still wish we could have studied it a bit more.” Reaching inside, Thomas picked up a small crystal shard, one of the few left over from the stone. “Hardly anything left over” he commented bitterly, placing it back inside.
  74.
  75. “I’m sorry about that. This was my fault in the end.” Alex felt guilty again as he rubbed the back of his neck. “I left the stone out when I was done with it instead of putting it back up in storage right away. I remember locking the box and thinking I’d just type up a few quick notes, and, well, I fell asleep.”
  76.
  77. Placing the box onto the lab table Thomas reached down and picked up the lock, cleanly cut in two. “Well locks like this are nothing much to a pokemon. But…” Thomas looked ponderous as he turned to observe Roserade. “Why did she want it so bad? And why did it work on her and not the other pokemon we tried it on?”
  78.
  79. Shrugging, Leo looked at her as well, the staring obviously beginning to make Roserade a bit self-conscious as she squirmed in place. “I don’t really know. Maybe it’s an evolutionary stone that only works on Roserade? Or at least it works on very few species?”
  80.
  81. Shaking his head, Thomas sighed. “I don’t know. Maybe we’ll never know for sure now. But…” his face broke out into a grin as he walked towards Roserade. “We can at least study the results.”
  82.
  83. “Hey, what are you doing?” Alex asked angrily, moving towards them as Thomas sat down on the stool across from Roserade. He didn’t like the look in his partner’s eye.
  84.
  85. “Oh relax. I’m not gonna do anything perverted” Thomas assured him, picking up the stethoscope himself and slipping it into his ears. “I’m just going to check her heartbeat real quick, that’s all.”
  86.
  87. There was a strange feeling in Alex’s chest as he watched Thomas reach for Roserade. “I just did that. You don’t need to” he said, feeling the sudden urge to grab him by the shoulder and stop him.
  88.
  89. “You can always use a second opinion” Thomas muttered, touching Roserade’s chest with the scope.
  90.
  91. It was only after Thomas touched her that Alex realized he was bracing himself for something. For some reason he had expected Roserade to moan, or grab Thomas like she did to him. But instead Roserade just sat there stone-faced, barely reaching to his touch at all. In fact when he did touch her skin briefly when lifting the instrument away she made a bit of a face. “Rose…” she muttered under her breath. Though Alex was ashamed to admit it, that made him just a little bit happy.
  92.
  93. “Yeah, heartbeat’s fine” Thomas said with a grin, getting a good long look down at her as he stood up. He looked to Alex, his face looking serious once again. “Look you probably already know this but the higher ups are going to want to talk to you about everything that happened here. And they’re probably going to want to run a few tests on Roserade. I’m just warning you because it’s going to happen tomorrow when we get back in for work.” Alex felt the bottom drop from his stomach as he thought about it, he actually hadn’t even considered that yet. As Alex began to fret Thomas clapped a hand on his shoulder and gave him a reassuring look. “Hey, don’t worry. I’m also going to give my account of the story and I don’t think you were at fault or anything. Plus they were trying to use the stone anyhow, so having it be used isn’t so terrible. Just remember, Roserade belongs to you. She’s your pokemon. If you don’t want her to be tested on then you have every legal right to refuse, so don’t let them push you around ok?”
  94.
  95. “Yeah. Ok.” Alex felt his head spinning for a moment as he thought about it all. Tomorrow was going to be hectic. He just hoped he didn’t lose his job. But looking into Thomas’s reassuring expression gave him some confidence back. “Thanks Thomas.”
  96.
  97. “Just buy me a drink or something when this is all over” Thomas said with a dismissive wave. He stretched and yawned, cracking his back. “Well, I’m off. It’s late and I already passed out in the breakroom once.” He started off towards the door, waving over his shoulder. “Night.”
  98.
  99. “Hey, just a second” Alex called, realizing something. Thomas came to a halt, looking at him curiously. “So… should I just…” he paused, looking at Roserade’s calm expression. “Take her home with me like this?”
  100.
  101. Shrugging, Thomas opened the lab door and looked over his shoulder. “Yeah I assume so. She’s still your pokemon right?” he asked, a lecherous grin on his face. Waving again he left the room, closing the door behind him with a snap.
  102.
  103. Things were silent for a second, Alex not knowing exactly what to do, when Roserade hopped down from the stool and walked over to him. As he looked down at her she took his hand and smiled up at him warmly, squeezing it gently. Alex could only smile back. Of course. Whatever happened Roserade was still the same pokemon she was back then. He couldn’t forget that. “Alright. Let’s go home.”
  104.
  105. -
  106.
  107. It was nearly midnight when Alex finally got home, sighing gratefully as he unlocked his door and walked inside. Right now he was renting a house on the beach, not too far from work. He really loved this location, he had never been keen on having lots of other people around and this place was pretty secluded, with the nearest house a minute or so walk down the shoreline.
  108.
  109. As he locked the door there was a swish of motion at the top of the stairs and Alex turned to see his Luxio walking down to greet him. The feline pokemon showed his brief affection as he brushed Alex’s leg with his face, and then turned to look at Roserade. Alex tensed up, not sure how Luxio would react to this change in her, but to his relief Luxio just brushed against her leg as well before moving on like nothing was particularly of note.
  110.
  111. “Well, I guess we should get ready for bed then right?” Alex asked Roserade, feeling just a little foolish. It wasn’t like he ever really asked her before. But Roserade just nodded happily, moving to the stairs and going up with only a quick glance back to make sure Alex was following.
  112.
  113. Feeling more than a bit apprehensive Alex started up the stairs after her. He had considered just returning Roserade to her pokeball for the night more than once, but given the circumstances it seemed a bit cruel. At the very least he would give her a little while outside of it. Alex sighed as he watched Roserade’s ass while she climbed the stairs. Come to think of it he might not be able to bear putting her back in a pokeball anymore.
  114.
  115. It didn’t take long for Alex to get ready for bed. He had finished brushing and bathing, and emerged from the bathroom after a time feeling quite sleepy now. He saw Roserade sitting on his bed and gave her a look. “Now you know the rules, you have your own bed, I-” he began as he looked towards Roserade’s bed. His voice died when he stopped and thought about it. Her bed was a small one, and while it had been just the right size to fit Roserade’s old form comfortably it certainly wouldn’t now. “Oh. Right” he said a bit sheepishly, looking back at Roserade. She was looking at him imploringly now, lips pouting. “Well… I guess you can sleep in the bed. Just until I get you a new one of your own.”
  116.
  117. Roserade looked positively giddy as Alex climbed under the sheets. She slipped in next to him, hugging him tight with her new hands as she snuggled in close to his chest. Alex was very painfully aware of her tits right now as they pressed against him and the feeling of her thighs as they squirmed against his legs. Alex felt like this was wrong, that he should probably say something, or give her the bed while he took the couch. In the end though he just lay there, hands above his head as Roserade dozed against him. Closing his eyes he tried to will his boner away, but only succeeded in not getting much sleep.
  118.
  119. -
  120.
  121. The next day at work it was only halfway through his shift and Alex already felt exhausted. The day had been absolutely nonstop so far, starting with him being called in a couple hours early to discuss the matter with the pink stone. He had brought Roserade with him and had been made to explain himself to the board of directors and some of the senior scientists. Though he had gotten a stern lecture about protocol by the head scientist and was told this was going to be a permanent mark on his employee record it actually hadn’t been that unpleasant. Mostly they were fascinated by Roserade, and it seemed that Thomas was right, overall they didn’t seem to mind that this had happened since the stone was trying to be used in the first place. However the tiring part had come not soon after.
  122.
  123. Word had spread swiftly among the staff about Roserade and soon she had become a minor celebrity as people began showing up to see her and take pictures. Alex hadn’t even realized so many people worked in this lab until today. He had nearly protested, not wanting Roserade to get anxious or overwhelmed, but on the contrary she seemed to love the attention. She shook hands eagerly with everyone, blushed shyly when she was complimented and would pose for photos when asked. Even now Roserade was surrounded by three women from one of the other departments and Thomas, who had all just finished taking a group picture together as they chatted lively. Alex sighed as he turned back his laptop and tried in vain to do some work again. The only silver lining was that Roserade was being distracted for a while. This morning before coming into work Roserade had continued to be very affectionate, holding his hand or laying her head in his lap when he’d drop his guard for even a moment.
  124.
  125. Alex was roused from his thoughts when the door to the lab opened again and two of the senior scientists, Dr. White and Dr. Riley, entered the room. The women around Roserade all quickly realized that the two weren’t here for a social visit as they excused themselves, heading out in a group. Once they closed the door behind them Dr. White cleared her throat, her eyes as severe as the bun her grey hair was done up in. “I’m sorry to bother you, but earlier we did discuss performing some basic tests on your Roserade here. I was wondering if this is a good time?”
  126.
  127. “Well…” Alex hesitated, trying to think of a viable excuse but coming up with nothing when put on the spot like this. He gave the two of them a harsh look. “What sort of tests exactly?”
  128.
  129. “Nothing invasive if that’s what you’re thinking” Dr. Riley said, pushing his glasses higher up on his nose as he smiled absentmindedly. He was one of the oldest members of the staff by far, and could usually be found sleeping in his office. “I’d like to draw a bit of blood, but that’s the worst we have planned. We were going to get some scans done, and an x-ray as well.”
  130.
  131. Glancing at Roserade, he saw her looking a bit anxious as she stood there. Though he wanted to tell them no to the testing, he had to concede that it may be prudent to do so. Everything was probably fine but it would ultimately be better to be safe than sorry, and if there was something wrong internally finding out as soon as possible would be best. Moving over towards her he kneeled down to get level with her. “Roserade, these two are gonna do some tests, ok? It’s just to make sure you’re healthy.” She hesitated but nodded back just a little uncertainly, reaching out to take his hand. He led her over to the two doctors and gave her a reassuring smile. “Now you’ll be going with Dr. White and Dr. Riley here alright? I’ll be waiting for you when you’re done, I-” he started, but was cut off when Roserade shook her head fiercely.
  132.
  133. “Rose!” she cried stubbornly, gripping his hand tight. She gave the older scientists an uncertain glance and then looked imploringly up at him, lip quivering.
  134.
  135. “Look, I’ve got a lot of work to-” Alex started, feeling remorseful.
  136.
  137. Dr. White sighed heavily as pointed at Thomas, who was standing there watching all this as he sat down on a stool. “You! Tommy, right?”
  138.
  139. Thomas sprang to his feet, coming to attention. “Thomas. Yes ma’am?” he asked respectfully. He was always much more professional to his superiors than to his fellow coworkers.
  140.
  141. “Same difference. Look, you’re going to finish up Alex’s work today. Alex, you’re going to come with us and keep your pokemon calm. Are we clear?” Dr. White glared between the two of them like they were actively wasting her time now.
  142.
  143. “Yes ma’am” both said in unison. Thomas moved right to Alex’s computer and gave him a quick commiserating look before getting to work, and Alex ended up following behind the others as they left to get the testing done.
  144.
  145. As they walked down the hallway in silence Roserade suddenly let go of Alex’s hand, but before he could react she gripped it again, interlocking her fingers with his. For a second he thought this was just her being overly affectionate again but looking down at her face she looked quite nervous as they moved along. Alex squeezed her hand gently and her face broke out into a reluctant smile as she squeezed back.

  148.
  149. It was around noon the next day as Alex bustled about, getting ready for work. Thankfully the tests on Roserade had gone over without a hitch yesterday and he had actually been let go early. He had meant to go and pick up a new bed for Roserade, but it had slipped his mind and so last night once again she had joined him in bed as she wrapped her thick thighs around him to sleep. Alex wearily reminded himself to pick it up this time, he wouldn’t be sleeping well if this kept up.
  150.
  151. Turning to Roserade he saw that she was sitting on the couch and petting Luxio, who was curled up next to her. “Look, I shouldn’t be long today, okay? I promise I’m not going to stay late at the lab.” Alex felt bad about his decision to leave her here at the house, but he really did think it was the right choice. If things were anything as bad as yesterday he was going to get no work done at all and while he could put her in a pokeball he knew that Roserade would get out if she felt like it. While she had been a little upset at first, Roserade had eventually conceded.
  152.
  153. Looking up at him with her large red eyes, Roserade nodded in understanding though she still didn’t seem very happy about it. She puffed her cheeks and turned her attention back to Luxio, nose slightly in the air. Alex sighed as he struggled his shoes on and sat down next to her. “Look, I’m just having you stay here for the day so I can get some work done. I like having you around it’s just…” he paused as he saw that she was glancing at him out the corner of her eye. “I can’t really concentrate on work when you’re around that’s all.” Roserade seemed to accept this grudgingly as she finally looked in his direction again, though her face was still set in a slight pout. Alex reached down and took her hand in his own. “Hey, if you’re a good girl today then I’ll bring something to surprise you when I come home today. I promise.”
  154.
  155. Roserade looked shyly down at her lap, rubbing Alex’s hand with her own. “Rose” she finally agreed, nodding as she smiled.
  156.
  157. “Alright, good.” Alex stood up and smiled back, checking his watch. “I should go. If I show up early I can probably leave early.” He looked at Roserade and saw her holding her arms up to him expectantly. Feeling just a little embarrassed he leaned down and hugged her, trying not to enjoy the sensation of her breasts and skin brushing against him. The first time he tried to pull away she held on tighter, brushing her cheek against his as she made that soft contented noise. His breathing quickening, Alex leaned his body slightly so he wouldn’t bump Roserade with his erection.
  158.
  159. As Alex finally stood, trying to think of something to change the subject as he cleared his throat, he finally focused on the tv. “Oh right, if you’re bored you could always use that.” He didn’t hardly use the television at all, mostly using it just for news, but Roserade would probably enjoy it. Picking up the remote, he sat down once again and showed it to Roserade, who looked intrigued as she leaned in closer. “You turn it on like this” he began, flicking the power button “To make it louder or quieter just do this, and you can change the channel with these buttons.” Alex demonstrated, pressing the buttons a few times as an example before passing it over to her. Roserade took it with a keen expression on her face, pointed it and clicked a few times. She stopped when the channel landed on what looked like a nature documentary, and she watched it with great interest. “Just don’t make it too loud or anything” he told her, standing up as he rubbed her head. Already seeing her arms coming up to snatch at his hand he brought his hand down and rubbed her cheek, Roserade happily leaning into him.
  160.
  161. Finally able to get away, Alex waved goodbye one last time as he shut and locked the door. He left for work, already thinking of the things he’d have to do that day.
  162.
  163. -
  164.
  165. Roserade watched from the window with a sad expression as Alex walked down the road towards the bus stop. When he was finally out of sight she grudgingly went to the couch and laid down next to Luxio, settling down for a nap. She woke up nearly two hours later, Luxio gone now as she sat up and stretched, yawning loudly. After getting some water Roserade returned to the couch, now bored as she considered going outside to plant herself in the sun for a while. She looked at the tv though and wavered, finally picking up the remote and changing the channel. It was something with humans dancing and singing a song she disliked so Roserade quickly changed it and began slowly flipping through more channels.
  166.
  167. Eventually she stopped when she came across a black and white channel with a human woman in a dress and apron. Roserade stopped and admired her clothes and hair for a moment, she looked quite pretty. The woman was talking on one of those devices humans used to talk with one another as she cleaned the room, a wide smile on her face. She stopped and said some quick last words as the door opened and a man entered, putting down a briefcase and taking off his jacket as he looked to the woman with a warm greeting. The woman practically skipped over to him and the two embraced, giving each other a gentle kiss.
  168.
  169. A hand came slowly up to Roserade’s lips as she watched, fascinated. The two humans exchanged some more words before kissing again, much longer this time as they held each other closer. Then Roserade gasped as the man picked the woman up and carried her up the stairs. She moved closer to the screen, hungry for what would happen next. Instead, infuriatingly it cut to a couple of children walking with their pet Lillipup rather than continuing with the couple she was interested in. She let out an angry growl but stayed close to the screen, waiting for the couple to appear again. Once again she was disappointed, when it did show the couple they were eating dinner and certainly not kissing anymore.
  170.
  171. Reaching up with the remote Roserade shut the tv off and flopped down onto the couch. She pouted as she curled up into a ball. For some reason she felt very frustrated right now. Slowly her hand came up and brushed her lips again. She imagined for a moment herself as the woman from the tv and Alex as the man. The people in the show seemed to like it, did that sort of thing feel good to humans?
  172.
  173. For the next few minutes Roserade closed her eyes, face blushing a darker green as she continued to lightly trace her lips with her fingertips.
  174.
  175. -
  176.
  177. The door opened wide as Alex threw it open, letting the evening air into the house. He turned and dragged a large box in behind him, sighing gratefully when he finally shut the door behind him. After work he had taken a bus to the local pokemon store, where he had picked up the largest and nicest bed they had. It had been a struggle getting it back here, but thankfully now he might actually be able to have a good night’s sleep.
  178.
  179. A noise from behind him made Alex look around, and for a moment he just stared. Roserade was standing there, proudly wearing an apron that nearly came down to her feet due to her height. It was one he had been given a while ago but never used, a joke gift that read ‘Once you put my meat in your mouth you’ll want more’. Thomas had found it tremendously funny at the time. Alex felt his face going red, he thought he had thrown that thing out months ago. Roserade didn’t seem to care though, turning in place so Alex could look at her and clearly waiting for some kind of response. “Wow, you look great,” he said sincerely. The apron didn’t nearly cover the width of Roserade’s hips, and as he realized he was staring he looked away.
  180.
  181. “Rose!” she said thankfully as she moved in for a hug. Alex smiled as she eagerly squeezed him, squirming a little uncomfortably as he felt Roserade’s chest against his stomach. He tried to pull away but Roserade held on tight, and to his shock she looked up towards him and puckered her lips, clearly waiting for a kiss.
  182.
  183. Alex’s mind raced as he looked down at Roserade. Why the heck was she expecting a kiss? Where had she learned that? And most importantly, what the hell should he do about this? He couldn’t help but focus momentarily on Roserade’s lips, they were so full and sensual now. He could only imagine that they’d probably be even softer than her hands. He quickly shook that thought free, no he absolutely couldn’t think like that. Noticing that Roserade was starting to look impatient, Alex just decided to do the first thing he could think of. Reaching up, he smoothed the hair back from her forehead and planted a kiss there. He looked into Roserade’s face sternly. “That’s all you’re getting.”
  184.
  185. Though Roserade did look slightly disappointed she still smiled widely and hugged him again. It took a few minutes but eventually he managed to dislodge himself from her affections and she turned to skip off into the house looking pleased. Alex sighed gratefully and looked to the box containing the new bed again. He couldn’t get it built fast enough.
  186.
  187. -
  188.
  189. That evening Alex was brushing his teeth as he readied himself for bed. For some reason he felt quite apprehensive as he spit and began to rinse his mouth. He had managed to bring the box upstairs and build the bed without Roserade noticing, even now she didn’t know it was there. Though he had bought the bed for her as a surprise he was getting a sinking feeling that Roserade wasn’t going to like it. He still remembered back when she was just a Roselia and he bought her first bed. She had tried to sleep with him a number of times back then too until the pokemon bed, and though she grew to like it she hated it at first. Somehow he had a hunch that something similar would happen tonight.
  190.
  191. Opening the bathroom door Alex sighed in relief, Roserade wasn’t here. He had left her downstairs, taking a brief nap after dinner, hoping that he could get prepared without her around. He got dressed in his night clothes and checked out the new bed one last time. It was about two feet tall and raised off the ground, a large foam cushion placed on top. Alex had make sure to find the most comfortable one around, this one felt better than his own bed. That still didn’t make him feel much better about this.
  192.
  193. There was a sound at the door and Roserade opened it, peeking in curiously. “Hey Roserade. Come on in” As Alex smiled at her she happily bounded into the room and up to him. She slowed when she saw the new bed however, looking confused. “You remember this morning when I said I’d get you a little surprise? Well I bought you a new bed! Now you don’t have to use mine anymore.” Alex kept smiling, hoping that they could just breeze through this.
  194.
  195. Looking back and forth from Alex to the bed, Roserade looked confused. Finally she shook her head. “Rose” she said petulantly. She turned her back on the bed, a frown on her face.
  196.
  197. “What, do you not like it?” Alex asked, kneeling down to get level with her. She looked away from his face, furious. “Look if you don’t care for this one we can go shop for another one?”
  198.
  199. Shaking her head, Roserade walked to Alex’s bed and sat down on the edge. “Rose” she said stubbornly, rubbing the sheets.
  200.
  201. Alex wanted to let out a sigh. He had known deep down this was going to be the real issue at hand. “Look, I told you a couple days ago this was only temporary. You have your own bed and I have mine, that’s how this works.” He gave her a stern look, knowing that he needed to put his foot down about this one. Reaching out he gently took her by the armpits and moved her off the bad and back to her feet. “I’m sorry Roserade but that is final.”
  202.
  203. A long time seemed to pass as the two stood there. Roserade looked from him to his bed to her new bed a few times, seemingly at a loss for words. Then, shoulders slumping in defeat, she nodded heavily as she looked down at the ground.
  204.
  205. “Good.” The feeling of unease he had did not go away, and he tried smiling down at Roserade. “Hey, this doesn’t mean I hate you or anything.” Reaching up, his fingers brushed her hair. “You’re still the cutes-” he began, stopping mid sentence when Roserade smacked his hand away.
  206.
  207. “Rose!” she shouted at him before turning and marching to her bed. She climbed in under the blanket and pulled it up and over herself, shrouding her completely from view. Alex could see her curl up into a tight ball and then lay motionless.
  208.
  209. Sitting down on the floor next to the new bed Alex reached out and gently touched Roserade’s shoulders but she recoiled, curling up into a tighter ball. For the next few minutes Alex tried in vain to convince her to come out, but it seemed like she was determined to be angry at him for this one no matter what he tried. Finally he stood and went to his own bed, laying down apprehensively. Roserade didn’t move or poke her head out as he settled down to sleep, and eventually he drifted off as he assured himself he had done the right thing.
  210.
  211. -
  212.
  213. The laptop screen was glowing a dull white as Alex stared blearily back at it, fingers moving slowly on the keyboard. As the speed of his typing slowed he got up with an annoyed sigh and moved to the coffee pot, preparing himself a drink. Glancing out the window, Alex could see the sun setting. Normally a part of him would be excited about that since it meant going home, but for the last few days going home meant he was in for an awkward and depressing evening. Lifting the mug he took a long drink, not even bothering to use milk or sugar. He had been sleeping a lot less as well.
  214.
  215. “Woah hey, slow down there” came Thomas’s easy voice. Looking up Alex saw his friend looking at him with concern from across the lab. Thomas was in the middle of running some tests on one of the few remaining shards of the pink gemstone, but he pushed away the microscope he was using and moved over to the coffee pot. Refilling his own mug Thomas then carefully added plenty of cream and sugar as he always did before turning his proper attention on Alex again. “You never drink your coffee black. Normally you put more sugar in than even I do. So... you wanna talk about what’s been bothering you these last few days yet?” he asked casually as he sipped at his drink.
  216.
  217. Frowning, Alex didn’t look at Thomas at first. It was true, he hadn’t told anyone about the… fight that he and Roserade were having right now. For one because originally he was positive it would have blown over already. When Roselia first got her bed back in the day she had been crabby the first night and just kind of cold to him the second night, but by the third she had practically been back to normal. Now however it had been six days and there was no signs that Roserade was getting any better. In fact she’d gotten much worse. For one she wouldn’t even let him touch her anymore. He’d tried petting her head or hugging her a couple times but she would just push him away and storm off, usually just curling up in a corner somewhere. She had continued to use her new bed, but every night she treated it like a prison sentence, lying down without a sound and pulling the blanket over her head. That was until last night, when Roserade had just looked at her bed for a long moment before walking downstairs to sleep on the couch. Roserade had even stopped eating as much, and Alex was seriously beginning to worry about her health.
  218.
  219. For a long moment Alex still considered not saying anything, or maybe saying he was fine or just had food poisoning, but looking into his friend’s eyes he realized he did want to talk with someone about this. “Fine. Fine I’ll tell you. It’s… about Roserade.”
  220.
  221. “Oh, what a shock,” Thomas said innocently.
  222.
  223. Ignoring the comment Alex pressed on. “Well, it’s about our… sleeping arrangements.” Alex didn’t like the raised eyebrow Thomas gave him, so he quickly launched into an explanation. He started off slow, but once he began talking it was hard to stop. Soon he was telling Thomas almost everything, the way she’d been more affectionate, the way she’d put on an apron for him, and even how Roserade would press her breasts against him as she slept. Alex didn’t care anymore, any sort of advice about this madness would be better than nothing. “So…” he concluded near the end of his story, “That’s about it. Roserade still won’t even look at me now and I have no idea what to do. I mean, I have to maintain some boundaries, right?” he asked, looking desperately at Thomas.
  224.
  225. Nodding sagely, Thomas looked out the window at the setting sun, one hand in his pocket as the other nursed his coffee. “Alex” he finally said, a serious look on his face. “I have an honest question for you. If Roserade wants to sleep in the bed with you so bad, then… why not just let her?”
  226.
  227. “Well…” Alex hesitated as he thought. “I just said, I have to maintain some boundaries, right? I-”
  228.
  229. “Plenty of people let their pokemon sleep in the bed” Thomas shot back. “Heck I do it sometimes. On cold nights I let Growlithe sleep in the bed, no problem.”
  230.
  231. Feeling annoyed, Alex looked away. He felt like Thomas was being deliberately obtuse. “Yeah, but your Growlithe doesn’t exactly look like Roserade does he?”
  232.
  233. Nodding his head, Thomas looked back at Alex seriously. “No, he doesn’t. But that’s something else you might want to consider. You know, Roserade DID undergo an evolution. Not only an evolution, but one triggered by a stone we know nothing about. We don’t know if it changed the way she thinks or acts or feels. Have you considered that maybe in her new form she desires more intimacy?”
  234.
  235. Furrowing his brow, Alex frowned. He hadn’t thought about that much honestly. “Well, be that as it may I’m not exactly going to be… doing anything like that” he mumbled.
  236.
  237. “I’m not saying she wants you to fuck her.” Thomas sounded annoyed, like he thought Alex was the one being obtuse now. “I’m just saying… maybe she just wants more attention. Heck maybe she’s just self-conscious now because of her new body and you kicking her out of bed sent the wrong message. I dunno.” Putting a hand on Alex’s shoulder, Thomas gave him an encouraging smile. “Look, does it really matter if she sleeps with you? I’d do it just to make her happy. Plus, you’ve seemed pretty miserable since this happened. Maybe it’d be good for you too. After all, going to sleep with her next to you isn’t exactly the worst thing ever.”
  238.
  239. Opening his mouth, Alex sought for some kind of argument. When nothing came to mind however he just closed his mouth and nodded solemnly. Thomas patted him on the shoulder before walking back to his laptop and resuming work. Not knowing what to do now, Alex glanced up at the clock. He’d have to start heading home soon.
  240.
  241. -
  242.
  243. It was late in the evening when Alex stepped inside his home. “I’m back” he called, not expecting anyone to come. As he took off his shoes he saw Luxio briefly before the pokemon turned and walked away. He wasn’t sure if Roserade had told Luxio what was going on but regardless the electric pokemon had been steering clear of him the last few days. Alex waited in vain for a moment, hoping Roserade had miraculously decided to forgive him, but of course she didn’t appear. Letting out a sigh he walked into the kitchen to make dinner.
  244.
  245. Roserade didn’t even show her face this time until after he was done eating. Alex had made a bowl of her favorite food and she reluctantly shuffled into the kitchen, not looking at him as she ate quietly. Feeling like he had to say something he turned to her. “Roserade, look. I just wanted to say I’m sorry. I…” he trailed off as Roserade turned and left the room without a glance back. For a second Alex felt anger shooting through him and he had the urge to grab her arm and stop her. He was trying to apologize after all. Almost at once though he felt shame for even considering such a thing. This was pretty much his fault in the end.
  246.
  247. Not knowing what to say, Alex watched helplessly as Roserade left the room. Frustrated, he groaned as he removed his glasses and rubbed his eyes. With a grunt of irritation Alex decided to postpone his thoughts about this matter until after a shower. Then he’d properly deal with it.
  248.
  249. After his shower and getting dressed in a loose shirt and boxers, Alex could put it off no longer. With a determined expression he descended the stairs, glancing around for Roserade. He saw her laying on the couch, watching some reality show with the volume practically off. She didn’t even seem to be paying attention to it. Wasting no time Alex walked over and sat down next to her head as she looked up at him in some surprise. “Hello Roserade” he said with a smile. “I was hoping we could have a little talk.”
  250.
  251. Petulantly Roserade turned away, rolling over so she was facing the back of the couch. She didn’t move or make a noise as she lay there.
  252.
  253. “Alright then, I guess I’ll just talk.” Reaching down he almost touched her hair but stopped himself. “Roserade. I’m sorry. I think I’ve been kind of a stubborn idiot about this whole situation. So… I was thinking maybe we could talk about the whole bed thing.” He waited for a moment but Roserade still didn’t move. “You don’t have to sleep in it anymore if you don’t want to.”
  254.
  255. For just a second he thought he got through to her. Roserade gave him a brief look out the corner of her eyes, but she stubbornly shut them again as she curled into a ball.
  256.
  257. There was once again that flare of anger. What did she want from him, blood? However once again he calmed himself, reaching out and placing a hand on her shoulder. “Look I’m sorry, ok? I was going to let you sleep in th-ow!” Alex withdrew his hand quickly from Roserade’s shoulder when he felt something like a pin pricking him. Looking down at her Alex saw a thorn there, slowly retreating seamlessly back beneath the skin. Roserade still didn’t move or even look up at him. Alex’s hand welled up with a single drop of blood where the thorn had pierced him, and licking the thumb of his other hand he wiped it away.
  258.
  259. A long few minutes passed as Alex just sat there, watching the tv absentmindedly as he thought. He hated this. He just wished that Roserade would smile again, even for a minute, but now he felt like there was a gulf between them that was growing ever more by the minute. Briefly he considered just going to bed. Maybe things would eventually mend themselves despite all odds, or maybe things were just too broken. However he refused to accept that. Standing up, Alex made his decision as his hands clenched into fists. He would just have to jump that gulf before it got too big.
  260.
  261. Turning to Roserade, Alex took a deep breath. “I’m going to bed, Roserade. And I’d like you to come with me.” As expected Roserade didn’t react at all, and Alex nodded as he set his face in a determined expression. “Fine then. We’ll do this the hard way.” Bracing himself, Alex reached down and scooped Roserade up in his arms. She looked absolutely shocked, and for a moment just looked into his face with a stunned expression.
  262.
  263. Alex hadn’t even gone two steps when Roserade got over her surprise and reacted. “Rose!” she shouted, shutting her eyes tight as thorns sprang out all over her body. Alex nearly screamed, the pain was agonizing. The urge to simply drop her was incredible, and it took all of his willpower to stop himself from just letting his arms fall.
  264.
  265. Gritting his teeth, Alex continued marching towards the stairs. “That’s fine. I probably deserve this.” Roserade opened one eye just a crack as he began to climb, and he could feel the thorns thankfully retreat slowly. “I told you before, I was acting like an idiot. I was only thinking of myself, and not about you at all.” Looking down into Roserade’s eyes as he got to the top of the stairs and entered his room, the thorns finally gone now as he placed her gently on the bed. “I’m sorry. Please don’t stay mad at me. I promise, you don’t have to sleep in the small bed anymore if you don’t want to. You can sleep with me from now on.”
  266.
  267. Roserade’s eyes went wide as she stared at Alex, unbelieving. Then suddenly she looked down at his chest and her hands flew to her mouth. “Rose!” she cried.
  268.
  269. Glancing down at his chest Alex immediately saw what she was distressed about. Those thorn marks had almost all begun to bleed. It didn’t feel like anything serious, but this shirt was now getting slowly soaked in blood. Even his arms were covered in tiny puncture wounds, and Alex realized he’d better go clean himself off soon before he stained the whole bedroom. “Oh yeah, I guess this looks pretty bad, huh? Don’t worry, I…” Alex trailed off as a choking sob from Roserade made him realize that she was beginning to cry.
  270.
  271. “Hey, hey don’t cry” Alex told Roserade soothingly. He removed his shirt, using the already stained cloth to wipe the excess blood off. “It’s just a little bit of blood. I’ll go clean myself up and in a couple days I’ll be good as new.” Roserade didn’t seem to take much comfort in that as she continued to weep, head bowed low. Putting his finger under Roserade’s chin he gently lifted her face to look into his. “I couldn’t possibly stay angry with you. So don’t cry, ok?” She seemed to finally be calming down as they gazed into each other's eyes, her body relaxing slightly though he felt like she was still slightly hesitant. Alex knew what would make it better, and he took a deep breath as he steeled himself. Leaning in Alex kissed Roserade on the cheek, brushing his lips against her soft skin. As he pulled away she looked utterly amazed, a huge smile spreading across her face as she blushed and looked down at her hands. “You’re still the cutest pokemon in the entire world.”
  272.
  273. Satisfied now that she seemed to finally have forgiven him, Alex made to stand up. He realized later that he probably should have expected Roserade to do something at that moment. Roserade’s hands flew to his face, stopping him fast. Before he could do anything Roserade was leaning in and pressing her lips against his. Though initially Alex had the urge to pull away the sensation of her lips upon his made his mind go blank. Her lips were wonderfully soft and pillowy, even more so than the rest of her skin. A small part of him was thankful that she didn’t use her tongue, though another part of him practically screamed for him to slip his in first. Then after a few seconds it was over. Roserade pulled back, cheeks blushing a dark green as she looked into Alex’s eyes and touched her forehead to his.
  274.
  275. Blinking his eyes as the moment seemed to pass, Alex finally stood up and once again mopped at the blood with his ruined shirt. He didn’t know what to say now, and he could feel that his face was red with embarrassment. “Well... I’m going to go clean up. I’ll be right back.” Roserade happily watched him go into the bathroom as she crawled beneath the sheets, waiting for his return.
  276.
  277. -
  278.
  279. The next day Alex got on the bus to work, sighing heavily as he flopped into a seat. He was just glad to be out of the house for a bit, even if it was just for work. Roserade had completely forgiven him it seemed, but it was like something had changed from before. As affectionate as Roserade had been, she was far more so now. Before they had gone to bed Roserade had practically insisted on another kiss, not satisfied until she got one on the lips, and in the morning she had woken him up with another series of kisses as she pressed her body against his. She had even whined loudly when he was leaving for work, only calming down when he gave her a few solid minutes of attention. Of course he was happy that she wasn’t moping around anymore, but he wasn’t sure how much more his heart could take. That and he was now stuck with a horrible case of blue balls. As soon he got to work he was planning on jacking off just to relieve the pressure.
  280.
  281. Once he arrived at work he dropped off his things in the office before rushing to the bathroom and locking himself inside. Ten minutes later he was sighing happily, putting his phone away and washing his hands as his shoulders relaxed. Letting out a long and contented breath he left the room and headed back towards his office, now ready to get some work done.
  282.
  283. It was nearly two hours later when Thomas showed up, strolling in with a sandwich in his mouth as he dropped another and a canned drink onto Alex’s desk. “Good afternoon” he said cheerfully with a wave. Thomas sat down at his own desk for a moment, turning on his computer before he turned and flopped lazily onto the overstuffed couch against the office wall. “So… you look well-rested” he observed, looking Wyatt over as he finished off his food.
  284.
  285. “...Yeah. I took your advice last night and just let Roserade sleep with me. She finally got over it and forgave me. Even though she’s been more… clingy than ever since then.” Alex tried to avoid Thomas’s knowing grin as he cleared his throat and opened the sandwich. “Thanks, by the way.”
  286.
  287. “Well, good to know,” Thomas said with a nod. He sat up suddenly, eyes wide. “Oh that’s right! I forgot to tell you! Samantha is coming by!”
  288.
  289. Alex just stared back for a moment. “What?” he asked, face blank.
  290.
  291. “Samantha!” Thomas looked annoyed that Alex had no idea what he was talking about and let out a long sigh of irritation. “She went to college with us back in the day. That was the archaeology major I dated for a while, remember?”
  292.
  293. “You dated a lot of girls back then” Alex said with a frown. “Usually for a week or so.”
  294.
  295. Thomas looked awkwardly down at his feet as he rubbed the back of his neck. “Yeah… we actually broke up because she caught me making out with her roommate. She was pretty pissed.” He looked back up, his confidence returning instantly. “But it’s ok, those days are long behind us now. She hardly used any curse words in her responses to my messages. Anyhow, I’ve been contacting her because of those hieroglyphics found in the pink gemstone’s room. She’s been studying some of the pictures we took, and when she found out we had rubbings here she offered to fly down to help decipher them. We’re pretty lucky, Sam’s one of the top in her field when it comes to deciphering that kind of stuff. I think we might finally get some answers as to what it is.”
  296.
  297. There was a long moment where Alex found himself conflicted. Of course he was happy that they’d find out more information, but this would probably mean they would push the issue of testing on Roserade again. Dr. Riley had come to see him a couple of times already, always nice and kind though he would always bring up that they would like to run a few experiments on Roserade. So far Alex had put it off by making up random excuses, but this would probably mean they would begin insisting soon enough. “Well, I guess we’ll just have to see what she says when she gets here” he said dismissively, not really knowing what else to add.

  300.
  301. Roserade felt especially bored right now as she lounged about. Alex had only been gone an hour or so but it felt like so much longer to her. She smiled as she thought about him, and as she put her face in her hands she nearly giggled. He had finally kissed her last night, and allowed her to sleep in the bed with him. It was a huge step forward. However, Roserade’s smile slowly began to fade as she thought about it more. She didn’t want it to end with just a kiss. Kissing was great but she felt like there was more she was missing. Frowning, Roserade realized that the battle wasn’t won quite yet.
  302.
  303. Looking for something to take her mind off things for a minute Roserade finally turned on the tv. She began flipping through the channels, searching for anything to pique her interest. Then, suddenly, something came up. There was a station with three women sitting around a table, all talking as a fourth attractive blonde woman modeled a set of red human underwear. It looked quite nice on her, and even Roserade stopped and watched. “Oh I just love this” one of the humans was saying to the others. “And the red just looks so good on her doesn’t it?”
  304.
  305. “I need to get a set,” one of the others said, grinning at the other two. “My man won’t be able to keep his hands off me after I show him this!” The audience watching all whooped and cheered, and the blonde woman left as another black-haired woman came in with black underwear this time.
  306.
  307. Eyes glued to the tv, Roserade moved closer as she watched the models closely. She looked down briefly at herself, noting with a frown the leaf that made up the front of her body. Alex would probably like that sort of thing, but she couldn’t exactly wear human clothes like that very well. Deciding to see what else was on, she flipped the channel again and kept pressing up to the next one when nothing caught her interest.
  308.
  309. Five minutes later and Roserade was having fun, smiling as she kept pressing the button to go to the next channel. Nothing had really caught her eye so she just kept going, and now she was having a good time just flipping constantly. The number on the top right was getting higher and higher as she pressed on obliviously. Then the tv turned to a station that made her pause.
  310.
  311. Onscreen there were two humans sitting on the edge of a bed, talking. For some reason both weren’t wearing much clothes at all, just their underwear. Watching closely, Roserade was just thinking of changing the channel again when the man suddenly grabbed the woman and pulled her close, kissing her. She kissed back, hands exploring his back. Roserade watched in fascination as the man took the bra off the woman and threw it aside before pushing her down onto the bed. The man grabbed the woman’s panties and yanked them off roughly before reaching down to his own waist and pulling his boxers down.
  312.
  313. Her hands coming to her face, Roserade gasped as she saw what a human penis looked like for the first time. She was embarrassed to think about it but she had tried and failed a couple times in the past to see Alex naked. Now however she couldn’t stop thinking about Alex and wondering what his penis looked like as the man in the video climbed on top of the woman. After a long and painful wait, the man put his penis into her and started rocking back and forth. The woman was moaning, head thrashing back and forth as the man fucked her.
  314.
  315. Her face red, Roserade was completely mesmerized as her hands dropped to her sides. She glanced at the door as if fearful Alex would come through any second before turning back to the screen eagerly. The man was kneeling now behind the woman, thrusting into her as she screamed for him to continue. Roserade bit her lip and ground her thighs together, feeling a stirring inside. Leaning back against the couch one of Roserade’s hands came down to her crotch, rubbing it gently as she began to moan. As Roserade watched the man pinch the woman’s nipples making her cry out, she moved her other hand to her breasts as well. She tried to find the nipple, but growled in frustration as the green leaf that made up her top seemed to be in the way. Fiddling with it she eventually found the edge and pulled, and after a moment it peeled off her upper body. Her sizable breasts sprang free, and as she pulled the whole thing off her wet, dripping pussy was laid bare as well.
  316.
  317. Fingers running up her body to cup her now bare breast, Roserade moaned in pleasure as she pinched the nipple. Her other hand dropped to her vagina, rubbing herself slowly and lazily. “Rooose…” she moaned softly, arching her back as she brushed her clitoris. The image of Alex floated to the top of her mind. Even though she knew it was impossible, she wished that he would find her attractive now. She wished that he was doing this to her. Tentatively she took one finger and eased it inside herself, panting now as she added another. As the sounds of the couple making love on the tv intensified, Roserade quickly grabbed the remote with the hand from her breast and turned the tv up a bit. Closing her eyes Roserade put a finger into her mouth, gasping with pleasure and sucking at it as her other hand drove in and out of her pussy. Then as the sounds on tv reached a crescendo Roserade curled up, letting out a loud scream as she had her first orgasm.
  318.
  319. For a long time Roserade just lay there, panting as she recovered. She had never felt anything like that before, but she knew that she wanted it again. The image of Alex once again floated to the top of her mind. Of Alex smiling down at her and kissing her, then moving his powerful hand down to her vagina while the other took out his dick. Moaning gently, Roserade began to tease herself again with one hand while the other shut off the tv. She just closed her eyes, legs spread as she pleasured herself to thoughts of her master.
