Project: Figure out the 10 fastest Pokemon in Red, Yellow, Crystal and Emerald by routing and running each of them.

Rules:
1. The Pokemon must be caught before defeating the second gym leader
2. The Pokemon must have the highest level of any Pokemon that you own at the end of the run
