- I hide behind a mask
- With a big smile on it
- To hide my other side
- That bears a frown
- Sometimes the mask slips away
- And I turn into a different being
- One of sadness and depression.
- I say "I'm fine"
- When it means "help me"
- Tho rarely does
- Anyone understand
- They just go back
- And talk and talk
- While I weep and weep
- Sometimes I wonder
- If the pain is worth it
- If it is all worth it
- I think of other people
- And I say not today
