1. It will be the best if you can try contacting me via PC / Desktop device.
2. Make sure that you have ESET Antivirus disabled since it blocks MPGH IM Chat.
3. Make sure that if you are using Comcast to disable xFi Advanced Security since it may block MPGH IM Chat.
4. It's highly recommended to use Chrome or Chromium-based browser.
5. You may try using vpn/proxy.
