Ok, so round starts, I end up latejoining about an hour in and immediately hear someone ask for help(Journalist/librarian) I find the bridge has been bombed and the journalist is in my office, they play back a recording of Luck claiming to have put the station under Martial Law and indicating he ordered security to execute over every crime, the recorder also indicated he decided to flee as soon as I arrived(and apparently got killed by the bomb that hit the bridge.) I go looking for him, asking people about the deal, I adminhelp stating my intention to cremate him over it(More as a means of getting a Y/N from on high than anything else.) I go and find he was blown up, he's in cryo and an officer is around, officer tells me he enacted the martial law "as a joke" and that he officer hadn't heard of orders to kill over it, so of course by now i'm off the warpath and cuff him to ask him, once he's up I ask what the fuck and he ghosts. I decide to cremate his catatonic body for some satisfaction as the round starts to end(shuttle was called at some point due to many many bombs goin off), and PI proceeds to finally message me, we go back and fourth and eventually it ends with him stating that A. you can't cremate over an order like that and B. you can't demote over such an order, I disagree with both(Though, more the latter as time went on.) and state my intention to make an admin complaint as I was told to by HBL, after the round ends I decide not to because it would just be a clusterfuck and solve nothing, PI makes the thread for me and I give my input, HBL sees the thread and somehow takes from it that I ignored PI and cremated him(at least this is my guess, going by the ban message for the jobbans) and permajobbans me from sec/captain. I later have a conversation with him about it and he does a full 360 and claims that it was actually because of a long history(That he was unable to actually cite, I've less than 2 actual jobbans from security that weren't deemed invalid.) of my behavior, after rebuking him he blocks me from IRC. So I messaged you.
In my opinion this ban is just HBL making a mistake and then just trying to save face by changing their reason for the ban, Not one part of the ban that they stated stands up to even the most minor amount of scrutiny.
