Blizzard route in Yellow

This is an entirely new route for Yellow that saves 5-15 seconds if you are willing to take a few more risks in the late game. Do not confuse it with current Blizzard strats, which use Blizzard solely for the Champion fight.

The idea of this route is to take full advantage of Blizzard's extra power, reasonable accuracy and convenient placement in the Cinnabar Mansion. Getting Blizzard before Erika allows us to skip Ice Beam. Since we're skipping Ice Beam, we can consider skipping Rock Slide, as this bypasses talking to the roof TM girl.

Going to the mansion before Erika changes our experience route. Without experience from Erika, the highest level we can get for the mansion is L43, but we need L44 to avoid L43 Rattatas and Raticates. However, there are no L42 encounters in the mansion, so we can enter at L42 and save one Rare Candy until Giovanni's gym. This allows us to gain crucial levels for the Elite Four, which erases the time loss from L43 encounters.

VIRIDIAN CITY
- Buy 6 Potions and 6 Poke Balls

MT. MOON
- Try hard to get exp., but don't grind for it at the end
- Kill 2 Zubats with 10 DV Speed

- If you didn't get Moon exp., consider fighting the top Hiker

VERMILION MART
- Sell TM34 and Nugget

CELADON MART
- 5F shopping:
	> With 12-15 Speed: Buy 11 X Accs, 5 X Speeds, 3 X Attacks and 5 X Specials
	> With 9-11 Speed: Buy 11/6/3/4
	> With 0-8 Speed: Route on the fly (seriously)
- 6F shopping:
	> Skip Ice Beam
	> Skip Rock Slide with 50+ HP and/or good Special
- 2F shopping:
	> Buy 2 Super Potions

ROUTE 16
- Fly menu:
	> Swap slot 2 item with Super Repels
	> Teach Fly to flier
	> Teach Horn Drill to Nidoking over Horn Attack
	> Use a Super Repel
	> Swap slot 3 item with X Accs
	> (Teach Rock Slide over Thrash)
	> Fly to Lavender

LAVENDER TOWER
- If skipped Rock Slide, TB x2 all Gastlies
- On Ghost menu, swap slot 4 item with X Speeds, then use Poke Doll

SILPH CO.
- (Get/use Carbos)
- On EQ menu, swap slot 6 item with X Attacks
- After digging out, bike to the Safari Zone

ROUTE 16
- On the Poke Flute menu, use an Elixer

SAFARI ZONE
- (Get/use Carbos)
- After digging out, Fly to Fuchsia and bike to the gym

FUCHSIA GYM
- Before Koga:
	> Heal if necessary
	> If L39, use 2 Rare Candies to reach L41
	> Teach Surf to Lapras

FUCHSIA CITY
- After getting Strength, Fly to Saffron

SAFFRON CITY
- Use a Super Repel on the bike menu

SAFFRON GYM
- After exiting, Fly to Pallet

PALLET TOWN
- Walk to the water

CINNABAR MANSION
- Use a Super Repel ~8 steps after entering
- On repel menu, drop an item in one of the following ways:
	> Use Carbos
	> Use Max Elixer
	> Use your last Potion/Super Potion/Full Restore
	> Toss Poke Balls or TM34
- If you get an encounter:
	> Optimal DSum is 3 seconds out, 11 in, repeat
	> Not worth it to wait by itself, but can use time to scroll to bottom of inventory (3.4s) or teach Strength+Blizzard (19.5s)
- Get TM14
- At some point after getting TM14:
	> Swap slot 5 item with X Specials
	> Heal if necessary
	> Teach Strength to Lapras
	> Teach Blizzard over Bubblebeam
- After digging out, bike to the Celadon Gym

CELADON GYM
- Beauty: Blizzard
- Erika: Blizzard, EQ x2
- After exiting, Fly to Cinnabar

CINNABAR ISLAND
- On bike menu, use Elixer and heal if necessary

CINNABAR GYM
- Blaine: X Attack, (X Speed), EQ x3

VIRIDIAN GYM
- Cooltrainer: EQ
- Blackbelt: X Special, Blizzard, TB, Blizzard
- Immediately after Blackbelt:
	> Heal if necessary
	> Consider using 3 Rare Candies to reach L48, especially with <12 Speed
	> If you used the candies, pick up the Revive item ball
- Giovanni: X Speed/Special, X Acc, EQ, Drill x3, Drill/Blizzard
	> You can use an X Special and Blizzard Rhydon with 12-15 DV Speed. This saves a NVE text box

ROUTE 22
- Viridian Rival: Blizzard, X Acc, Blizzard/Drill, Drill, EQ/Drill, EQ x2
	> You can set up the X Acc on Sandslash with high/no red bar

ROUTE 23
- On the bike menu:
	> (Heal to good HP for Lorelei)
	> Use 2 candies if you didn't candy earlier
	> If you have good HP for Lorelei, use your last Elixer
- If you used the Elixer, get the Max Ether

INDIGO PLATEAU
- Take center unless at good HP for Lorelei

ELITE FOUR
- Lorelei: (X Spec), X Acc, Drill x5
	> Consider using 1-2 X Specials to manip red bar and save Drills for Bruno if you have them
- (Use Elixer/Max Ether)
- Bruno: X Acc, Blizzard, Drill x2, Blizzard, Drill
- Agatha: X Special, EQ, Blizzard, EQ x3
	> Set up on Golbat if faster than Gengar
- Heal to full for Lance, and use Elixer if you have one
- Lance:
	> If entering in red bar, use TB (not enough PP to YOLO Drill)
	> With 9-15 Speed: X Spec, TB, X Attack, EQ x2, TB, Blizzard
	> With 0-8 Speed, X Spec, TB, X Speed, Blizzard x2, TB, Blizzard
- Heal to full for Champion unless YOLOing
- Champion: X Speed, Blizzard, EQ, X Acc, Drill, EQ, Drill, EQ
	> Skip X Speed if YOLOing
	> If you get the freeze instead of the OHKO, set up the X Speed and X Acc on Sandslash
