- Heal to full before the fight (1-30 HP less than full is fine, and actually better if you have great Defense)
- 1. X Special
- IF HERACROSS HIT ROCK TOMB TURN 1:
- 2. X Special
- (If he doesn't hit you turn 2, set up a 3rd X Special and Dragon Claw Blastoise)
- (If he hits you turn 2, you will be in Blaze unless you have great Defense AND get low rolls)
- 3. Dragon Claw Heracross
- 4. Flamethrower Blastoise
- 5. Flamethrower Tyranitar (heal and set up a 3rd X Special if somehow dead to the next round of sand)
- 6. Full Restore (Alakazam will Psychic for ~90 damage)
- 7. Dragon Claw Alakazam (it will outspeed and use Calm Mind, Psychic or Reflect)
- 8. Dragon Claw Exeggutor
- 9. Dragon Claw Arcanine (it will Extremespeed for about 45 damage)
- IF HERACROSS DID NOT HIT ROCK TOMB TURN 1:
- 2. Ember Heracross
- 3. Dragon Claw Blastoise (it will Hydro Pump for ~175 damage or Rain Dance)
- 4. Dragon Claw Blastoise
- 5. Dragon Claw Tyranitar (it will Thunderbolt for ~90 damage; Full Restore here if Blastoise hit you)
- 6. Dragon Claw Tyranitar
- 7. Dragon Claw Alakazam
- 8. Dragon Claw Exeggutor
- (You should be in Blaze from the sand damage, but if not, Arcanine will still die to the 2nd round of sand)
- 9. Flamethrower Arcanine (heal instead if dead to Extremespeed)
