- RAM Stuff
- - I already discussed restoring crits in the main guide (insert the values,
- enter the character's equip screen, disable the cheat, enter the equip menu
- again). The reason you don't have to save while the cheat is on is because,
- when you enter the equip menu, the values are copied from 1x to 2x and then
- from 2x to 1x. This is why it wouldn't work without saving if you changed
- the values in 1x instead.
- - If you'd like to remove the permanent long range flag, just deduct 32 from
- the character's 01/81 byte. The same method works as with the criticals. No
- need to save.
- - Equipping the Adamantite Armor sets 21/A1 to 131, resulting in permanent
- 4x weakness to Fire and Ice. Not an issue so long as you keep the armor on,
- but if you take it off, you'll want to get rid of the 131. Again, use the
- same method.
