GENERAL RULES
Do not defy the Staff's expressed wishes, From TCM to SysOp, if you speak to a staffer do so with respect.
Do not upload our torrents to other trackers! (See the FAQ for details.)
Respect the Staff at all times.
No aggressive behavior, racism, political slurs or talking about religion or faiths in the comments, or forums.
No links or information about other torrent websites are to be posted in the comments or forums.
Please read the FAQ and other posts in the forums before messaging the Staff or posting in the forums.
Please do not post serial codes or links to cracks in the comments or the forums.
Selling invites can get you and the recipient of the invite banned.
Posting of videos must follow the same rules that are posted for avatars.
Do not have more than one account as this is against the rules. Do not share your account with anyone. If you are sharing an ip address with someone else who has an account notify staff.

DOWNLOAD RULES
Access to the newest torrents is conditional on a good ratio! (See the FAQ for details.)
Low ratios will result in severe consequences, including banning in extreme cases. Automatic class demotion to Peasant:
Users with a ratio below .20 & who downloaded more than 1 GB for 1 week (7 days) will be warned to correct their ratio. Peasants will have 2 weeks to increase their ratio or their account will be deleted.
Seed all torrents to 1:1 or you will receive a H&R warning.
You must have legal rights to the file you are downloading. Lulz
AVATAR RULES
The allowed formats are .gif, .jpg and .png.
Be considerate. Resize your images to a width of 150 pixels and a size of no more than 300 KB. (Browsers will rescale them anyway: smaller images will be expanded and will not look good; larger images will just waste bandwidth and CPU cycles.)
Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, Nudity, religious material, animal / human cruelty or ideologically charged images. Also any avatars with excessive violence is not allowed. The staff have wide discretion on what is acceptable. If in doubt PM one.
If an avatar is breaking these rules the staff have the ability to remove it off of the site without asking.

UPLOAD RULES
All uploads must include a proper description or you will receive a warning. After 3 warnings you will be demoted.
Pre-release stuff should be labeled with an *ALPHA* or *BETA* tag.
Do not to include any serial numbers, CD keys or similar in the description (you do not need to edit the NFO!).
No external tracker advertising, remove ALL reference of external trackers from title, description and internal files.
DO NOT remove original uploaders name from files
Make sure your torrents are well-seeded for at least 48 hours.
Do not include the release date in the torrent name.
Stay active! You risk being demoted if you have no active torrents. No torrents uploaded in 4 weeks will result in demotion for inactivity.
You must have legal rights to the file you are uploading.

FORUM RULES
Respect all Sysops, Administrators, Moderators and Forum Moderators at all times.
No aggressive behaviour, foul language (mis-typed or disguised), racism, talking about religion/faith or political slurs and discussions in torrent comments or the forums.
Please keep all topics to the point, not drifting off and spamming the topic.
No links or information to/about other torrent websites to be posted in the forums.
No advertising/referring/selling to be posted in the forums.
No prices are to be listed in the forums for anything.
Please ensure all questions are posted in the correct section in the forums.
We advise you don't write your contact details e.g address or email address publicly on the forums for your own privacy.
NO requests allowed in the forums or comments whatsoever, only use Request Tab If you meet the criteria for making requests.
Please read the FAQ and other posts in the forums before asking any questions!
Do not share your IP addresses or other personal information should you not desire it.
Please do not post serial codes or links to cracks.
No discussion of seedbox/vpn providers in the forum. This includes but not limited to company names and/or prices
Forum access can be disabled if rules are repeatedly broken.
Finally, please do not talk about creating torrent websites on the forums.

HR RULES AND GUIDELINES
Seed all torrents (inc. FreeLeech) to a ratio of 1:1 or 336 hours
Where this is not possible the options to Zap are available.
Fail seed more than 40 torrents for longer than 5 days (120 FULL Hours) and the system will issue you a warning.
Warnings will stay on account for 2 months.
warnings will expire in 2 months IF no more torrents warnings are received.
After 4 warnings your account will be jailed
To get out of jail a donation is required
Parking your account does not remove you from H&R list, any warnings received whilst parked need to be removed manually.
