Sonic Mania Batocera Cut-scene Colour Fix

These instructions help fix the black & white cutscenes when running Sonic Mania in Batocera!
The original instructions to get the shader folders still apply. The readme can usually be found in the games readme.

        mod.ini

modconfig.ini should look like:
[Mods]
Shaders=y

Mid.ini should look like:
Name=Shader Mod
Description=Shaders
Author=ChuliRMG
Version=1.0.0
TargetVersion=5

This should work, has been tested on v39 and v40. If cutscenes are still black & white, the shaders copied maybe incomplete or the mod may need to be enabled in-game.
