Every Team Specialty Role is vital to ensure smooth functioning of the team; effective progress on personal, professional, and project goals; strong relationships with our peers, partners, and people upstairs; and finally, building good habits that will carry us through this year and beyond.

That being said, serving as the Life After AmeriCorps Representative - henceforth LAA Rep - could arguably be one of the most important, as out of all, the LAA Rep will most affect our course for the rest of our lives. Imagine, for a moment, every Corp Member as a comet burning accross the sky. Our skills, knowledge, and convictions are the flakes of dust and ice we scatter across the stars. We build up ourselves and our communities to shine as brilliantly as possible. That is the purpose of AmeriCorps. But the trajectory we take is Life After Americorps, and it won't matter how radiant we are if we are cast into darkness.
