Taco Tom 2 version 181104 changelog

Changes:
- Minimum and maximum game speeds have both been reduced significantly
- Time travel is now exponential, allowing for easier adjustments of lower speeds
- Acceleration and maximum speed of Taco Tom have been reduced significantly
- Taco Tom no longer collides with blocks once they touch the floor
- Hitbox of blocks has been reduced
- Updates to the following levels: 1-7, 2-2, 2-4, 2-6, 7-1, 9-7, 10-3
- The level select screen is now loaded after beating a level instead of the main menu
- The spacebar can now be used to select menu options
- Left clicking can now be used to advance the dialogue

Bugfixes:
- Pond 5 mode is no longer enabled by default
- Dialogue text no longer appears as the wrong font when the game is first loaded
- Taco Tom now dashes exactly 4 objects wide when dashing, instead of 4 objects plus two pixels wide
