  1. Dear Wolves, it has come the moment for hard choices. As you should already know, in the latest events, both PvP and PvE, we've arrived everytime to a photo-finish ending, hitting or missing top 100 always by a handful of positions. This cannot continue.
  2.
  3. Many of you keep getting sub-500 scores in PvP, ignoring or probably not knowing the fact that a couple of weeks ago we set a 600 points treshold. This limit was chosen to be low enough to be reachable by anyone but high enough to allow us to be competitive. While I realize that the last few tourneys have been hard - VERY hard actually - not being able to reach 600, sometimes not even reaching 300, may be considered not even trying.
  4.
  5. I know that this game isn't your life and that problems may come at any minute, but I think in these moments communications is fundamental. I've seen many of you getting constantly very low scores, without hearing back from you nor in the in-game chat neither in the forums. In this situation, having one of us away for personal reasons has costed us dearly in terms of alliance placement, while other alliances, with 19 people, manage to reach top 50 easily.
  6.
  7. As I said, we cannot keep going on this way. Since I'd love to hear everyone's opinion on the matter, anyone not answering this thread in the next 48 hours will be kicked from the alliance. This may seem harsh, but there are persons that have been ghosts in our alliance, the only communication we've heard from them has been their application. I'll bump this thread regularly in the next two days, and spam the chat telling you to come to pay a visit, so please spread the voice.
  8.
  9. Also, any unjustified sub-par score will be treated very seriously from now on. Unexpected events can happen that prevent you from playing, but I expect some kind of communication from you regarding the matter. It can simply be a "Hey Kappei, my a-hole boss has been on my back day and night in the last two days" or something like that. But, for tinykitty's sake, show me you care. The way Demiurge has set up the alliance system is very demanding, but this way we can work around it and have some maneuverability regarding absent members and whatever may stop you from playing.
  10.
  11. And last, let's talk about burnout. If you've been let down by Demiurge decisions, if you don't like the game anymore, or simply if you're bored, SPEAK NOW. Don't let the alliance drag yourself along if you know, or even suspect, that you're going to stop playing soon. I can understand how you feel, but playing sloppily is not going to help you and isn't surely getting covers for the alliance. Once more, it may sound harsh, but at the moment this is what the alliances are for: moar coverzz! If you're not going to help, make your decision now, before we make it for you.
  12.
  13. I really hope you can understand that I don't like writing these things, but it was time for it to be done. When (not IF, WHEN) you answer please specify your IGN, if it's different from the one on the forums. Feel free to propose, speak your mind out or simply insult me. I'll read everything and not judge.
