The greatest thing you can do for your country is watch anime, watch movies, read, take philosophy classes, learn languages, listen to new music. All stimulation increases knowledge.

Omnivorousness is not based on ability to consume meat, but design to consume meat. We find raw meat disgusting. All omnivores find raw meat delicious. Raw foods are the best foods that we should eat. We can't eat raw meat because it makes us sick. Disease. Biological magnification. Food poisoning.

Cooking is a form of predigestion. It unlocks more calories and lessens nutrients.

I think speedrunning is so good because in almost any other type of competition, you're competing against players whereas in speedrunning, it's many players competing against the game itself. Essentially every single speedrunner is on the same team. RNG is the enemy rather than other players. And the more anyone contributes, the more everyone gains. The best chance a person has to get a better time is to have as many people as possible playing their game, possibly discovering new strats, discovering new possibilities for routes. There's very little room for hostility to take hold in this as, unlike in Esports, everyone from the top of the board to the bottom benefits from more players and player improvement.
