1. Matter and energy cannot be created or destroyed with psionic abilities. It must already exist or come from another source.
2. The more specific an ability is, the stronger it is. The converse is also true.
3. The more specific an ability is, the larger of the range of possible strengths is. The converse is also
true.
4. Ability growth is logarithmic. (Diminishing returns)
5. Ability growth only occurs with frequent usage or exposure to certain anomalous events or materials.
6. Changing abilities is very difficult, but possible.
7. Unless the ability is specifically related, abilities cannot bypass a species’ biology.
