The price has been steep, thousands die of hunger and exhaustion, as well as picked off by local rifles. His army rests in Amiens, Picardy, and a small detachment is sent out to march into Paris giving the illusion that France has collapsed, however 2 french divisions block this and drive them off. [i]The Danes have finally gained a naval victory over their foes in the Baltic, however it is not completey decisive. The national pride of the Danes has increased though, after having lost Norway this was badly needed.[/i]
