Kael: Crit Rate% gloves, atk% body, speed boots
      look for acc in substats if u can + crit rate and damage
      can run lifesteal + acc set or lifesteal + speed
      Make 6* ASAP

Apoth: Can keep at 50 for now.
       when u 6 star Kael can start trying to get 5 star gear from campaign
       hp% chest and gloves, speed boots
       speed set is optimal but dont dissregard subs

Nazana: can 6 star after Kael. If u want help in early dungeons gear for attack
        crit rate gloves, atk% chest, atk% or speed boots

Coldheart: can start with crit rate gloves atk% chest and speed boots. will change later
           optimally crit damage gloves with 70% crit rate, but you wont be able to do that for a while
