Beginner Any% AP Chest Route:

Land of Dragons 1:
(1) In the cave, right after/before Cave Fight
(2) After Cave Fight, before the Mountain Top, grab the AP chest between the carts

Olympus Coliseum:
(3) AP Chest after Hades Escape, before Cerberus (take the split in the road to the right, away from the smokey trail)
(4) AP Chest right before Demyx (on the ledge to the right of the loading zone)
(5) to the left in the room where you interact with the stone figure of Meg (right before fighting Pete)

Beast's Castle:
(6) AP chest in the area of the East(?) Wing which you pass through after the mini-game with the chandeliers, right before fighting Beast

Timeless River:
(7) AP Chest at the end of the river during Boat Pete

Port Royal:
(8) On your way to Barbossa after the Barrel Fight, there's an AP chest behind the first set of crates (on the left side of the hallway)
(9) In the same room,  one behind the last set of crates on the right side.

Agrabah:

(10) AP Chest in the market square (need to destroy some shop thingy, right before leaving the city through the main gate)
(11) AP Chest in the Cave of Wonders, in the area with the weird Tetris pieces coming out of the ground (first area when you enter the Cave). The chest is on the last Tetris block to the left of the room
(12) AP Chest to the right of the door, right after the falling segment

Halloween Town
(13) AP Chest in the Hinterlands, right before entering Christmas Town for the first time. When you enter that area, Sora's already facing the chest that contains the AP Boost
(14) AP Chest in Santa's House (I take it right before entering the fight against Oogie Boogie)

Hollow Bastion 3:
(15) (before Space Paranoids): AP Chest in the same room as the entrance to the Cavern of Remembrance, but more towards the door. The chest is behind the ledge you jump over
(16) (before Space Paranoids): AP Chest on your wave to Ansem's Study (follow the path to the right)

Space Paranoids:
(17) AP Chest right before Hostile Program. In the large hallway (before the room with the save point), the AP Chest is to the left (afterwards, you go to the right to enter the room with the save point)

Hollow Bastion 3 (after Space Paranoids):
(18) AP Chest right before 1K, in the room with the crystal walls
