LAZWARD: Charlotte? What's up?

CHARLOTTE: I was just wondering, are you hungry, by any chance?

LAZWARD: Hmm, a little bit, I guess. I just got done training.

CHARLOTTE: Really? Well it just so happens that I made a lunch. Would you like to have it?

LAZWARD: You made it for me? Then, how could I turn you down?

CHARLOTTE: Here, eat up. I hope you find it to your liking...

LAZWARD: Om nom... Mm, this is tasty! I can't believe my luck, having a cute girl like you bring me a home-made lunch.

CHARLOTTE: Cute...? Oh Lazward, you mustn't!

LAZWARD: Thanks for the food. It was great.

CHARLOTTE: You didn't leave a speck behind... I'm so happy.

LAZWARD: Oh, as thanks for the lunch, how about I treat you to some tea?

CHARLOTTE: ... Sorry, I've got something to do.

LAZWARD: Oh, really? That's a pity. Well, let me pay you back for the meal sometime.

CHARLOTTE: Okay, I'll look forward to it!

LAZWARD: Later. Thanks for the food.

CHARLOTTE: He's too easy!  That went by so quick I'm actually kind of shocked. And where's that rush I normally get when I land a guy? It doesn't feel so bad to be liked... but there's no point in it if it's this simple.

CHARLOTTE: L-Lazward?

LAZWARD: Are you busy today? I still owe you for the lunch you brought me, remmeber?

CHARLOTTE: W-what's going on...? He's asking me out, but I don't really feel anything...  Even though I'm supposed to play this kind of character to make guys like me... Is it because Lazward's too easy? I'm not getting that warm feeling inside...

LAZWARD: Charlotte? What are you mumbling about?

CHARLOTTE: J-Just thinking out loud, don't mind me!

LAZWARD: Is that so. Well, about that tea...

CHARLOTTE: Y-you might have caught me at a bad time.

LAZWARD: Then when are you open? I'll suit your schedule.

CHARLOTTE: L-let's see, um, what about you?

LAZWARD: I'm ready to go anytime. If you're fine with it, I can even wait until you're done with whatever it is you're up to right now.

CHARLOTTE: C-could I have a moment to think about this?

LAZWARD: Yeah, sure! You've got your own affairs to worry about, huh?

CHARLOTTE: Y-yes... that's right...

LAZWARD: There's this place that serves the nicest black tea. I'd been hoping to take someone there with me.

CHARLOTTE: Could you please keep your mouth shut? I can't think well with your talking...

LAZWARD: Oh, yeah. Sorry. Still, I'm so glad I got the chance to talk a girl as cute as you, Charlotte.

CHARLOTTE: Didn't I tell you to shut up!? I'm trying to think of a way to get out of this mess!

LAZWARD: Eep! Ch-Charlotte...!?

CHARLOTTE: And how can you be this easy, anyways!? How am I supposed to get any sense of accomplishment when you're acting so clingy!? Ugh, you're no fun! No fun at all!!

LAZWARD: Um, uh... sorry?

CHARLOTTE: ...Ah! I-I don't know what came over me... Well then, I bid you adieu!

LAZWARD: Hah, ahahaha.... Well, that was a shocker...

LAZWARD: Charlotte, you gave me quite a shock the other day.

CHARLOTTE: L-Lazward?

LAZWARD: So that's the way you really are, huh? I never even noticed.

CHARLOTTE: Well, I guess there's no point now that the cat's out of the bag. That's right, that's my true self.

LAZWARD: And you make those sorts of faces too, huh?

CHARLOTTE: This is the way all women are. All they do is hide their true faces. I was working hard not to show this side of me to anyone... but you messed up my rhythm. Up until now, I'd fought my way into men's heart's and earned my victories, but you warmed up to me right away, like a moth to the flame. I'd never seen that happen before. There's not even any satisfaction to be found doing it.

LAZWARD: Ah, I see how it is. But still... you're not the first girl I've met who's like this.

CHARLOTTE: Don't tell the guys how I really am, okay? I'll make you regret it.

LAZWARD: Sure thing. I could never say no to you, Charlotte. So, are you busy? I was just about to go out for some tea.

CHARLOTTE: Are you serious about that? Even though you've found out my true nature?

LAZWARD: So what? You're a fascinating girl, Charlotte. Learning about your true nature doesn't change how I feel at all.

CHARLOTTE: You're asking me out even though you've seen my inner self...? That's kind of a surprise.

LAZWARD: Whether you're your true self, or just acting, you're still cute.

CHARLOTTE: Hehehe. You'd say that to anyone, wouldn't you?

LAZWARD: Hmm, maybe. I've never met a girl who wasn't cute, after all.

CHARLOTTE: Smooth, aren't you? Fine then, I'll go out for some tea. But, I'm just gonna be myself, alright?

LAZWARD: Of course it's alright. I think you're amazing either way.

CHARLOTTE: Of course I am. It's my dream to get hitched to a loaded man.

LAZWARD: My my, getting hitched to a loaded man...? So anyone who isn't rich is totally out of the question?

CHARLOTTE: I wouldn't say they're totally out of the question... but it would be preferable. That would make things easier for my family, too...

LAZWARD: Still sending money back home, right? I guess you're the kind of girl who's always thinking of her family.

CHARLOTTE: Flattery won't get you anywhere.

LAZWARD: I had my suspicions, and what you've said just confirms it. Charlotte... I like you.

CHARLOTTE: Huh...?

LAZWARD: Charlotte, will you marry me?

CHARLOTTE: A-are you serious?

LAZWARD: Of course I am. You're an incredibly charming girl. And what do you think about me, Charlotte?

CHARLOTTE: W... well... I think you're a total skirt-chaser...

LAZWARD: Hahaha. Well, I can't argue with that.

CHARLOTTE: But that's not all you are... I've always thought you were a real nice guy. To tell you the truth, I'm smitten with you.

LAZWARD: You know I'm not rich, right? Are you fine with that?

CHARLOTTE: O-of course I am. I mean, I've fallen in love with you... There's nothing that can change that now...

LAZWARD: Charlotte...

CHARLOTTE: Even if we get married, I'm still gonna try and pick up guys. Are you gonna be okay with me even if I do that, Lazward?

LAZWARD: Sure. I mean, your heart will always be mine, right?

CHARLOTTE: Of course. That won't ever change.

LAZWARD: And I'm still gonna try and pick up chicks even if we get married, too.

LAZWARD: That's right. Nobody will ever mean more to me than you do. Not until the day I die.

LAZWARD: Well, not that you'll find a finer man than me, you know?
