Western Union  -   Edit Users  Information


- Before  i go any further  i will say i did take the  steps in order to inform Western Union  of this exploit - But they feel as if everything is secured - so they did not think this was a exploit
with that  said , I   informed them that " Seeing that you guys are not taking this seriously , i have done my job here and im giving you guys 2 weeks  to fix it, after those 2 weeks  i will publish this exploit -




With that said  Here we go.

Whenever you  create a account on Western Union  - You have to verify all information - As well as enter a  Code  that was sent to your phone.

after all information has been verified you are able to send money online etc etc etc etc


Well Western Union has added a  Security  feature  that  does not allow ANYONE  to edit there First and Last name.


The reason why they done that is just incase  if someone was to use  someone els'es credit card  for malacious reasons, they wont be able to update there account
with the  name that matches the  new hacked credit card.


Anyways  a  quick simple  way to  update  your  First and Last Name    is  by going to



1. Your Personal information
2. Then click edit  your information

3. If done right you should be at a page that has your name , addresss , blah blah blah


4. open up  Tamper Data

5. Press Submit
6. Take a look at Tamper Data
7. Look  for     - " Firstname=""&Lastname=""  "
8. Edit it to whatever you want
9. Hit  reply

10. Go back to the homepage and  whola  - your account  is now updated to any name that you chose :)





The severity from damage  wise based off this exploit - could  put a lot of people in danger.




The mere fact that  Western Union denied there was any exploit at all and  refused  to accept it , is what pissed me off the most  its bull shit
