Little Busters 3 seasons idea

Key's arcs in Little Busters would feel more disjointed if they tried to do them the way they did in Clannad or Kanon. It's simpler to spread out the stories because the characters aren't all friends with each other. If you tried to handle multiple LB arcs at once, you'd run into complications and inconsistencies with the characters. It basically makes for the show feel fragmented every time a new arc starts. It's not a huge issue in VNs.
I think that ideally, they should've done Little Busters (not including EX here) in 3 sections, with a lenient episode count.

Little Busters! - mostly common route material, making the heroines AND bros prevalent, laying the ground for the heroine routes, the baseball game, and prepping character enjoyment for the routes.

Little Busters!:2 - heroine routes in succession, with small slice of life segments between them. I think romance should be done similar to Kanon, with hugs included. Rin being a focus to help alongside RIki could also work well in some cases, but I think Masato/Kengo/Kyousuke should serve as the guides/helpers for Riki moreso than the other girls, as their aid in each others' arcs might feel a bit artificial. I think the route order should be Komari->Haruka->Mio->Kud->Kurugaya, to ease into the Key supernatural prevalence in a way that doesn't feel daunting. Rin 1 with Riki passing out at the end might be another good way to end it, rather than with the end of Kurugaya's arc. They should also keep it clear that Riki is unaware of the world looping, but that there is some fishy multiple timeline stuff that isn't being directly explained to the audience. This preserves the important parts of the Secret without hamfisting foreshadowing like JC Staff did, and gets people to speculate on what's going on with Riki helping each girl.

Little Busters!: Refrain - Now we move onto Rin's route and the Refrain arc. A new season with a new focus on entirely the main 5 Little Busters should be good to prioritize Rin over the other heroines, and remove some awkwardness with Riki being with Rin now rather than the other heroines. Also, the cliffhanger and time resets demonstrated in the previous season should, with the fresh start with the new season shouldn't make it too bad.

I also think bad ends such as Kud's and Haruka's bad end should be done as cliffhangers prior to the final episode of each of those arcs, with Riki waking up the next episode, then making better decisions to properly end off each arc to reach the good end. Komari's and Mio's bad ends might be okay with some changes.

I think that by design, LB's routes shouldn't have been spread out the way JC Staff did. They don't work the same way Kanon's did, yet they attempted to go a similar route. The Little Busters is a group that interacts with each other and gets together on a regular basis, so suddenly stopping this to do a girl's arc in the middle of a season, then making everything turn back to normal, just screws it up, pacing-wise.

There should be enough memories among the girls from the common route season so that the route endings and closeness among the characters can be referenced in the sequel seasons.
