As a child and a teen. I watched all police show-s, and my grandfather was a security in the bank. My current job is a taxi driver but it is my sidejob I don't want to do that job for the rest of my life.
State Police is my dream job, everything I dreamed of is to became State trooper and to serve to the people.State Police as I said is my dream job with many choices and many opportunities.
I always loved State Police, I am inspired by their proffesional work. I would like to join State Police because I would like to improve my skills. I want to work on teamwork and State Police is perfect job for that.
I wish to join State Police because it's gonna be new experience in my life.

I am person who always stands behind his word. I'm very religious type and I am honest man. I'm objective type of a person and I always check something twice before making decision.
I am very patient person, I dont rush anything because for perrfection I dont need to rush, I just need to use my previouse experience from life.


[b](3.3) What types of skills sets can you bring to the department?:[/b] I can say that my skills are being communicative and friendly. As I was taxi driver for a long time I developed a decent driving skills. I can react fast and correct in any situation and I'm good in psychology problems. I think I have big potential to discover my new skills in the future.

[b](3.4) What do you believe your duties will be as a State Trooper?:[/b] Being State Trooper is big responsibility but my duties as a State Trooper probably gonna be to protect people and respect them. Stopping any crime if is it possible.I will need to help every other State Trooper and to be a team player.
I would need to success in my tasks, no matter how hard it gonna be.

[b](3.5) What would you see as a valued State Trooper?:[/b]  Valued State Trooper needs to enter in any situation with cold head and ready to implement justice. He need to be objective and without rushing anything.
Valued Trooper is a good pearson even without badge, he cares about anyone who respect him. Trooper need to work as a team with his fellows. He needs to be calm, if someone provoke him then he need to act properly.
There are a lot of opinions but I think that this is a true valued State Trooper. He need to be strong in his head aswell because they are dealing with hard situations every day.

[b](3.6) Tell us what do you wish to achieve while in the department?:[/b] First of all, I want to meet new people who like the same job as me. I want try to improve myself to the high rank and join Traffic Enforcement Unit and I want to be respected in this department.
