  22. It is a higher quality article, typically a tutorial that keeps them on your website.
  23. As Jack says a pillar article is a higher quality article. However in the link you posted they talk about filler article, not pillar article, on their web 2.0's.

  30. No problem. Since you are new here I would advise that you read all the stickies on the forums you interested in. Make notes of all the terms you don't understand, that's what I did. It is overwhelming at first, but you are not the first person to learn all this stuff, so use the search function on here and you can probably find some great threads, tutorials/guides to help you out.
